Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a first structural diagram of a backlight module provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown.
In this embodiment, the backlight module includes a reflective sheet 10; a light guide plate 20 disposed on the reflective sheet 10; an optical film 30 disposed on a side of the light guide plate 20 away from the reflective sheet 10; the metal plate 40 is arranged at the edge of the backlight module; and a rubber frame 50 encapsulated at the side of the backlight module.
The backlight module further includes a light source 60 disposed between the reflective sheet 10 and the light guide plate 20 or located at a side of the light guide plate 20, and the position of the light source 60 is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, in the present application, the light source 60 is disposed between the reflective sheet 10 and the light guide plate 20.
In this embodiment, the metal plate 40 includes a bottom plate portion and a bending portion perpendicular to the bottom plate portion, the bottom plate portion is disposed on a surface of the backlight module away from the light emitting surface, the bending portion is bent to a side surface of the backlight module, and the metal plate 40 is used for protecting the backlight module.
The metal plate 40 is made of a material with good thermal conductivity, such as stainless steel, an aluminum-zinc-plated steel plate, a zinc-plated steel plate or an aluminum alloy; the metal plate 40 is coated with a heat dissipation coating, so that heat generated by the light source 60 can be dissipated in time, and components inside the backlight module are protected.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic view of a planar structure of a plastic frame according to an embodiment of the present application is provided.
In this embodiment, the rubber frame 50 is provided with a plurality of openings on a side surface of the backlight module.
The openings are located at four corners of the rubber frame 50.
In this embodiment, the rubber frame 50 can be made of plastic or resin.
In this embodiment, the metal plate 40 is located between the backlight module and the rubber frame 50, and the bent portion of the metal plate includes a plurality of protrusions butted with the openings of the rubber frame 50.
In this embodiment, the opening of the rubber frame 50 is a notch structure, and the opening of the rubber frame 50 is nested and matched with the protrusion of the bending portion of the metal plate 40 to fix the rubber frame 50 and the metal plate 40 to each other.
In this embodiment, the protruding positions of the bent portions of the metal plate 40 correspond to the positions of the openings on the rubber frame 50 one by one.
In this embodiment, the height of the protrusion of the bent portion of the metal plate 40 is less than or equal to the thickness of the rubber frame 50, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, in this embodiment, the height of the protrusion of the bent portion of the metal plate 40 is smaller than the thickness of the rubber frame 50.
In this embodiment, the length of the portion of the bent portion of the metal plate 40, which is in contact with the opening, is greater than or equal to 0.5mm, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the protrusion of the bent portion of the metal plate 40 is integrally formed with the bent portion of the metal plate 40.
In this embodiment, the openings are located at four corners of the rubber frame 50, and the protrusions of the bent portion of the metal plate 40 are nested and matched with the openings at the four corners of the rubber frame 50 to prevent the four corners of the rubber frame from warping.
In the embodiment, a plurality of openings are formed in the rubber frame 50 on the side surface of the backlight module, and the openings in the rubber frame 50 are in a notch structure; a plurality of bulges butted with the openings are arranged on the bent part of the metal plate 40; the bulges of the bent part of the metal plate 40 are positioned at four corners of the rubber frame 50 and are in nested fit with the open holes to form certain constraint force, and the rubber frame 50 is constrained through the metal plate 40, so that the rubber frame 50 is prevented from warping and deforming due to high temperature.
Referring to fig. 3, a second structural diagram of a backlight module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
In this embodiment, the backlight module has a similar/identical structure to the first structure of the backlight module provided in the foregoing embodiment, and please refer to the description of the backlight module in the foregoing embodiment, which is not repeated herein, and the difference between the two is only:
in this embodiment, the bent portion of the metal plate 40 includes a first protrusion 41 and a second protrusion 42 abutting against the opening of the rubber frame 50.
The first protrusion 41 and the second protrusion 42 are formed by extending from the same edge of the bent portion of the metal plate 50.
In this embodiment, the first protrusion 41 and the second protrusion 42 of the bent portion of the metal plate 40 are nested and matched with the openings at four corners of the plastic frame 50 to prevent the four corners of the plastic frame 50 from warping.
Example two
The application also provides a display device, which comprises the backlight module of the embodiment.
The backlight module has been described in detail in the first embodiment, and the description is not repeated here.
The application provides a backlight module and a display device, wherein the backlight module comprises a reflector plate; the light guide plate is arranged on the reflecting sheet; the light source is arranged between the reflecting sheet and the light guide plate or positioned on the side of the light guide plate; the metal plate is arranged at the edge of the backlight module and comprises a bottom plate part and a bent part perpendicular to the bottom plate part, the bottom plate part is arranged on the surface, away from the light emitting surface, of the backlight module, and the bent part is bent to the side surface of the backlight module; the rubber frame is packaged on the side face of the backlight module, and is provided with a plurality of openings; wherein, the panel beating is located backlight unit and glues between the frame, and the panel beating includes a plurality of and glues the arch of frame trompil butt joint.
The method comprises the following steps that a plurality of openings are formed in a rubber frame on the side face of the backlight module, and the openings in the rubber frame are of a notch structure; a plurality of bulges butted with the openings are arranged on the metal plate bending part; the bulges of the metal plate bending parts are in nested fit with the four corners of the rubber frame and the open holes to form certain constraint force, and the rubber frame is constrained by the metal plate, so that the rubber frame is prevented from being warped and deformed after being subjected to high temperature.

Claims (10)
1. A backlight module, comprising:
a reflective sheet;
the light guide plate is arranged on the reflecting sheet;
a light source disposed between the reflection sheet and the light guide plate or at a side of the light guide plate;
the metal plate is arranged at the edge of the backlight module and comprises a bottom plate part and a bent part perpendicular to the bottom plate part, the bottom plate part is arranged on one surface of the backlight module, which is far away from the light emitting surface, and the bent part is bent to the side surface of the backlight module;
the rubber frame is packaged on the side face of the backlight module, and is provided with a plurality of openings;
the metal plate is located between the backlight module and the rubber frame, and the metal plate bending portion comprises a plurality of bulges butted with the rubber frame through holes.
2. The backlight module according to claim 1, wherein the opening of the plastic frame is a notch structure, and the opening of the plastic frame is nested and matched with the protrusion of the metal plate bending part to fix the plastic frame and the metal plate.
3. The backlight module as claimed in claim 2, wherein the protruding positions of the metal plate bending parts correspond to the positions of the openings on the plastic frame one by one.
4. The backlight module as claimed in claim 3, wherein the height of the protrusion of the metal plate bending part is less than or equal to the thickness of the rubber frame.
5. The backlight module as claimed in claim 4, wherein the length of the portion of the metal plate bent portion contacting the opening is greater than or equal to 0.5 mm.
6. The backlight module of claim 1, wherein the protrusions of the sheet metal bent portions are integrally formed with the sheet metal bent portions.
7. The backlight module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the openings are located at four corners of the plastic frame, and the protrusions of the metal plate bending portions are nested and matched with the openings at the four corners of the plastic frame to prevent the four corners of the plastic frame from warping.
8. The backlight module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the metal plate bending portion comprises a first protrusion and a second protrusion abutting against the opening of the plastic frame, and the first protrusion and the second protrusion are formed by extending from the same edge of the metal plate bending portion.
9. The backlight module as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first and second protrusions of the metal plate bending portion are nested and fitted with the openings at the four corners of the plastic frame to prevent the four corners of the plastic frame from warping.
10. A display device comprising a backlight module according to any one of claims 1-9.
