Abstract

The control of the pH value of the solution in the production of sodium metabisulfite is the key to realize the quality of the target product. In actual production, a probe of the pH meter is easily burnt, the maintenance process is difficult, the maintenance process easily causes permanent damage to the probe, and the experience of a client is poor. The technical analysis considers that the blocking phenomenon is one of the attributes of sodium metabisulfite products, if the structure can be replaced, the maintenance difficulty can be obviously reduced, and the damage to components and parts in the maintenance process can be reduced. The patent CN201921130877.7 discloses a PH meter plugging electrode which is convenient to use, and the electrode can be forcibly pulled out by mechanical force, practice proves that the technology is applied to a pyrosulfurous acid production environment, and the damage rate of the PH meter electrode in operation is extremely high, and the result is not desired by all parties.
Therefore, there is a need for an improvement to existing pH meters to increase the useful life of the pH meter and reduce the rate of damage to the pH meter electrodes or pH meter probes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pH meter, which can obviously reduce the damage rate of a pH meter electrode in a maintenance link and prolong the service life.

one end of the transmission rod is provided with a drill bit, and the other end of the transmission rod is provided with a rotary rod.
In the technical scheme, the extension rod plays a role of liquid seal, has a certain safety distance with the liquid level and prevents liquid from running out; the drill bit is used for drilling a crystal wrapped on the pH meter in use; the ball valve has the functions of closing the channel in the maintenance process, avoiding liquid from flowing out and blocking fluid from exchanging with each other; the installation guide pipe is mainly convenient to install and plays a guiding role in parts such as an extension bar, a drill bit and the like; the transmission rod applies force to the drill bit to drill the crystal; the rotary rod plays a role in rotation and provides a power source for the transmission rod.
In the maintenance process: rotating the rotary rod, making forward spiral motion of the drill bit under mechanical force to further crush the crystal wrapped on the extension rod and the crystal wrapped on the electrode, separating the crystal pasted on the electrode from the electrode when the drill bit is not forced or moves to the other end of the electrode head, and independently pulling out the extension rod or pulling out the transmission rod and the extension rod together to clean the electrode; or the transmission rod and the extension rod are pulled to the position between the ball valve and the inner screw thread together, washing water (a washing water interface) is started, the electrode is washed, and after the electrode maintenance is finished, all components are recovered.
By adopting the technical scheme, the damage rate of the pH meter electrode or the pH meter probe is reduced and the service life is prolonged after the maintenance of the pH meter is carried out; the transmission rod is preferably made of stainless steel with excellent acid corrosion resistance.
Preferably, a glan head is embedded at the other end of the extension bar; the signal wire starts from one end of the electrode and sequentially passes through the lengthening rod and the Glan head; the gland head is mainly used for sealing.
Preferably, the radius of the inscribed circle of the drill bit is larger than or equal to the inner diameter of the transmission rod, and the difference between the inner diameter of the circumscribed circle of the drill bit and the outer diameter of the transmission rod is not larger than 16 mm.
By adopting the technical scheme, the drill bit is a part of the transmission rod; or two mutually independent elements, when the drill bit and the transmission rod are two mutually independent elements, the transmission rod and the drill bit can be stably connected without causing the drill bit to fall off.
Preferably, the transmission rod is provided with an external thread tooth; the installation guide pipe is provided with inner screw threads, and the length of the outer screw threads is at least greater than the distance from the flange to the wall surface of the container; the flange is disposed at an end of the mounting conduit.

Preferably, the length of the inner thread tooth is not less than 3 threads.
Preferably, the distance from the ball valve to the end side of the mounting conduit away from the flange is at least greater than 5 cm; and the flushing water interface is positioned on the mounting conduit at the side of the ball valve and the mounting conduit far away from the flange.
Preferably, the electrode extends out of one end of the extension bar by not less than 1 cm.
Preferably, the maximum outer diameter of the outer section of the electrode exposed from the extension rod is no greater than the minimum outer diameter of the extension rod.
Preferably, the electrode is mechanically connected to the extension rod.
Preferably, the extension bar and the transmission rod are connected through threads to realize sealing; or the extension bar and the transmission rod are sealed by flexible connection, and the inner diameter of the transmission rod is at least 0.2mm larger than the outer diameter of the extension bar.
The inner diameter of the transmission rod is different from the outer diameter of the extension rod, and the optimal difference is 0.3-0.5 mm.

The driving rod 10 has a drill 3 at one end and a rotary rod 11 at the other end.

The electrode 1 extends out of one end of the extension bar 2 by at least 1cm, the maximum outer diameter of the electrode 1 exposed out of the extension bar 2 is not larger than the minimum outer diameter of the extension bar 2, and in the embodiment, the end of the electrode 1 extending out of the extension bar 2 is optimally 3-6 cm; the electrode 1 is mechanically connected with the extension bar 2; the extension bar 2 and the transmission rod 10 are connected through threads to realize sealing; or the extension bar 2 and the transmission rod 10 are sealed by flexible connection, and the inner diameter of the transmission rod 10 is at least 0.2mm larger than the outer diameter of the extension bar 2.
Original parts such as the extension bar 2, the installation guide pipe 7, the transmission rod 10 and the like are all round steel pipes, and stainless steel materials with better acid corrosion resistance are preferably selected.
In the maintenance process: rotating the rotary rod 11, moving the transmission rod 10, making the drill bit 3 make forward spiral motion under mechanical force, further crushing the crystal pasted on the extension rod 2 and the electrode 1 (as shown in figure 2), when the drill bit 3 is not forced or moved to the electrode head of the electrode 1, realizing separation between the crystal pasted on the electrode 1 and the electrode 1, namely independently pulling out the extension rod 2 or pulling out the transmission rod 10 and the extension rod 2 together, and cleaning the electrode 1; or the transmission rod 10 and the extension rod 2 are pulled out to the position between the ball valve 5 and the inner screw thread 8, the washing water (the washing water interface 6) is opened, water flows in from the washing water interface 6, the electrode 1 is cleaned, and after the maintenance of the electrode 1 is finished, all components are recovered.

the signal wire is connected with the electrode; the mounting conduit is connected with a ball valve; the inner side of the installation guide pipe is provided with an inner screw thread, and the transmission rod provided with an outer screw thread is assembled through the inner screw thread; a flushing water interface is arranged between the ball valve and the inner thread;
one end of the transmission rod is provided with a drill bit, and the other end of the transmission rod is provided with a rotary rod.
2. The pH meter according to claim 1, wherein a glan head is fitted in the other end of the extension bar; the signal wire starts from one end of the electrode and sequentially penetrates through the lengthening rod and the Glan head.

The pH meter of claim 1, wherein the radius of the inscribed circle of the drill bit is equal to or greater than the inner diameter of the drive rod, and the difference between the inner diameter of the circumscribed circle of the drill bit and the outer diameter of the drive rod is no greater than 16 mm.

The pH meter of claim 5, wherein the distance from the ball valve to the end of the mounting conduit remote from the flange is at least greater than 5 cm; and the flushing water interface is positioned on the mounting conduit at the side of the ball valve and the mounting conduit far away from the flange.
7. The pH meter according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the electrode is mechanically connected to the extension rod.
8. The pH meter of claim 7, wherein said electrode extends at least 1cm beyond an end of said extension rod.
9. The pH meter of claim 8, wherein the maximum outer diameter of the outer section of the electrode exposed by the extension rod is no greater than the minimum outer diameter of the extension rod.
10. The pH meter of claim 9, wherein the extension rod and the transmission rod are sealed by a threaded connection; or the extension bar and the transmission rod are sealed by flexible connection, and the inner diameter of the transmission rod is at least 0.2mm larger than the outer diameter of the extension bar.
