Abstract
The invention discloses an information recommendation method, intelligent glasses, a storage medium and an electronic device. The method comprises the following steps: under the condition that the target object is detected to enter the target area, acquiring a face image of the target object; inquiring target object preference information correspondingly stored in the face image in a database, wherein the target object preference information is shopping preference information of a target object obtained by analyzing historical shopping data of the target object; and recommending commodity information to the target object according to the target object preference information under the condition that the target object preference information is found. The method and the device can improve the information recommendation accuracy.

Technical Field

Background
At present, in the process of shopping by a customer, corresponding commodity information recommendation service is often required to be provided for the customer, so that the customer can conveniently and quickly and accurately obtain commodities required by the customer.

In the embodiment of the present invention, after recommending the target commodity information corresponding to the target commodity tag to the target object, the target object may trigger a commodity recommendation confirmation instruction by performing corresponding human-computer interaction operation on the intelligent shopping guide device, or the target object may also trigger a commodity recommendation confirmation instruction by inputting the confirmation instruction by voice, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. When a commodity recommendation confirmation instruction triggered by the target object is received, the current position of the target object can be acquired, the current position of the target object is used as a starting point, the commodity display position is used as an end point, a shopping track is generated according to the commodity display position and the current position of the target object, and a customer can go from the current position to the commodity display position according to the shopping track. Further, the navigation information may be output according to the real-time position of the target object and the shopping track, where the navigation information is used to guide the target object to advance the target mileage towards the specified path direction, and may include, but is not limited to, "go straight 5 meters", "turn left and go straight 3 meters", and the like. Further alternatively, after the navigation information is output according to the real-time position and the shopping track of the target object, information such as the number of shelf levels where the commodity is located may be output when it is detected that the target object moves to the commodity display position. the query unit is used for querying member registration information and object portrait information corresponding to the face image in a database, wherein the object portrait information at least comprises a preference label; and generating target object preference information according to the preference label.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when a customer transacts a member card of a store, the customer is required to input corresponding member registration information, where the member registration information may include, but is not limited to, a member name, a member gender, a member telephone, a member address, and the like. When a customer transacts the membership card, a face image of the customer can be acquired, the face image and the member registration information are correspondingly stored, when the customer subsequently purchases, a store can acquire the member registration information corresponding to the face image by analyzing the face image of the customer, and can acquire shopping data during the process of purchasing, and under the condition that the quantity of the acquired shopping data reaches a target threshold value, object portrait information corresponding to the customer can be generated according to the shopping data, wherein the object portrait information is used for describing the shopping image of a target object, at least comprises a preference label, and the target object preference information can be generated according to the preference label. For example, if the preference tags are "infant products" and "apparel," the target object preference information generated may be infant apparel.
As an optional implementation, the smart glasses may further include:
the sending unit is used for sending the target object preference information to the target equipment after inquiring the target object preference information correspondingly stored in the face image in the database;
a display unit for controlling the target device to display the target object preference information.
As an optional implementation, the smart glasses may further include:
and an updating unit configured to update the target object preference information according to the shopping behavior data in a case where the shopping behavior data of the target object is detected after recommending the commodity information to the target object according to the target object preference information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, when the shopping behavior data of the target object is detected, the method for updating the preference information of the target object according to the shopping behavior data may specifically be: and sending out a prompt message for prompting a shopping guide person to input a preference label of the target object under the condition that the shopping behavior data of the target object is detected, wherein the shopping guide person responds to the prompt message and inputs the preference label of the target object by voice. The intelligent glasses can collect voice input by shopping guide personnel, analyze the voice, obtain a preference tag, and add the preference tag to the target object preference information, so that the target object preference information is updated.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that a target object is detected to enter a target area, a face image of the target object is acquired; inquiring target object preference information correspondingly stored in the face image in a database, wherein the target object preference information is shopping preference information of a target object obtained by analyzing historical shopping data of the target object; and recommending commodity information to the target object according to the target object preference information under the condition that the target object preference information is found. According to the process, the face image of the target object can be acquired in the shopping process, the target object preference information corresponding to the face image is acquired by using a face recognition technology, the commodity information is recommended according to the target object preference information, information recommendation can be performed according to the preference of a customer, and the information recommendation accuracy is improved.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device for implementing the information recommendation method, as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device includes a memory 502 and a processor 504, the memory 502 stores a computer program therein, and the processor 504 is configured to execute the steps in any one of the method embodiments through the computer program.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the electronic apparatus may be located in at least one network device of a plurality of network devices of a computer network.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, acquiring a face image of the target object under the condition that the target object is detected to enter the target area;
s2, inquiring target object preference information correspondingly stored in the face image in a database, wherein the target object preference information is shopping preference information of a target object obtained by analyzing historical shopping data of the target object;
and S3, recommending the commodity information to the target object according to the target object preference information under the condition that the target object preference information is found.
Alternatively, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 5 is only an illustration, and the electronic device may also be a terminal device such as a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PAD, and the like. Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating a structure of the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may also include more or fewer components (e.g., network interfaces, etc.) than shown in FIG. 5, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 5.
The memory 502 may be used to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the information recommendation method and apparatus in the embodiments of the present invention, and the processor 504 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 502, that is, implements the information recommendation method described above. The memory 502 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 502 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 504, which may be connected to the terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof. The memory 502 may be, but not limited to, specifically configured to store information such as operation instructions. As an example, as shown in fig. 5, the memory 502 may include, but is not limited to, an obtaining unit 401, an inquiring unit 402, and a recommending unit 403 in the information recommending apparatus. In addition, the information recommendation device may further include, but is not limited to, other module units in the information recommendation device, which is not described in this example again.
Optionally, the transmission device 506 is used for receiving or sending data via a network. Examples of the network may include a wired network and a wireless network. In one example, the transmission device 506 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to a router via a Network cable and other Network devices to communicate with the internet or a local area Network. In one example, the transmission device 506 is a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
In addition, the electronic device further includes: a display 508 for displaying the target object preference information; and a connection bus 510 for connecting the respective module parts in the above-described electronic apparatus.
According to a further aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above-mentioned method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, acquiring a face image of the target object under the condition that the target object is detected to enter the target area;
s2, inquiring target object preference information correspondingly stored in the face image in a database, wherein the target object preference information is shopping preference information of a target object obtained by analyzing historical shopping data of the target object;
and S3, recommending the commodity information to the target object according to the target object preference information under the condition that the target object preference information is found.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, a person skilled in the art may understand that all or part of the steps in the methods of the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing hardware associated with the terminal device, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: flash disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

The integrated unit in the above embodiments, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a separate product, may be stored in the above computer-readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing one or more computer devices (which may be personal computers, servers, network devices, etc.) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed client may be implemented in other manners. Claims (10)
1. An information recommendation method, comprising:
under the condition that a target object is detected to enter a target area, acquiring a face image of the target object;
inquiring target object preference information correspondingly stored in the face image in a database, wherein the target object preference information is shopping preference information of the target object obtained by analyzing historical shopping data of the target object;
and recommending commodity information to the target object according to the target object preference information under the condition that the target object preference information is found.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein recommending commodity information to the target object according to the target object preference information comprises:
acquiring geographic position information of a current store;
determining store commodity data matched with the geographic position information, wherein the store commodity data at least comprises a commodity label corresponding to each commodity information;
according to preference labels in the target object preference information, target commodity labels corresponding to the preference labels are searched in the store commodity data;
recommending target commodity information corresponding to the target commodity label to the target object, wherein the target commodity information at least comprises a commodity name and a commodity display position.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after recommending the target commodity information corresponding to the target commodity label to the target object, further comprising:
under the condition that a commodity recommendation confirmation instruction triggered by the target object is received, generating a shopping track according to the commodity display position and the current position of the target object, wherein the shopping track is a path track taking the current position of the target object as a starting point and the commodity display position as an end point;
and outputting navigation information according to the real-time position of the target object and the shopping track, wherein the navigation information is path direction information for guiding the target object, so that the target object moves from the current position of the target object to the commodity display position according to the navigation information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the querying the database for target object preference information stored in correspondence with the facial image comprises:
inquiring member registration information and object portrait information corresponding to the face image in the database, wherein the object portrait information at least comprises a preference tag;
and generating the target object preference information according to the preference label.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after querying a database for target object preference information stored in correspondence with the facial image, further comprising:
sending the target object preference information to target equipment;
and controlling the target equipment to display the target object preference information.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising, after recommending commodity information to the target object according to the target object preference information:
and under the condition that the shopping behavior data of the target object is detected, updating the preference information of the target object according to the shopping behavior data.
7. A smart eyewear, comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a face image of a target object under the condition that the target object is detected to enter a target area;
the query unit is used for querying target object preference information which is correspondingly stored in the face image in a database, wherein the target object preference information is shopping preference information of the target object obtained by analyzing historical shopping data of the target object;
and the recommending unit is used for recommending the commodity information to the target object according to the target object preference information under the condition that the target object preference information is found.
8. The smart glasses according to claim 7, wherein the recommendation unit includes:
the acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the geographical position information of the current store;
the determining subunit is used for determining store commodity data matched with the geographic position information, and the store commodity data at least comprises a commodity label corresponding to each commodity information;
the searching subunit is configured to search, according to a preference tag in the target object preference information, a target product tag corresponding to the preference tag in the store product data;
and the recommending subunit is used for recommending the target commodity information corresponding to the target commodity label to the target object, wherein the target commodity information at least comprises a commodity name and a commodity display position.
9. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 6 by means of the computer program.
