Technical Field
The invention relates to a computer accessory, in particular to a computer hard disk bracket.
Background
The computer hard disk is the most main storage device of a computer and is used as a data storage of a computer system, the capacity is the most main parameter of the hard disk, and the capacity index of the hard disk also comprises the single disk capacity of the hard disk. The single disc capacity refers to the capacity of a single disc of a hard disc, and the larger the single disc capacity is, the lower the unit cost is, and the shorter the average access time is. For users, the capacity of a hard disk is just as that of a memory, and is only rarely and not much. In addition to easier operation, Windows operating systems have increased the size and number of files, and some applications have a tendency to consume hundreds of megabits of hard disk space and have an ever-increasing trend. Therefore, it is sensible to make an appropriate advance in purchasing a hard disk. The mainstream hard disks in the first two years are 320G, 500G and large-capacity hard disks above 750G, which have also begun to spread, and 1TB large-capacity hard disks have begun to appear in 2007. For some hardware fevers, a RAID storage system formed by a plurality of hard disks is sought on the basis of a single hard disk of 1TB, 2TB or 4 TB. However, for a general personal computer, the hard disk drive set by a manufacturer is usually limited, and is generally a single hard disk, a double hard disk, or a chassis with at most four drives. In addition, the hard disk of the existing personal computer system is generally installed as a fixed hard disk, when the hard disk needs to be installed or replaced, the hard disk can be removed only by removing the fixing screw with a screwdriver, and the maintenance is very inconvenient.

To maintain the following description of the embodiments of the present disclosure clear and concise, a detailed description of known functions and known components have been omitted from the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a hard disk bracket for a computer according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be integrally disposed in a computer case (not shown in the drawings), includes a first side plate 11 and a second side plate 12 connected by a top plate 13, where the first side plate 11 includes a first side plate body 111 and a first folded edge 112, a second folded edge 113 and a third folded edge 114 respectively formed on lateral sides of the first side plate body 111, where the first folded edge 112 is configured to be connected to the top plate 13, and the second folded edge 113 and the third folded edge 113 are configured to be fixedly connected to the computer case; the second side plate 12 includes a second side plate body 123 and a first fixing plate 121 for forming a connection with the top plate 13, and a second fixing plate 122 for forming a connection with a computer case.
The first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 are oppositely arranged to form an accommodating cavity for accommodating a plurality of bracket bodies 14, as shown in fig. 1, each bracket body 14 is correspondingly mounted with a different hard disk 2, where the hard disk 2 may be a conventional mechanical hard disk or a solid state hard disk. The plurality of bracket bodies 14 are arranged in parallel, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, each bracket body 14 includes a supporting plate 141 for supporting the hard disk 2 and bracket side plates 142 located at two sides of the supporting plate 141, and the two bracket side plates 142 are respectively in snap fit with the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12. Compared with the fixed installation of the hard disk of a common personal computer, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize the expansion of the capacity of the hard disk of the computer with lower cost, and has the advantages that the hard disk is convenient to install and disassemble, and extra personal NAS equipment does not need to be purchased.
In achieving the snap-fit relationship between the bracket side plate 142 and the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12, in some embodiments, it is preferable that the bracket body 14 further includes two opposite elastic snap-fit arms 143 connected to the bracket side plate 142, and the bracket body 14 is snapped between the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 through the elastic snap-fit arms 143. The introduction of the resilient snap arms 143 makes it easier to remove and install the entire bracket body 14.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, at least a first bayonet 115 is disposed on the first side plate 11, at least a second bayonet 124 is disposed on the second side plate 12, the elastic clamping arm 143 is configured with a fixed end 1431 connected to the bracket side plate 142 and a clamping end 1432 configured with a limiting head 14321, a bending portion 1433 is disposed between the clamping end 1432 and the fixed end 1431, and a clamping portion 14331 clamped with the first bayonet 115 and/or the second bayonet 124 is disposed outside the bending portion 1433. In this structure, when the hard disk 2 needs to be installed, the single bracket body 14 can be inserted in parallel between the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12, the elastic clamping arm 143 is fixed by the clamping portion 14331 of the bending portion 1433, the clamping end 1432 is outwardly opened due to the existence of the bending portion 1433, and the user can install and detach the bracket body 14 integrally by applying force to the clamping end 1432.
In order to prevent the carrier body 14 from being excessively inserted during installation, in some preferred embodiments, a first limiting protrusion 116 for limiting the excessive insertion of the carrier body 14 is further disposed at a position corresponding to the first bayonet 115 on the first side plate 11, and correspondingly, a second limiting protrusion 126 is further disposed at a position corresponding to the second bayonet 124 on the second side plate 12.
In addition to the carrier plate 141 of the bracket body 14 mainly used for carrying the hard disk 2, the hard disk can be clamped or fixed on the carrier plate, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a plurality of mounting holes 1411 are distributed on the carrier plate 141 in a matrix manner, and rolling members 144 convenient for the hard disk 2 to be inserted in a sliding manner are arranged in the mounting holes 1411. The rolling members 144 may be in the form of rolling members for facilitating the sliding in of the hard disk 2 when mounted to the carrier body 14. In addition, the rolling member 144 may further be made of a flexible material such as rubber, so as to achieve a shock absorption effect and prevent the hard disk from being damaged due to unexpected vibration.
Furthermore, because the current specifications of computer hard disks include solid state hard disks of various specifications such as sata interface and M2 interface in addition to 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch hard disks, the mounting hole 1411 is preferably configured as an 8-shaped special-shaped hole so as to be respectively adapted to hard disks of various specifications such as 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch hard disks.
In addition, the purpose of the limiting head 14321 of the clamping end 1432 of the elastic clamping arm 143 is to prevent the elastic clamping arm 143 from being excessively inserted between the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12, but the limiting head 14321 exposed out of the first side plate 11 or the second side plate 12 may be unfavorable for the wiring in the chassis, so preferably, only one of the first side plate 11 or the second side plate 12 needs to be provided with the third clamping opening 125 for clamping and matching with the limiting head 14321.
While there has been described what are believed to be the preferred embodiments of the present invention, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the principles of the invention, and it is intended to cover all such changes and modifications as fall within the true scope of the invention.
