Abstract
The invention provides a grille screen which comprises a frame, a plurality of LED light bars and self-locking mechanisms, wherein the number of the LED light bars is the same as that of the LED light bars, each LED light bar is provided with one self-locking mechanism, and the LED light bars are assembled with and disassembled from the frame through the self-locking mechanisms. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the grille screen is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the data are connected in parallel, so that the distance from the controller to the LED lamp bar can be more than 50M.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the invention discloses a grille screen, which comprises a frame 100, a plurality of LED light bars 200 and self-locking mechanisms, wherein the number of the LED light bars 200 is the same as that of the LED light bars 200, each of the LED light bars 200 is provided with one of the self-locking mechanisms, and the LED light bars 200 are assembled and disassembled with the frame 100 through the self-locking mechanisms.
The frame 100 is provided with a plurality of frame locking holes 101, the self-locking mechanism comprises a cover plate 301, a spring 302, a lock pin 303 and a light bar connecting block 304, the light bar connecting block 304 is provided with a connecting block through hole 3041, the cover plate 301 is provided with a cover plate through hole 3011, the tail end of the lock pin 303 is provided with a lock pin block 3032, the LED light bar 200 is mounted on the light bar connecting block 304, the cover plate 301 is mounted on the front surface of the light bar connecting block 304, the lock pin 303 is positioned in the connecting block through hole 3041, the lock pin 303 can rotate in the connecting block through hole 3041, the lock pin block 3032 extends out of the connecting block through hole 3041, the spring 302 is positioned between the cover plate 301 and the lock pin 303, one end of the spring 302 is connected with the cover plate 301, the other end of the spring 302 is connected with the lock pin, the lock pin block 3032 can penetrate through the frame lock hole 101, when the lock pin block 3032 rotates 90 degrees, the lock pin block 3032 is clamped on the frame 100 to lock the frame 100 and the light bar connecting block 304 together, a lock pin hole 3031 is arranged at the top of the lock pin 303 and/or a lock pin block hole 30321 is arranged in the lock pin block 3032, and the position of the lock pin hole 3031 corresponds to the position of the cover plate through hole 3011.
The locking pin hole 3031 is a hexagon socket, and the locking pin block hole 30321 is a hexagon socket.
An outer limiting angle 3021 is arranged at one end of the spring 302, an inner limiting angle 3022 is arranged at the other end of the spring 302, a cover plate limiting groove is formed in the cover plate 301, and the outer limiting angle 3021 is installed in the cover plate limiting groove; a spring limiting groove 3033 is arranged at the top of the lock pin 303, and the inner limiting angle 3022 is installed in the spring limiting groove 3033.
The spring limiting groove 3033 is arranged at the edge of the cover plate through hole 3011.
The self-locking mechanism further comprises an elastic sheet 305, and the elastic sheet 305 is installed on the back of the light bar connecting block 304. The function of the spring 305 is: the LED light bar 200 and the frame 100 always have an elastic force to ensure that the LED light bar 200 is not loosened.
The back of the light bar connecting block 304 is provided with a positioning column 306, the frame 100 is provided with a frame positioning hole 102, and the positioning column 306 is embedded into the frame positioning hole 102 for positioning.
The lock pin 303 is provided with a limit boss 3034, a limit stop is arranged in the connecting block through hole 3041, and the limit boss 3034 is matched with the limit stop, so that the lock pin 303 is locked when rotating 90 degrees clockwise, and unlocked when rotating 90 degrees anticlockwise.
The self-locking mechanism of the present invention utilizes the compression force and the torsion force of the spring 302 to realize the self-locking function.
As shown in fig. 3, the number 3 allen wrench 50 is inserted into the locking pin hole 3031, and then rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise, so that the LED light bar 200 is separated from the bezel 100, as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the LED light bar 200 is separated from the bezel 100 by inserting the key block hole 30321 using a No. 3 allen key 50 and then rotating it 90 degrees clockwise, as shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 7, the grille screen further includes a plurality of processors 10 and a plurality of driving chips 20, wherein the plurality of processors 10 are mounted on the data lines, the plurality of driving chips 20 are connected in series, the driving chip 20 at the end is connected to the processor 10, and the plurality of LED light bars 200 are connected in parallel to the driving chip 20.
The processor 10 is a single chip microcomputer.
Each LED light bar 200 and the LED light bar 200 are transmitted in parallel. The transmission frequency is 3.0M. After the data enters the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer outputs signals to the driving chip 20 through processing. The driving chip 20 directly drives the LED light bar 200. The only product in the LED industry can use a single wire for parallel connection, and the frequency can reach 3.0M. The product can carry 1536 pixels. Due to the parallel manner of the data. The distance from the controller to the LED light bar 200 can be up to more than 50M.

A grille screen as defined in claim 1 wherein: the frame (100) is provided with a plurality of frame locking holes (101), the self-locking mechanism comprises a cover plate (301), a spring (302), a locking pin (303) and a light bar connecting block (304), the light bar connecting block (304) is provided with a connecting block through hole (3041), the cover plate (301) is provided with a cover plate through hole (3011), the tail end of the locking pin (303) is provided with a locking pin block (3032), the LED light bar (200) is installed on the light bar connecting block (304), the cover plate (301) is installed on the front surface of the light bar connecting block (304), the locking pin (303) is positioned in the connecting block through hole (3041), the locking pin (303) can rotate in the connecting block through hole (3041), the locking pin block (3032) extends out of the connecting block through hole (3041), the spring (302) is positioned between the cover plate (301) and the locking pin (303), one end of the spring (302) is connected with the cover, the other end of the spring (302) is connected with the lock pin (303), the spring (302) rotates clockwise by 90 degrees and is pressed into the connecting block through hole (3041), the lock pin block (3032) can penetrate through the frame lock hole (101), when the lock pin block (3032) rotates by 90 degrees, the lock pin block (3032) is clamped on the frame (100) to lock the frame (100) and the light bar connecting block (304), the top of the lock pin (303) is provided with a lock pin hole (3031) and/or the lock pin block (3032) is provided with a lock pin block hole (30321), and the position of the lock pin hole (3031) corresponds to the position of the cover plate through hole (3011).
3. A grille screen as defined in claim 2 wherein: the lock pin hole (3031) is a hexagon socket, and the lock pin block hole (30321) is a hexagon socket.

A grille screen as defined in claim 2 wherein: an outer limiting angle (3021) is arranged at one end of the spring (302), an inner limiting angle (3022) is arranged at the other end of the spring (302), a cover plate limiting groove is formed in the cover plate (301), and the outer limiting angle (3021) is installed in the cover plate limiting groove; the top of the lock pin (303) is provided with a spring limiting groove (3033), and the inner limiting angle (3022) is arranged in the spring limiting groove (3033).
5. A grill screen according to claim 4, wherein: the spring limiting groove (3033) is arranged at the edge of the cover plate through hole (3011).
6. A grille screen as defined in claim 2 wherein: the self-locking mechanism further comprises an elastic sheet (305), and the elastic sheet (305) is installed on the back of the light bar connecting block (304).

A grille screen as defined in claim 2 wherein: the back of the light bar connecting block (304) is provided with a positioning column (306), the frame (100) is provided with a frame positioning hole (102), and the positioning column (306) is embedded into the frame positioning hole (102) for positioning.

A grille screen as defined in claim 2 wherein: the lock pin (303) is provided with a limiting boss (3034), a limiting blocking piece is arranged in the connecting block through hole (3041), and the limiting boss (3034) is matched with the limiting blocking piece, so that the lock pin (303) is locked when rotating clockwise by 90 degrees, and unlocked when rotating anticlockwise by 90 degrees.
