With the development of computer technology, users can acquire information through a network. But for some specialized knowledge or information, the network acquisition cannot meet the needs of the user. For this reason, many websites promote expert online consultation services, and the websites can provide relevant information of candidate experts in different technical fields. The user can select an expert meeting the requirements from the candidate experts and consult with the expert.
However, some large technical fields can be subdivided into a plurality of small technical fields, each of which can also be subdivided into smaller technical fields. An expert in a certain technical field may not be aware of knowledge in other technical fields. Therefore, in order to better provide services for clients, the experts can be divided into different technical fields according to the knowledge background of the experts. the alternative information base comprises a plurality of alternative information sets, any one of the plurality of alternative information sets comprises at least one piece of alternative information, and the information types of the at least one piece of alternative information are the same.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein if the information score of any one of the at least one third alternative information is less than the demand score, the method further comprises:
determining a second upper level type according to the first upper level type, wherein the first upper level type belongs to the second upper level type;
selecting at least one fourth alternative information from an alternative information base, wherein the information type of the fourth alternative information is the second upper-level type;
and selecting fourth alternative information with information score larger than the demand score as the second alternative information.
4. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the alternative information base is obtained by:
acquiring optional information, wherein the optional information comprises an optional information score;
judging whether the score of the optional information is larger than a score threshold value or not;
and adding the optional information as the optional information into the optional information base when the optional information score of the optional information is greater than or equal to the score threshold value.
5. An information pushing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the demand acquisition module is used for acquiring target demand information of a user, wherein the target demand information comprises a demand type and a demand score, and the demand type represents the type of the information required by the user;
a first determining module, configured to determine a first alternative information set according to the requirement type, where the first alternative information set includes at least one first alternative information, the first alternative information includes an information score and an information type, the information score indicates a quality of the first alternative information, and the information type of the first alternative information matches the requirement type;
the comparison module is used for comparing whether the information score of any one piece of alternative information in the first alternative information set is smaller than the demand score;
the second determining module is used for determining a first upper-level type according to the requirement type when the information score of any one of the first alternative information in the first alternative information set is smaller than the requirement score, and the requirement type belongs to the first upper-level type; selecting at least one third alternative information from an alternative information base, wherein the information type of the third alternative information is the first upper-level type; selecting third alternative information with information score larger than the demand score as the second alternative information;
and the information pushing module is used for pushing the second alternative information set to the user.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the first determining module is specifically configured to:
selecting a first alternative information set with the information type matched with the requirement type from an alternative information base;
the alternative information base comprises a plurality of alternative information sets, any one of the plurality of alternative information sets comprises at least one piece of alternative information, and the information types of the at least one piece of alternative information are the same.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a third determination module configured to:
determining a second upper level type according to the first upper level type, wherein the first upper level type belongs to the second upper level type;
selecting at least one fourth alternative information from an alternative information base, wherein the information type of the fourth alternative information is the second upper-level type;
and selecting fourth alternative information with information score larger than the demand score as the second alternative information.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the candidate information repository is obtained by:
acquiring optional information, wherein the optional information comprises an optional information score;
judging whether the score of the optional information is larger than a score threshold value or not;
and adding the optional information as the optional information into the optional information base when the optional information score of the optional information is greater than or equal to the score threshold value.
