Abstract
The invention relates to the field of traffic safety, and particularly provides a method for preventing driving without a license and fatigue driving based on a block chain technology, wherein an information acquisition module acquires facial information of a driver entering a vehicle and transmits the acquired facial information to a vehicle-mounted device, and the vehicle-mounted device preprocesses the acquired facial information, transmits the facial information to a cloud terminal through a mobile network, compares the facial information with a database of a person with the driver license at the cloud terminal and judges whether the driver belongs to driving without a license; on the other hand, the vehicle-mounted equipment identifies the face information through a neural network, and judges whether the fatigue driving phenomenon occurs to a vehicle running driver or not and sends out a warning through comparison with a preset threshold value. Compared with the prior art, the method can complete dual control of fatigue driving and driving without a license, and meanwhile, the block chain ensures the accuracy and uniqueness of information.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traffic safety, and particularly provides a method for preventing driving without a license and fatigue driving based on a block chain technology.
Background
The driver's license is a legal certificate which is the only certificate of the vehicle driver for proving that the vehicle can be driven, the driver's license is carried with the driver's license when the vehicle is driven, and the driver's license is actively shown when the driver's license is checked, however, due to the large population of people, the configuration of traffic police and other reasons, a considerable part of the vehicle drivers are still in the driving state without license and are not checked by related departments in time.
The driving without a license, the vehicle type with inconsistent driving and driving license requirements and the fatigue driving are behaviors seriously harming the public safety of roads and the life safety of other people, the behaviors are stopped by only depending on manpower, the inspection is unrealistic aiming at the national conditions of China, and the fact that how to automatically realize the vehicle type problem of the driving without a license and the inconsistent driving and the driving license is necessary to be faced by people.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method for preventing driving without a license and fatigue driving based on a block chain technology, which has strong practicability.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
an information acquisition module acquires facial information of a driver entering a vehicle and transmits the acquired facial information to a vehicle-mounted device, and the vehicle-mounted device preprocesses the acquired facial information, transmits the facial information to a cloud end through a mobile network, compares the facial information with a database of a person with a driver license at the cloud end, and judges whether the driver is driving without a license;
on the other hand, the vehicle-mounted equipment identifies the face information through a neural network, and judges whether the fatigue driving phenomenon occurs to a vehicle running driver or not and sends out a warning through comparison with a preset threshold value.
Further, the vehicle-mounted equipment converts the video of the information acquisition module into a characteristic image, then transmits the face information to the cloud end through a mobile network and identifies the face information through a neural network.
Further, the information acquisition module is deployed in a camera device in front of a main driving position of the vehicle, the camera is activated when the vehicle starts, the information acquisition module in the camera starts to acquire facial information of the driver, and the information acquisition module in the camera stops acquiring the facial information of the driver until the vehicle stops working.
Preferably, when the driver enters the driving position to start the vehicle and the information acquisition module in the camera acquires the facial information of the driver, whether the driver is fatigue driving is judged by recognizing the eye images of the driver and capturing the head movement.
Further, recognizing the eye images of the driver to acquire the initial eye opening degree of the driver, monitoring the facial information of the driver in real time by the vehicle-mounted recognition in the driving process, and opening eyes when the eye opening degree of the driver is judged to be larger than the initial eye opening degree of the driver; if the eye opening degree of the driver is judged to be smaller than the initial opening degree of the driver, the eyes are closed;
and in a set required time period, judging the blinking frequency of the driver in the driving process according to the eye opening and eye closing times of the driver, and if the blinking frequency is lower than the preset normal blinking frequency, judging that the driver is in a fatigue driving state.
Furthermore, after the eye images of the driver are recognized, the head movement of the driver is captured, and the movement amplitude and frequency of the left rearview mirror and the right rearview mirror are observed to be reduced in a fatigue state;
capturing the head movement of the driver within a specified time, acquiring the frequency of observing the left and right rearview mirrors of the driver in a normal state, and continuously monitoring the head movement of the driver in the process of driving the vehicle;
within a predetermined time, it is determined whether the operation frequency is lower than that in the normal state, and it is determined whether the driver is in a fatigue state.
Further, when the driver identification information is compared with a database with driver licenses at the cloud end, the cloud end calculates the unique hash value of the face information of each driver license through the SHA-1 algorithm in advance, associates the hash value with the face information of the driver license owner, and writes the hash value into a block chain.
Further, when the cloud receives the face information transmitted from the vehicle-mounted equipment, whether corresponding driver license information exists is judged through recognition, and if yes, the follow-up operation is normal;
if the starting prohibition information does not exist, the starting prohibition information is sent to the corresponding vehicle-mounted equipment, and the vehicle-mounted equipment sends a vehicle flameout prohibition starting command to the vehicle central control unit after receiving the command, so that the vehicle can not be started.
Preferably, when receiving the start inhibition information, the vehicle-mounted device sends a vehicle flameout inhibition start command to the vehicle central control unit through the CAN bus, and the vehicle-mounted device collects the information of the vehicle through the CAN bus.
Compared with the prior art, the method for preventing the driving without the license and the fatigue driving based on the block chain technology has the following outstanding beneficial effects:
(1) the invention adopts the cloud-edge-end integral technical framework, relieves the resource pressure of the cloud server and simultaneously improves the corresponding speed. Compared with the prior art, the method can complete dual control of fatigue driving and driving without a license, and meanwhile, the block chain ensures the accuracy and uniqueness of information.
(2) The vehicle-mounted equipment can preprocess the face information, and the problem of speed reduction caused by too many processing requests at the cloud end is avoided.
(3) The block chain technology is used for storing data or information in the block chain technology, and has the characteristics of being incapable of being forged, leaving marks in the whole process, being traceable, transparent in public, collectively maintained and the like.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments in order to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A preferred embodiment is given below:
as shown in fig. 1, in the method for preventing driving without a license and fatigue based on the blockchain technology in this embodiment, an information acquisition module in a camera located in front of a main driving seat of a vehicle acquires facial information of a driver entering the vehicle and transmits the acquired facial information to a vehicle-mounted device, and the vehicle-mounted device converts a video of the information acquisition module into a feature image.
Then, on the one hand, the collected facial information is preprocessed, if noise is reduced, the facial information is transmitted to the cloud end through the 5G network, the facial information is compared with a database with driver licenses at the cloud end, and whether driving without licenses is judged.
On the other hand, the vehicle-mounted equipment identifies the face information through a neural network, and judges whether the fatigue driving phenomenon occurs to a vehicle running driver or not and sends out a warning through comparison with a preset threshold value.
When driving without a license is judged, the vehicle-mounted equipment is connected with the vehicle central control unit through the CAN bus, and the vehicle-mounted equipment CAN collect vehicle information including data such as vehicle types through the CAN bus.
The cloud end prestores a hash value corresponding to the driver license information obtained through calculation of the SHA-1 algorithm and a hash value obtained through calculation of the driver license owner face information, and prestores the unique corresponding relation in the block chain. After the cloud receives the facial information uploaded by the vehicle-mounted equipment, the facial image data are identified by using the calling authentication module, the hash value is calculated, corresponding driving license information is searched in the block chain network according to the calculated hash value, if the corresponding driving license information can be searched, the driving license information is in accordance with the driving type, and the vehicle can be started normally.
If the corresponding driving license information cannot be searched or the driving license type is not consistent with the driving license type, the error information is immediately issued to the vehicle-mounted equipment which transmits data, and after receiving the error information, the vehicle-mounted equipment sends a flameout instruction to a vehicle central control unit through a CAN bus to control the vehicle not to be started and run normally.
When fatigue driving is judged, a driver enters a driving position to start the vehicle, an information acquisition module in the camera starts to acquire facial information of the driver, and whether the driver belongs to the fatigue driving is judged by identifying an eye image of the driver and capturing head movement.
Identifying the eye images of the driver to acquire the initial eye opening degree of the driver, monitoring the facial information of the driver in real time by the vehicle-mounted identification in the driving process, and opening eyes when the eye opening degree of the driver is judged to be larger than the initial eye opening degree of the driver; if the eye opening degree of the driver is judged to be smaller than the initial opening degree of the driver, the eyes are closed;
and in a set required time period, judging the blinking frequency of the driver in the driving process according to the eye opening and eye closing times of the driver, and if the blinking frequency is lower than the preset normal blinking frequency, if the person normally blinks for about 15 times in one minute, judging that the driver is in a fatigue driving state.
After the identification of the eye images of the driver is finished, the head movement of the driver is captured, and the movement amplitude and frequency of the left rearview mirror and the right rearview mirror are observed to be reduced in a fatigue state;
capturing the head movement of the driver within a specified time, acquiring the frequency of observing the left and right rearview mirrors of the driver in a normal state, and continuously monitoring the head movement of the driver in the process of driving the vehicle;
within a predetermined time, it is determined whether the operation frequency is lower than that in the normal state, and it is determined whether the driver is in a fatigue state.

The method for preventing the driving without the license and the fatigue driving based on the block chain technology is characterized in that an information acquisition module acquires the facial information of a driver entering a vehicle and transmits the acquired facial information to a vehicle-mounted device, and the vehicle-mounted device preprocesses the acquired facial information, transmits the facial information to a cloud terminal through a mobile network, compares the facial information with a database of a driver with the license at the cloud terminal and judges whether the driver belongs to the driving without the license;
on the other hand, the vehicle-mounted equipment identifies the face information through a neural network, and judges whether the fatigue driving phenomenon occurs to a vehicle running driver or not and sends out a warning through comparison with a preset threshold value.

The method for preventing the driving without the license and the fatigue driving based on the blockchain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vehicle-mounted device converts the video of the information acquisition module into the feature image, and then transmits the face information to the cloud through a mobile network and identifies the face information through a neural network.

The method for preventing the drivers without the license and the fatigue driving based on the blockchain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the information acquisition module is deployed in a camera device in front of a main driving position of the vehicle, the camera is activated when the vehicle starts, the information acquisition module in the camera starts to acquire the facial information of the driver, and the information acquisition module in the camera stops acquiring the facial information of the driver until the vehicle is turned off.

The method for preventing driving without a license and fatigue driving based on the blockchain technology as claimed in claim 3, wherein when the driver enters the driving position to start the vehicle and the information acquisition module in the camera acquires the facial information of the driver, the driver is determined whether the driving is fatigue driving by identifying the eye images and capturing the head movements.

The method for preventing the drivers without the license and the fatigue driving based on the block chain technology as claimed in claim 4, wherein the initial eye opening degree of the drivers is obtained by recognizing the eye images of the drivers, the vehicle-mounted recognition monitors the facial information of the drivers in real time during the driving process, and the eyes are opened when the eye opening degree of the drivers is judged to be larger than the initial eye opening degree of the drivers; if the eye opening degree of the driver is judged to be smaller than the initial opening degree of the driver, the eyes are closed;
and in a set required time period, judging the blinking frequency of the driver in the driving process according to the eye opening and eye closing times of the driver, and if the blinking frequency is lower than the preset normal blinking frequency, judging that the driver is in a fatigue driving state.

The method for preventing the driving without the license and the fatigue driving based on the block chain technology as claimed in claim 5, wherein the head motion of the driver is captured after the eye image of the driver is recognized, and the motion amplitude and the frequency of the left and right rearview mirrors are observed to be reduced in a fatigue state;
capturing the head movement of the driver within a specified time, acquiring the frequency of observing the left and right rearview mirrors of the driver in a normal state, and continuously monitoring the head movement of the driver in the process of driving the vehicle;
within a predetermined time, it is determined whether the operation frequency is lower than that in the normal state, and it is determined whether the driver is in a fatigue state.

The method for preventing the driving without the license and the fatigue driving based on the blockchain technology as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cloud determines whether the corresponding driver license information exists by identification when receiving the facial information transmitted from the vehicle-mounted device, and if so, the subsequent operation is normal;
if the starting prohibition information does not exist, the starting prohibition information is sent to the corresponding vehicle-mounted equipment, and the vehicle-mounted equipment sends a vehicle flameout prohibition starting command to the vehicle central control unit after receiving the command, so that the vehicle can not be started.

The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the vehicle-mounted device sends a command for preventing vehicle flameout and start prohibition to the vehicle central control unit through the CAN bus when receiving the start prohibition message, and the vehicle-mounted device collects the information of the vehicle through the CAN bus at the same time.
