All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The idea of the embodiment of the present specification is that different operations of a user in different products are abstracted into a uniform behavior path through a configuration platform as a trigger condition for executing a research operation for a research target, so that when a research operation for some research targets needs to be performed for some products, only a corresponding target behavior path needs to be configured through the configuration platform, a client does not need to separately develop the trigger condition for the research, the operation is simple and convenient, and the usage of the behavior path as the trigger condition has high universality. Based on this, the embodiments of the present specification provide a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for research based on behavior paths, which will be described in detail below.
The behavior path refers to an operation behavior performed by a user on an operation object of the client. For example, an exposure operation is performed on the operation object, an operation of closing the operation object, a button is clicked, the operation object is slid, and the like.
First, the embodiments of the present specification provide a behavioral path-based research method, which is applied to each application client, that is, the execution subject of the method is an application client, and specifically, the method may be a behavioral path-based research apparatus installed on the application client.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of an investigation method based on a behavior path according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method shown in fig. 1 at least includes the following steps:
102, acquiring path information of a target behavior path configured for a research target by a configuration platform; the target behavior path is a trigger condition for executing a research operation on the research target, and the path information includes an operation object identifier of each target operation object corresponding to the target behavior path and an operation behavior executed on each target operation object.
The investigation target can be product satisfaction investigation, service interruption reason investigation and the like. The configuration platform may be a server. In specific implementation, the investigation operation is executed on the user only if the operation behavior path of the user executing the operation on the client side meets the trigger condition for executing the investigation operation.
Optionally, the operation object may be a page, a control, and the like.
In this embodiment of the present specification, when a research operation of a certain research target needs to be performed on a certain service scenario, a target behavior path for the research target needs to be configured by a configuration platform according to the service scenario and the research target. Generally, the path of the target behavior path needs to include each operation object that needs to be passed through in order to trigger execution of the investigation operation, and the operation behavior executed on the operation object. Wherein the operation behavior may be exposure, click, slide, etc.
For ease of understanding, the following will exemplify the path information of the above-described target behavior path.
For example, in one embodiment, one possible path information for the target behavior path configured for the research target is as follows:
step1 (step 1): page 1: page identification, behavior: exposure method
step 2: control 1: control identification, operation behavior: click on
step 3: and (4) control 2: control identification, operation behavior: click on
step 4: and (3) control part: control identification, operation behavior: click on
step 5: page 2: page identification, operation behavior: exposure method
step 6: and (4) control: control identification, operation behavior: click on
For example, in another embodiment, if the research user leaves a certain page, one possible path information of the target behavior path configured for the research target is as follows:
step 1: page 1: page identification, behavior: exposure method
Step 2: page 2: page identification, behavior: click on
Step 3: page 3: page identification, behavior: click on
Step 4: page 4: page identification, behavior: return to
For example, if the research user stays on a certain page for a long time, one possible path information of the target behavior path configured for the research target is as follows:
step 1: page 2: page identification; behavior: exposing;
step 2: duration: XXX; behavior: and (4) staying.
Optionally, in an embodiment of this specification, in step 102, the obtaining path information of the target behavior path configured by the configuration platform for the research target specifically includes:
when detecting that the application program or the appointed function module of the application program is started, acquiring the path information from the configuration platform; and the configuration platform configures a target behavior path for the investigation target in advance according to the investigation target and the service scene applied by the investigation target.
The service scene can be a transfer service, an online payment service, a shopping service, a game service and the like.
104, monitoring operation behavior information of a user to be investigated for executing operation at a client; the operation behavior information includes an identifier of each operation object for performing the operation and an operation behavior performed for each operation object.
Step 106, detecting whether the operation behavior path of the user to be investigated is matched with the target behavior path or not according to the path information and the operation behavior information; if yes, go to step 108.
And step 108, performing the investigation operation aiming at the investigation target.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present specification, the step 108 performs a research operation on the research target, and the specific implementation steps are as follows:
acquiring a research questionnaire for researching a research target under a current service scene; and displaying the questionnaire so that the user to be researched fills out the questionnaire.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present specification, a questionnaire corresponding to the research target in the service scenario may be configured in advance through a configuration platform, and the service scenario, the research target, and the questionnaire are stored on the configuration platform correspondingly. And when the operation behavior path currently executed by the user to be investigated meets the investigation trigger condition, acquiring the investigation questionnaire corresponding to the investigation target in the current service scene from the configuration platform, and displaying the investigation questionnaire on a display screen of the client so as to enable the investigation user corresponding to the client to fill in the questionnaire survey.
In the investigation method based on the behavior path provided in the embodiment of the present specification, when an investigation operation of a certain investigation target needs to be performed in a certain service scenario, path information of a target behavior path corresponding to the investigation target is configured in advance through a configuration platform, so that when the investigation needs to be performed, the path information of the target behavior path corresponding to the investigation target is directly obtained from the configuration platform, and the operation is simple and convenient; in addition, in the embodiment of the present specification, only the corresponding target behavior path needs to be configured through the configuration platform, and the client does not need to separately develop the trigger condition of the research, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the universality is high by using the behavior path as the trigger condition.
Optionally, in an embodiment of this specification, in the step 106, detecting whether the operation behavior path of the user to be investigated is matched with the target behavior path according to the path information and the operation behavior information, specifically including the following steps:
matching the operation behavior information with the path information; and if the matching result indicates that the operation behavior information is consistent with the path information, or the operation behavior information comprises the path information, and the execution sequence of each target operation object in the path information is consistent with the execution sequence of the corresponding operation object in the operation behavior information, determining that the operation behavior path is matched with the target behavior path.
Specifically, the correspondence between the operation behavior information and the path information may be understood as that an operation object corresponding to each step in the operation behavior information is identical to a target operation object of a step corresponding to the path information, and an operation behavior corresponding to each operation object is identical to an operation behavior corresponding to a target operation object of a step corresponding to the path information.
For ease of understanding, the following description will be given by way of example.
For example, in one embodiment, if the path information is:
step 1: page 1: page identification, behavior: exposure method
Step 2: page 2: page identification, behavior: click on
Step 3: page 3: page identification, behavior: click on
Step 4: page 4: page identification, behavior: return to
If the operation behavior information is:
step 1: page 1: page identification, behavior: exposure method
Step 2: page 2: page identification, behavior: click on
Step 3: page 3: page identification, behavior: click on
Step 4: page 4: page identification, behavior: return to
The operation object corresponding to each step in the operation behavior information is consistent with the target operation object of the corresponding step in the path information, and the operation behavior corresponding to each operation object in the operation behavior information is also consistent with the operation behavior corresponding to the target operation object of the corresponding step in the path information. Therefore, the operation behavior information described above coincides with the path information.
In addition, although the operation behavior information includes path information and the execution order of each target operation object in the path information coincides with the execution order of the corresponding operation object in the operation behavior information, it is understood that the operation behavior information includes more operation objects than the target operation objects included in the path information, each target operation object in the path information exists in the operation behavior information, the operation behavior corresponding to each target operation object coincides with the operation behavior of the corresponding operation object in the path information, and the execution order of the target operation object in the path information coincides with the execution order of the corresponding operation object in the operation behavior information.
For ease of understanding, the following description will be given by way of example.
For example, in a specific embodiment, if the operation behavior information of the user executing the operation is:
step 1: page 1: page identification, behavior: exposure to light
Step 2: page 2: page identification, behavior: click on
Step 3: page 3: page identification, behavior: click on
Step 4: page 4: page identification, behavior: return to
The path information of the target behavior path configured by the configuration platform is as follows:
step 1: page 1: page identification, behavior: exposure method
Step 2: page 3: page identification, behavior: click on
Comparing the operation object and the operation behavior corresponding to Step1 in the path information with the target operation object and the operation behavior corresponding to Step1 in the operation behavior information; the operation object and the operation behavior corresponding to Step2 in the path information are consistent with the target operation object and the operation behavior corresponding to Step3 in the operation behavior information; in addition, since Step1 is executed first and Step3 is executed second in the operation behavior information, and Step1 is executed first and Step2 is executed second in the path information, that is, the execution order of both is the same, it can be considered that the operation behavior path matches the target behavior path in this case.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present specification, after the user to be investigated performs an operation on the client, matching operation behavior information of the user to be investigated with the path information; each time the user to be investigated executes an operation on an operation object, the currently monitored operation object for executing the operation, the operation behavior executed on the operation object, and the path information may be matched once.
Specifically, in a specific embodiment, the matching the operation behavior information with the path information specifically includes the following processes:
when monitoring that the user to be investigated executes one operation, respectively matching the identifier of each target operation object which is not successfully matched currently in the path information with the identifier of the current operation object; if the matching result indicates that the path information has a target operation object matched with the current operation object, matching the operation behavior executed aiming at the current operation object with the corresponding operation behavior in the path information; and the corresponding operation behavior is the operation behavior corresponding to the target operation object matched with the current operation object.
It is understood that when the user to be investigated performs the first operation, "each target operation object that is not successfully matched currently in the path information" may be understood as all target operation objects in the path information.
For ease of understanding, the following description will be given by way of example.
For example, in one embodiment, the path information of the target behavior path configured by the configuration platform is as follows:
step 1: page 1: page identification; behavior: exposure method
Step 3: page 3: page identification; behavior: click on
When matching is carried out, after an operation page to be investigated and researched for the first time of operation of a user and an operation behavior executed on the operation page are obtained, if the operation page is marked as Step1, the operation page in the Step1 is respectively matched with pages corresponding to Step1 and Step3 in path information, if the operation page is consistent with the page corresponding to Step1 in the path information, and then whether the operation behavior corresponding to the Step1 is consistent with the operation behavior corresponding to Step1 in the path information is detected; if the operation behavior information is consistent with the operation behavior information corresponding to Step1 in the path information, determining that the operation behavior information of the first operation of the user to be investigated is matched with the operation behavior information corresponding to Step1 in the path information; after an operation page to be investigated and researched for the second operation of the user and an operation behavior executed on the operation page are obtained, if the operation page is marked as Step2, matching the operation page in the Step2 with a page corresponding to Step3 in the path information, assuming that the operation page is consistent with the page corresponding to Step3 in the path information, and then detecting whether the operation behavior corresponding to the Step2 is consistent with the operation behavior corresponding to Step3 in the path information; and if the operation behavior information is consistent with the operation behavior information corresponding to Step3 in the path information, determining that the operation behavior information of the first operation of the user to be researched is matched with the operation behavior information corresponding to Step3 in the path information. If the user to be investigated also executes the step1 first and then executes the step2, whether the subsequent user to be investigated still executes the operation or not can be determined that the operation behavior path of the user is matched with the target behavior path.
Of course, continuing with the above example, if the user to be investigated executes Step3 after executing Step1 (where the operation behavior information corresponding to Step1 matches the information corresponding to Step1 in the path information), but the operation behavior information corresponding to Step3 does not match the information corresponding to Step3, and Step2 is executed after executing Step3, the operation behavior information corresponding to Step2 executed by the user to be investigated is matched with the information corresponding to Step3, if it is determined that the operation behavior information corresponding to Step2 matches the information corresponding to Step3, and if the execution sequence of steps 1 and 2 is consistent with the execution sequence of steps 1 and Step3, it may be determined that the operation behavior path of the user matches the target behavior path.
In the embodiment of the present specification, each time the user to be investigated executes an operation, a matching operation is executed, that is, the operation is executed while the matching is performed, and the operation and the matching are performed simultaneously, so that the time consumed by the investigation can be reduced, and the work efficiency can be improved.
To facilitate understanding of the method provided by the embodiment of the present specification, the following will describe the method provided by the embodiment of the present specification by taking an investigation of the reason of service termination when the service 1 is executed on the client of the application 1 as an example. Fig. 2 is a second flowchart of a method for an investigation method based on a behavior path according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method shown in fig. 2 at least includes the following steps:
step 202, when detecting that the application program 1 is started, obtaining the path information of the target behavior path investigated by the service 1 termination reason from the configuration platform.
Step 204, monitoring the operation behavior information of each operation of the user to be investigated when the application program 1 executes the service 1.
Step 206, matching the identifier of each target operation object which is not successfully matched currently in the path information with the identifier of the current operation object every time the user to be investigated is monitored to execute an operation, so as to determine whether a target operation object matched with the current operation object exists in each target operation object which is not successfully matched currently in the path information; if so, step 208 is performed.
And step 208, matching the operation behavior executed aiming at the current operation object with the corresponding operation behavior in the path information.
And the corresponding operation behavior is matched with the operation behavior corresponding to the target operation object matched with the current operation object.
Step 210, if the matching result indicates that each target operation object and the corresponding operation behavior in the path information are executed by the user to be investigated and the execution sequence is consistent, determining that the operation behavior path of the user to be investigated matches with the target behavior path.
And step 212, performing investigation operation aiming at the investigation of the service 1 termination reason on the user to be investigated.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present specification, the questionnaire may be acquired while acquiring the route information of the target behavior route; or when it is determined that the user to be investigated meets the investigation condition, the questionnaire may be acquired from the configuration platform, and the specific acquisition timing of the questionnaire is not limited in the embodiments of the present specification.
Of course, in another specific embodiment, the matching of the operation behavior information and the path information may also be implemented by the following processes:
according to the execution sequence of each target operation object in the target behavior path, starting from the first target operation object in the target operation objects which are not successfully matched currently in the target behavior path, matching the monitored operation behavior information of the current operation of the user to be investigated each time with the sub-path information corresponding to each target operation object in sequence until the matching is successful or the matching is performed with all the current target operation objects which are not successfully matched; the sub-path information includes an identifier of the target operation object and an operation behavior executed for the target operation object.
That is, in the embodiment of the present specification, matching is performed according to the execution order of each target operation object in the target behavior path.
For ease of understanding, the following description will be given by way of example.
For example, in one embodiment, the path information of the target behavior path configured by the configuration platform is as follows:
step 1: page 1: page identification; behavior: exposure method
Step 2: page 2: page identification, behavior: click on
Step 3: page 3: page identification; behavior: click on
Wherein, "page 1: page identification; behavior: exposure "is sub-path information corresponding to" page 1 ", and" page 2: page identification, behavior: clicking the sub-path information corresponding to the 'page 2'; "Page 3: page identification; behavior: and clicking the sub-path information corresponding to the page 3.
When matching is carried out, after operation behavior information of the first operation of a user to be investigated is obtained, if the operation behavior information is recorded as operation behavior information A, matching the operation behavior information A with sub-path information corresponding to Step 1;
if the matching of the operation behavior information A and the sub-path information corresponding to the Step1 fails, after the operation behavior information B of the second operation of the user to be investigated is obtained, the operation behavior information B is matched with the sub-path information corresponding to the Step 1;
if the matching between the operation behavior information B and the sub-path information corresponding to Step1 fails, after the operation behavior information C of the third operation of the user to be researched is obtained, matching the operation behavior information C with the sub-path information corresponding to Step1, and so on until the operation behavior information of the user to be researched for performing the operation at a certain time is matched with the sub-path information corresponding to Step1 or the user to be researched performs all the operations;
if the operation behavior information A is successfully matched with the sub-path information corresponding to Step 1; after the operation behavior information of the second operation of the user to be investigated is obtained, if the operation behavior information is recorded as operation behavior information B, matching the operation behavior information B with the sub-path information corresponding to Step 2;
if the operation behavior information B is successfully matched with the sub-path information corresponding to the Step2, after the operation behavior information C of the third operation of the user to be investigated is obtained, matching the operation behavior information C with the sub-path information corresponding to the Step 3; if the matching between the operation behavior information B and the sub-path information corresponding to the Step2 fails, after the operation behavior information C of the third operation of the user to be investigated is obtained, the operation behavior information C is matched with the sub-path information corresponding to the Step2, and so on until the matching of each target operation object in the target behavior path is completed or all the operations executed by the user to be investigated are matched.
The investigation method based on the behavior path provided in the embodiment of the present specification abstracts the operation of the user into a describable behavior path, and when performing business investigation under different business scenes for different investigation targets, only the configuration of the platform needs to trigger the execution of the target behavior path of the investigation operation corresponding to each investigation target, if the current operation behavior path of the user to be investigated matches with the target behavior path, the investigation operation is executed for the user to be investigated, and based on the behavior path, the search for the user to be investigated which meets the investigation condition is realized, and any investigation target under any business scene is applicable, that is, the applicability of the method is high. In addition, the configuration platform is used for uniformly configuring the behavior path and sending the behavior path to the client, so that the situation that an application program or an application program module which needs to be investigated is separately developed is avoided, the product development cost is reduced, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Corresponding to the methods provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 in this specification, based on the same idea, an embodiment of this specification further provides a research apparatus based on behavior path, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of module composition of the research apparatus based on behavior path provided by the embodiment of this specification, and the apparatus shown in fig. 3 at least includes:

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical blocks. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
