Description

Device for moving sliding doors or folding sliding doors
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for moving a sliding door or a folding sliding door relative to a furniture wall, to a device for moving a movable furniture part, in particular a sliding door or a folding sliding door, relative to a stationary furniture part, in particular a furniture wall, and to a piece of furniture having at least one such device.
The invention further relates to a method for mounting a device on a furniture wall.
Background
Devices for moving sliding doors or folding sliding doors relative to a furniture wall are known, which comprise a first guide system to be fixed on the furniture wall and a second guide system to be fixed on the furniture wall at a vertical distance from the first guide system, wherein the two guide systems each have at least one guide and a guide body mounted movably on the guide, and the device has a carrier to which the sliding door or the folding sliding door can be fixed and which is connected movably or coupled movably to the two guide bodies of the guide system. This type of device is known for example from AT519374B 1. However, it is disadvantageous that the carrier can have extremely large dimensions depending on the size of the respective piece of furniture. This makes not only transport but also installation of such a carrier more difficult.
Starting from this, the following solutions have been proposed: the carrier is constructed in one piece. Such a component carrier is known, for example, from AT519897a 1. However, this type of component carrier requires additional steps during installation, since the individual carrier components must be assembled together before final assembly. The installation of such a component carrier is therefore still associated with considerable expenditure.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to avoid at least one of the aforementioned disadvantages and to provide a device, a piece of furniture and a method which are improved over the prior art.
The object is achieved by a device for moving a sliding door relative to a furniture wall, a method for mounting a device on a furniture wall, a further device for moving a sliding door relative to a furniture wall, and a piece of furniture.
A device according to the invention for moving a sliding door or a folding sliding door relative to a furniture wall, comprising a first guide system to be fixed on the furniture wall and a second guide system to be fixed on the furniture wall at a vertical distance from the first guide system, wherein the two guide systems each have at least one guide and a guide body which is mounted movably on the guide, and the device comprises a carrier on which the sliding door or the folding sliding door can be fixed and which is connected to the two guide bodies of the guide system in a movably coupled manner or which is connected to the two guide bodies of the guide system in a movably coupled manner, is therefore based on the basic concept in the respect of the device: the carrier comprises at least two carrier parts which are movable relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the carrier, such that the carrier is adjustable in its length by a relative movement of the at least two carrier parts with respect to each other. In other words, the carrier is telescopic. This has the following advantages: the carrier can then be adapted very simply to the respective dimensions of the piece of furniture. In addition, the mounting is made easier, since the assembly of the individual carrier parts is no longer necessary. It is further noted that the carrier, on account of its connection to the guide body which is mounted movably on the guide part, moves only together with the guide body when the guide body moves along the guide part, but does not itself perform a rotational movement.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the at least two carrier parts are connected to one another in a friction-locking manner, preferably at least one friction element is provided which is arranged on one of the at least two carrier parts and bears against the other of the at least two carrier parts, particularly preferably the at least one friction element comprises a rubber material.
It is particularly advantageous here if the at least two carrier parts are connected to one another purely frictionally. Therefore, it is specified that: the provided carrier parts are limited in their relative movement to one another by a purely frictional connection of the carrier parts. In other words, no fixing elements are provided which act directly on the carrier parts and fix these carrier parts relative to one another.
Furthermore, it can be provided in the device that all pre-installed components of the device have a maximum length of 1200mm and a maximum width of 800mm, so that they can be arranged on euro trays for distribution purposes.
In contrast, an apparatus according to the invention for moving a movable furniture part, in particular a sliding door or a folding sliding door, relative to a stationary furniture part, in particular a furniture wall, has at least two actuating means which are mounted rotatably in each case relative to a bearing arrangement at a distance from one another and a telescopic synchronization device which connects the at least two actuating means to one another or via which the at least two actuating means can be connected to one another in order to synchronize the rotational movement of the at least two actuating means, the basic idea in the case of which is to provide at least one carrier which is connected or connectable to at least one of the bearing arrangements of the at least two actuating means, at least partially surrounds the synchronization device and is telescopic. By connecting or being connectable to at least one of the bearing means, the carrier does not execute a rotational movement in the event of a rotational movement of the actuating means relative to the respective bearing means.
In this case, it can be provided that the respective bearing devices of the at least two active means are each arranged in or on one of the two guide bodies of the guide system.
As mentioned above, a piece of furniture having at least one furniture wall, at least one sliding door or folding sliding door and at least one device is also claimed, wherein the first and second guide systems are fixed to the at least one furniture wall and the at least one sliding door or folding sliding door is fixed to the carrier. In this case, it can be provided that the piece of furniture has a receiving area for receiving components of a kitchen, a laundry holding device or the like.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a piece of furniture 29 comprising a fixed furniture part 31 with two furniture walls 3 and a folding sliding door 2 comprising two door leaves 2a, but only one door leaf 2a is shown. The receiving area 30 can thus be seen. The door leaves 2a can be connected to one another in a pivotable manner via a hinge 42. In this case, a device 1 for moving the folding sliding door 2 relative to the furniture wall 3 is arranged on the furniture wall 3 on the right in the illustration. It should be noted here that a device 1 of this type can also be provided on the opposite furniture wall 3, so that a further folding sliding door 2 can also be moved by means of this device 1. Furthermore, a further furniture wall parallel to the furniture wall 3 can be provided in each case, so that a receiving shaft is formed for receiving the folding sliding door 2.
The device 1 comprises a first guide system 4 fixed to the furniture wall 3 and a second guide system 5 fixed to the furniture wall 3 at a vertical distance 6 from the first guide system 4, wherein the two guide systems 4, 5 each have at least one guide 7, 8 and a guide body 9, 10 mounted movably on the guide 7, 8. Furthermore, the device 1 comprises a carrier 11 on which the folding sliding door 2 can be fixed. In this connection, interfaces 20 are provided, to which the not shown door leaves of the folding sliding door 2 can be fastened. It can thereby be provided that the carrier 11 has at least two interfaces 20 for fastening the sliding door or the folding sliding door 2, preferably that the at least two interfaces 20 are arranged on different carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c of the carrier 11, particularly preferably that at least one interface 20 is adjustable at least in the vertical direction 21, preferably also in the horizontal direction 22. Furthermore, the carrier 11 is connected to the two guide bodies 9, 10 of the guide systems 4, 5 in a kinematically coupled manner. Furthermore, the carrier 11 comprises at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c which are movable relative to each other in the longitudinal direction 12 of the carrier 11, such that the carrier 11 is adjustable in terms of its length 13 by a relative movement of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c relative to each other.
The piece of furniture 29 furthermore has a carriage rail 33 along which the carriage 32 is mounted so as to be displaceable. The carriage 32 is connected to the door leaves 2a via a hinge in such a way that the folding sliding door 2 can be moved by a movement of the carriage 32 along the carriage rail 33 between a first position, in which the door leaves 2a are oriented substantially coplanar with one another, and a second position, in which the door leaves are oriented substantially parallel to one another. Furthermore, a transport device 34 is situated in the extension of the carriage rail 33, but is connected to the guide body 9 and on which the carriage 32 can be arranged in the second position of the folding sliding door 2. In this second position, the folding sliding door 2 can then be moved along the guides 7, 8 of the two guide systems 4, 5, so that the folding sliding door 2 can be lowered into the receiving shaft.
Fig. 2 shows a device 1 with a carrier 11 comprising carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11 c. It can be seen here that the two guide bodies 9, 10 each have a locking device 26 for releasably fixing the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c to the respective guide body 9, 10. In the illustrated embodiment, the carrier parts 11b, 11c are releasably fixed to the respective guide bodies 9, 10 via the respective locking device 26.
Fig. 3a shows the first guide system 4 with the guide piece 7, along which the guide body 9 is movably supported. Here, a pull-off line 23a can be seen, which is arranged between the two ends 7a, 7b of the guide 7 and whose principle of action will be explained in more detail later.
While fig. 3b shows a second guide system 5 with a guide 8 along which the guide body 10 is movably supported. Here, a pull rope 23b can be seen, which is arranged between the two ends 8a, 8b of the guide 8 and whose principle of action will likewise be explained in more detail later.
Fig. 4a shows a carrier 11 of the device 1, which comprises three carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11 c. Starting from fig. 4a, the carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c can be moved relative to one another along the longitudinal direction 12 of the carrier 11, so that the length 13 of the carrier 11 is adjustable. In connection with this, fig. 4b shows the carrier 11, wherein the carrier part 11b has been moved relative to the carrier parts 11a, 11c, so that the length 13 of the carrier 11 is now smaller than in fig. 4 a.
Fig. 4c shows an exploded view of the carrier 11, so that the synchronization device 15 can be seen, which comprises synchronization parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15 d. The synchronization parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d can be moved relative to each other in the longitudinal direction 16, so that the length 17 of the synchronization device 17 is adjustable. Furthermore, it is possible to couple the two synchronization parts 15c, 15d with the actuation means 24a, 24b (see fig. 5a) of the guide bodies 9, 10. It can therefore be provided that the device 1 comprises a synchronization device 15 via which the two guide bodies 9, 10 of the guide systems 4, 5 can be coupled to one another, preferably that the synchronization device 15 comprises at least two synchronization parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d which can be moved relative to one another in the longitudinal direction 16 of the synchronization device 15, so that the synchronization device 15 is adjustable in terms of its length 17 by a relative movement of the at least two synchronization parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d relative to one another.
As shown, at least one energy store 18 can be provided for assisting the movement of the sliding door or folding sliding door 2 relative to the furniture wall 3, preferably the at least one energy store 18 is arranged such that it acts between one of the at least two synchronizing parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d and one of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c and/or one of the two guide bodies 9, 10, particularly preferably the at least one energy store, preferably an energy store 18 designed as a torsion spring, has two end sections 18a, 18b, a first end section 18a being connected to one of the at least two synchronizing parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d and a second end section 18b being connected to one of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c or one of the two guide bodies 9, 10 are connected to one another. Furthermore, two sleeves 28a, 28b can be seen, via which the two synchronizing parts 15a, 15c and the two synchronizing parts 15b, 15d can be connected to each other. While the intermediate pieces 25a, 25b, 25c are connected to the respective carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c and serve to rotatably support the synchronization device 15. The synchronization device 15 is, however, connected to the intermediate pieces 25a, 25c in such a way that the carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c are moved relative to one another and at the same time the synchronization parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d are also moved relative to one another. It can thereby be provided that a first synchronization part 15a of the at least two synchronization parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d and a first carrier part 11c of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c are connectable or interconnected and a second synchronization part 15b of the at least two synchronization parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d and a second carrier part 11b of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c are connectable or interconnected, such that by a relative movement of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c with respect to each other, the carrier 11 is adjustable in terms of its length 13 and at the same time the synchronization means 15 are also adjustable in terms of its length 17 and/or the synchronization means 15 are arranged substantially inside the carrier 11. Furthermore, the plug pins 41 serve to connect the respective synchronization parts 15a, 15c and 15b, 15d to one another. Finally, recesses 35 in the carrier parts 11b, 11c can be seen, which serve to connect the carrier parts 11b, 11c to the respective guide bodies 9, 10 (see fig. 6 a).
Fig. 4d shows a top view of the carrier 11. Here, friction elements 14 can be seen, which are connected to the carrier part 11b and rest against the carrier part 11 a. It can therefore be provided that the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c are connected to one another in a friction-locking manner, preferably at least one friction element 14 is provided which is arranged on one of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c and bears against the other of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c, particularly preferably the at least one friction element 14 comprises a rubber material. In this case, it is preferably provided that the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c are connected to one another purely frictionally.
Furthermore, the plug-in pin 41 and the fastening device 19 can be seen, wherein the fastening device 19 in the installed state of the device 1 passes through the synchronization elements 15a, 15c, through the sleeve 28a and through the energy store 18. It can thus be provided that the at least one energy store 18 is designed as a torsion spring, wherein the torsion spring is pretensioned in the delivery state and is fixed by a fixing device 19, preferably a countersunk screw, wherein the pretensioning is released by releasing the fixing device 19, so that a driving force can be applied by the torsion spring to the synchronization device 15 and thus to the sliding door or folding sliding door 2.
Fig. 5a shows a guide body 9 on which a carriage 32 is arranged. The carriage 32 comprises rolling bodies 36a, 36b, wherein the rolling body 36a serves to absorb forces in the horizontal direction and the rolling body 36b serves to absorb forces in the vertical direction. Furthermore, a bearing device 27 is shown, which serves for rotatably mounting the actuating means 24a of the guide body 9. In the case of a movement of the guide body 9 along the guide 7 of the first guide system 7a, the pull cord 23a can be wound and unwound on the acting means 24 a. Furthermore, a locking device 26 is shown, which has an eccentric lever 38 and two opposing plates 39a, 39b, wherein the plates 39a, 39b are connected to one another and to the eccentric lever 38 via a pin 40 (see also fig. 5 d). The guide body 10 is similarly constructed. However, it can be provided that the respective bearing device 27 of the at least two actuating means 24a, 24b is arranged in or on one of the two guide bodies 9, 10 of the guide systems 4, 5. Furthermore, the synchronizing parts 15c, 15d have flattened areas, so that by connecting the synchronizing parts 15c, 15d to the reaction means 24a, 24b, a kinematic coupling can be established between the reaction means 24a, 24b and the synchronizing parts 15c, 15d and thus the synchronizing device 15.
Fig. 5b shows a sectional view of fig. 5a, in which the eccentric lever 38 and thus also the plates 39a, 39b have been rotated counterclockwise and the eccentric lever 38 itself has been actuated. The opening 37 can thus be seen through which the fastening device 19 can be accessed. By unscrewing the fastening device 19, which is designed as a countersunk screw, the force stored in the force accumulator 18 can be released. Furthermore, the plug pins 41 and the associated connections to the carrier parts 15a, 15c and the sleeve 28a are shown here. Furthermore, the fixing device 19 has been partially unscrewed.
Fig. 5c shows a further sectional view of fig. 5a, in which the securing device 19 has been rotated out of fig. 5b to such an extent that the securing device 19 no longer prevents a rotational movement of the synchronization device 15 relative to the carrier 11, and thus unloading of the energy store 18 is possible.
Fig. 5d shows the sectional view of fig. 5a, so that here the pin 40 can be seen, via which the eccentric lever 38 is connected with the plate 39 b. The other plate 39a is also connected to the pin 40, but the plate 39a is mounted so as to be movable along the pin 40, so that the plates 39a, 39b can be moved relative to one another by actuating the eccentric lever 38.
Fig. 6a shows a carrier 11, which is not yet connected to the two guide bodies 9, 10. Fig. 6b shows a detail view of the block region of fig. 6 a. The recess 35 of the carrier part 11c can be seen here. For connecting the carrier part 11c with the guide body 9, the carrier part 11c is placed on the pin 40 (see fig. 5d) in such a way that the pin 40 can be moved into the recess 35. After the pin 40 has moved into the recess 35, the movement of the carrier 11 is such that the pin strikes against the end of the recess 35 on the left in the illustration. The locking device 26 is then locked, so that the carrier part 11c is fixedly connected to the guide body 9. A similar procedure is performed in the case of connecting the carrier part 11b with the guide body 10. However, a relative movement of the carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c relative to one another is carried out with the pins 40 associated therewith being moved into the recesses 35 of the carrier part 11b, so that the length 13 of the carrier 11 is substantially adapted to the vertical spacing 6 of the two guide systems 4, 5 in the normal installation position. It can therefore be provided that both guide bodies 9, 10 each have a locking device 26 for releasably fixing the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b, 11c to the respective guide body 9, 10.
Fig. 7, 8 and 9 each show a schematic illustration of the furniture wall 3 and of the device 1 for moving the folding sliding door 2 relative to the furniture wall 3 in different installation positions. Here, a rope pulling device 23 is visible, which comprises two pulling ropes 23a, 23 b. It can thus be provided that the device 1 has a cable pulling device 23 for compensating a tilting moment KM of the carrier 11 and the sliding door or folding sliding door 2 arranged thereon about the tilting axis KA by means of a restoring moment RM, preferably the cable pulling device 23 comprises at least two pulling cables 23a, 23b separated from one another, a first traction rope 23a of the two traction ropes 23a, 23b is arranged between the guide body 9 of the first guide system 4 and at least one end 7a, 7b of the guide 7 of the first guide system 4 and is constructed without connection to the second guide system 5, and a second pull cord 23b of the two pull cords 23a, 23b is arranged between the guide body 10 of the second guide system 5 and at least one end 8a, 8b of the guide 8 of the second guide system 5 and is constructed without connection to the first guide system 4.
Furthermore, as is the case in the present exemplary embodiment, it can be provided that each of the guide bodies 9, 10 comprises at least one engagement means 24a, 24b for at least one traction rope 23a, 23b, and that the engagement means 24a, 24b of the guide bodies 9, 10 can be coupled to one another via a synchronization device 15, preferably independent of the carrier 11, preferably the synchronization device 15 is designed to transmit a torque between the engagement means 24a, 24b of the guide bodies 9, 10.
The carrier 11 here comprises two carrier parts 11a, 11b which are movable relative to one another in the longitudinal direction 12 of the carrier 11, so that the carrier 11 is adjustable in terms of its length 13 by relative movement of the carrier parts 11a, 11b relative to one another. In this case, the longitudinal direction 12 extends substantially parallel to the vertical direction 21 and substantially perpendicular to the horizontal direction 22 in the normal installation position of the device 1. Furthermore, the carrier 11 comprises a synchronization device 15 having two synchronization parts 15a, 15b which are movable relative to each other in a longitudinal direction 16 of the synchronization device 15, such that the synchronization device 15 is adjustable in terms of its length 17 by a relative movement of the synchronization parts 15a, 15b relative to each other. The longitudinal direction 16 of the synchronization device 15 also extends substantially parallel to the vertical direction 21 and substantially orthogonal to the horizontal direction 22 in the normal installation position of the apparatus 1. Furthermore, the carrier 11 has an energy store 18, which acts between the synchronization part 15a and the carrier part 11a, and the force stored in the energy store 18 is fixed by a fixing device 19. Furthermore, an interface 20 is provided, on which the folding sliding door 2 can be arranged. Furthermore, the guide bodies 9, 10 each have a locking device 26 for releasably fixing the carrier parts 11a, 11b to the respective guide body 9, 10. The locking means 26 of the guide body 9 in the closed position and the locking means 26 of the guide body 10 in the open position are shown in fig. 7.
The method according to the invention for mounting the device 1 on the furniture wall 3 is now described in the following in the sequence of the drawings by means of fig. 7 to 9, in which:
in a first method step, the first guide system 4 or the second guide system 5 is fixed to the furniture wall 3 (see fig. 7),
in a second method step, the further guide systems 4, 5 are fixed to the furniture wall 3 at a vertical distance 6 from the guide systems 4, 5 fixed to the furniture wall 3 during the first method step (see fig. 7),
connecting one carrier part 11b of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b with one guide body 10 of the two guide bodies 9, 10 in a third method step (see fig. 8),
in a fourth method step, the length 13 of the carrier 11 is substantially adapted to the vertical distance 6 between the two guide systems 4, 5 (see fig. 9), and
in a fifth method step, a further carrier part 11a of the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b is connected to a further guide body 9, so that the guide bodies 9, 10 of the guide systems 4, 5 are connected to each other in a kinematically coupled manner via the carrier 11.
In this case, it can be provided that the following method steps are additionally performed after the fifth method step:
releasing the fastening means 19, preferably grub screws, by means of which the force stored in the force accumulator 18 can be fastened, so that a driving force is exerted on the sliding door or folding sliding door 2 (see fig. 9).
In the present case, the fastening means 19 in the form of a countersunk head screw has been screwed out to such an extent that the fastening means 19 is connected only to the carrier part 11a, but no longer simultaneously to the synchronization part 15a and the force accumulator 18.
Furthermore, the at least two carrier parts 11a, 11b can be hung on the respective guide bodies 9, 10 during the third and/or fifth method step and/or can be locked via the locking device 26, respectively.
Finally, it is possible to substantially adapt the length 17 of the synchronization device 15 to the vertical distance 6 of the two guide systems 4, 5 during the adaptation of the length 13 of the carrier 11 to the vertical distance 6 of the two guide systems 4, 5, which is carried out in the fourth method step, preferably simultaneously, preferably to connect the first synchronization part 15a of the synchronization device 15 to the actuating means 24a of the first guide body 9 and the second synchronization part 15b of the synchronization device 15 to the actuating means 24b of the second guide body 10 during the adaptation of the length 17 of the synchronization device 15, so that the two actuating means 24a, 24b are coupled to one another.
It is also to be noted here that the carrier parts 11a, 11b are fixed relative to one another by coupling the carrier parts 11a, 11b with the guide bodies 9, 10 of the guide systems 4, 5. Although the friction elements 14, which are preferably provided, ensure a frictional connection between the carrier parts 11a, 11b, a relative movement of the carrier parts 11a, 11b relative to one another is always possible here. However, if the carrier parts 11a, 11b are fixed to the respective guide bodies 9, 10 via the locking device 26, a relative movement of the carrier parts 11a, 11b with respect to one another is no longer possible.
