A first upper connecting block 1111 and a first lower connecting block 1112 are respectively fixed on the upper and lower end surfaces of the first fixing seat 111, the first upper connecting block 1111 and the first lower connecting block 1112 are both square connecting blocks, the second upper connecting block 1121 and the second lower connecting block 1122 are respectively fixed on the upper and lower end surfaces of the second fixing seat 112, the second upper connecting block 1121 and the second lower connecting block 1122 are both square connecting blocks, the first upper connecting block 1111 and the second upper connecting block 1121 are connected through a bolt with an upper gap 500 therebetween, the first lower connecting block 1112 and the second lower connecting block 1122 are connected through a bolt with a lower gap 600 therebetween, the first upper extending plate 701 and the first lower extending plate 702 which have the same extending direction as the first positioning column 141 are respectively vertically fixed on the upper and lower end portions of the first positioning cover 14, the first upper fixing plate 703 and the first lower fixing plate 704 are respectively fixed on the end portions of the first upper extending plate 701 and the first lower extending plate 702, a second upper extending plate 801 and a second lower extending plate 802, which have the same extending direction as the second positioning column, are respectively and vertically fixed at the upper and lower end portions of the second positioning cover 15, a second upper fixing plate 803 and a second lower fixing plate 804 are respectively fixed at the end portions of the second upper extending plate 801 and the second lower extending plate 802, when the first fixing seat 111 and the second fixing seat 112 are fixedly connected, the first upper fixing plate 703 and the second upper fixing plate 803 are attached and arranged in the upper gap 500, and the first lower fixing plate 704 and the second lower fixing plate 804 are attached and arranged in the lower gap 600.
Second clamping strips 901 are fixed on the lower end faces of the first upper extension plate 701 and the second upper extension plate 801, and upper clamping grooves 1001 are fixed on the upper end face of the first fixing seat 111 and the upper end face of the second fixing seat 112; third clamping strips 902 are fixed on the upper end surfaces of the first lower extension plate 702 and the second lower extension plate 802, and lower clamping grooves 1002 are fixed on the lower end surface of the first fixing seat 111 and the lower end surface of the second fixing seat 112; when the first fixing seat 111 and the second fixing seat 112 are assembled together, the second card strip 901 is clamped in the upper card slot 1001, and the third card strip 902 is clamped in the lower card slot 1002.
The end face where the opening of the cavity 110 on the first fixing seat 111 is located is a first connecting end face 1113, and the vertical distance from the most lateral face of the first upper connecting block 1111 to the first connecting end face 1113 is greater than the vertical distance from the most lateral face of the first lower connecting block 1112 to the first connecting end face 1113; the end surface of the second fixing seat 112 where the opening of the cavity 110 is located is a second connection end surface 1123, the vertical distance from the most lateral surface of the second upper connection block 1121 to the second connection end surface 1123 is greater than the vertical distance from the most lateral surface of the second lower connection block 1122 to the second connection end surface 1123, and the first fixing seat 111 and the second fixing seat 112 are fixedly connected in a staggered manner, so that the fixing seat 11 is firmly fixed.

The embodiment 2 has substantially the same features as the embodiment 1, except that the first fixing seat 111 and the second fixing seat 112 are respectively provided with a first through groove 1114 and a second through groove 1124, the first through groove 1114 and the second through groove 1124 are both arc-shaped grooves, when the first fixing seat 111 is fixed to the second fixing seat 112, the first through groove 1114 and the second through groove 1124 form a channel 1100 communicated with the cavity 110, the channel 1100 is cylindrical, and the other end of the channel 1100 penetrates through the fixing seat 11. Signal lines or power lines are connected to other devices through the channel 1100.

A component for automatically locking a rotating shaft comprises the rotating shaft (10) and a fixed seat (11), wherein a cavity (110) in a spherical shape is arranged at the end part of the fixed seat (11) along the axial direction, the rotating shaft (10) comprises a shaft head (101) in a spherical shape, and the shaft head (101) is arranged in the cavity (110) and is axially locked on the fixed seat (11); the method is characterized in that: the fixing seat (11) comprises a first fixing seat (111) and a second fixing seat (112), the first fixing seat (111) and the second fixing seat (112) are assembled to form a cavity (110), at least one mounting hole (100) which is recessed along the axial direction is formed in the end portions of the first fixing seat (111) and the second fixing seat (112), the upper end portion of each mounting hole (100) is communicated with the cavity (110), a locking head (12) is connected in the mounting hole (100) in a clamping mode, a spring (13) is installed between the locking head (12) and the bottom of each mounting hole (100), and the locking head (12) is pressed on the shaft head (101) through the spring (13); the locking device is characterized by further comprising a first positioning cover (14) and a second positioning cover (15), wherein a first positioning column (141) is fixed on the end face of the first positioning cover (14), a second positioning column (151) is fixed on the end face of the second positioning cover (15), when the first positioning cover (14) is installed on the first fixing seat (111), the first positioning column (141) is in contact connection with a locking head (12) in the first fixing seat (111), and when the second positioning cover (15) is installed on the second fixing seat (112), the second positioning column (151) is in contact connection with the locking head (12) on the second fixing seat (112); a first upper connecting block (1111) and a first lower connecting block (1112) are respectively fixed on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the first fixing seat (111), a second upper connecting block (1121) and a second lower connecting block (1122) are respectively fixed on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the second fixing seat (112), the first upper connecting block (1111) and the second upper connecting block (1121) are connected through bolts, an upper gap (500) is arranged between the first upper connecting block and the second upper connecting block, the first lower connecting block (1112) and the second lower connecting block (1122) are connected through bolts, a lower gap (600) is arranged between the first upper connecting block and the second lower connecting block, a first upper extending plate (701) and a first lower extending plate (702) which have the same extending direction as the first positioning column (141) are respectively and vertically fixed on the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the first upper extending plate (701) and the first lower extending plate (702), a first upper fixing plate (703) and a first lower fixing plate (704) are respectively fixed on the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the first extending plate (702), a second upper extending plate (801) and a second lower extending plate (802) which have the same extending direction as the second positioning column are respectively and vertically fixed at the upper end part and the lower end part of the second positioning cover (15), a second upper fixing sheet (803) and a second lower fixing sheet (804) are respectively fixed at the end parts of the second upper extending plate (801) and the second lower extending plate (802), when the first fixing seat (111) is fixedly connected with the second fixing seat (112), the first upper fixing sheet (703) is attached to the second upper fixing sheet (803) and arranged in the upper gap (500), and the first lower fixing sheet (704) is attached to the second lower fixing sheet (804) and arranged in the lower gap (600); the end face where the opening of the cavity (110) on the first fixing seat (111) is located is a first connecting end face (1113), and the vertical distance from the most lateral face of the first upper connecting block (1111) to the first connecting end face (1113) is greater than the vertical distance from the most lateral face of the first lower connecting block (1112) to the first connecting end face (1113); the end face where the opening of the cavity (110) is located on the second fixing seat (112) is a second connecting end face (1123), and the vertical distance from the most lateral face of the second upper connecting block (1121) to the second connecting end face (1123) is larger than the vertical distance from the most lateral face of the second lower connecting block (1122) to the second connecting end face (1123).
