And when the display time is longer than the preset time, the user is shown to be interested in the service information and the product information. And the user does not click the first product information, so that the first product information is still reserved, and next page service information and page data of the first product information are sent to the mobile banking client.
Step S416: and under the condition that the display time is not more than preset time and the first product information is not clicked, the bank server inquires and determines second product information matched with the service type and the inclined product type in the preset product information set.
And under the condition that the display time is not more than the preset time, the user is not interested in the first product information, so the product information is replaced.
Step S417: the bank server sends page data containing next page business information and second product information to the mobile banking client, so that the mobile banking client can display the next page business information and the second product information through the same page, and the step S501 is entered.
According to the embodiment, under the condition that the service information has the plurality of pages, the product information can be replaced at any time according to the actual condition, so that the accuracy of the product information is further improved, and a user can transact the product corresponding to the product information conveniently.
Referring to fig. 6, the present invention provides a data push apparatus, including:
the first receiving unit 61 is configured to receive a user identifier uploaded by a queuing system of a banking outlet after the queuing system identifies the user identifier;
the pushing unit 62 is configured to push a service selection interface to the mobile banking client corresponding to the user identifier;
a second receiving unit 63, configured to receive the service type sent by the mobile banking client after the mobile banking client determines, based on the service selection interface, the service type that the user needs to handle;
a determining unit 64, configured to determine, in a preset service information set, service information corresponding to the service type;
a sending unit 65, configured to send the service information to the mobile banking client, so that the mobile banking client displays the service information.
For the specific implementation of the data pushing apparatus shown in fig. 6, details of the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4 can be found, and are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a data pushing system, including:
the queuing system 100 of the bank outlets is used for identifying the user identification and sending the user identification to the bank server.
The bank server 200 is used for receiving the user identifier uploaded by the queuing system, pushing a service selection interface to the mobile banking client corresponding to the user identifier, receiving the service type sent by the mobile banking client, determining the service information corresponding to the service type in a preset service information set, and sending the service information to the mobile banking client;
the mobile terminal 300 is configured to receive and display a service selection interface pushed by a bank server based on a mobile banking client corresponding to the user identifier, determine a service type required to be handled by the user based on the service selection interface, and send the service type to the bank server; and receiving and displaying the service information sent by the bank server.
Through the technical characteristics, the application has the following beneficial effects:
after receiving the user identification sent by the queuing system of the bank outlet, the invention indicates that the user has arrived at the bank outlet and waits for transaction.
And the bank server issues a service selection interface to the mobile banking client so that the user can select the service type required by the user through the service selection interface. The bank server receives the service type sent by the mobile banking client, determines the service information corresponding to the service type, and then pushes the service information to the mobile banking client so that a user can know the service information during waiting for handling the service.
The method is executed according to different users, so that the requirements of different users can be met, and the method has pertinence; in addition, the service information is determined according to the service type required to be handled by the user, so that the service information corresponds to the service type and has accuracy. Therefore, the method and the device can improve the accuracy of issuing the service information and improve the user experience.
The functions described in the method of the present embodiment, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as independent products, may be stored in a storage medium readable by a computing device. Based on such understanding, part of the contribution to the prior art of the embodiments of the present application or part of the technical solution may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including several instructions for causing a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a mobile computing device or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The embodiments are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same or similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.

Claims (10)

1. A data pushing method, comprising:
after a queuing system of a bank outlet identifies a user identifier, receiving the user identifier uploaded by the queuing system;
pushing a service selection interface to the mobile banking client corresponding to the user identifier;
after the mobile banking client determines the service type required to be handled by the user based on the service selection interface, receiving the service type sent by the mobile banking client;
determining service information corresponding to the service type in a preset service information set;
and sending the service information to the mobile banking client so that the mobile banking client can display the service information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said pushing a service selection interface to the user identification corresponding mobile banking client, further comprising:
under the condition that a mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification is provided with a mobile banking client, acquiring the geographic position of the user by using the mobile banking client;
judging whether the user geographic position is within the geographic position range of the bank outlet;
and if the user geographic position is within the geographic position range of the bank outlet, executing the step of pushing a service selection interface to the mobile banking client corresponding to the user identifier.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the traffic information comprises:
a transaction flow of the service type; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
transaction materials for the business type; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a notice of the type of service; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the associated service of the service type.
4. The method of claim 1, after receiving the type of transaction sent by the mobile banking client, further comprising:
determining product information corresponding to the service type in a preset product information set;
and sending the product information to the mobile banking client so that the mobile banking client can display the product information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining product information corresponding to the service type in a preset set of product information comprises:
collecting characteristic data of a user;
determining a trending product type for the user based on a neural network model;
and inquiring and determining first product information matched with the service type and the inclined product type in the preset product information set.

The method of claim 4, wherein the service information includes a page of service information, and if the page of service information and the first product information are located on the same page, page data including a page of service information and first product information is sent to the mobile banking client, so that the mobile banking client can display the page of service information and the first product information through the same page.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein in case that the service further includes next page service information, further comprising:
after the mobile banking client displays the business information and the first product information through the same page, receiving display time sent by the mobile banking client;
and sending page data containing next page business information and first product information to the mobile banking client under the condition that the display time is longer than preset time and the first product information is not clicked, so that the mobile banking client can display the next page business information and the first product information through the same page.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
under the condition that the display time is not more than preset time and the first product information is not clicked, inquiring and determining second product information matched with the service type and the inclined product type in the preset product information set;
and sending page data containing next page business information and second product information to the mobile banking client, so that the mobile banking client can display the next page business information and the second product information through the same page.
9. A data pushing apparatus, comprising:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the user identification uploaded by the queuing system after the queuing system of the bank outlet identifies the user identification;
the pushing unit is used for pushing a service selection interface to the mobile banking client corresponding to the user identifier;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the service type sent by the mobile banking client after the mobile banking client determines the service type required to be handled by the user based on the service selection interface;
a determining unit, configured to determine, in a preset service information set, service information corresponding to the service type;
and the sending unit is used for sending the service information to the mobile banking client so as to display the service information by the mobile banking client.
10. A data push system, comprising:
the queuing system of the bank outlets is used for identifying the user identification and sending the user identification to the bank server;
the bank server is used for receiving the user identification uploaded by the queuing system, pushing a service selection interface to the mobile phone banking client corresponding to the user identification, receiving the service type sent by the mobile phone banking client, determining the service information corresponding to the service type in a preset service information set, and sending the service information to the mobile phone banking client;
the mobile terminal is used for receiving and displaying a business selection interface pushed by a bank server based on a mobile banking client corresponding to the user identification, determining the business type required to be handled by the user based on the business selection interface, and sending the business type to the bank server; and receiving and displaying the service information sent by the bank server.
