The first shoveling and folding mechanism includes a first shoveling and folding driver 631 and a first shoveling and folding plate 632 connected with the first shoveling and folding driver 631, and the first shoveling and folding driver 631 can drive the first shoveling and folding plate 632 to extend out toward the mask body placing groove 611 along the second direction. The first shovel flap 632 is provided with a first ear hanging rope fixing part 641, so that during work, two ends of the ear hanging rope 8000 are placed on the seam allowance at one side, the rest parts of the ear hanging rope 8000 are placed on the first shovel flap 632, and the ear hanging rope 8000 is fixed through the first ear hanging rope fixing part 641 on the first shovel flap 632. When the first scooping flap 632 extends toward the mask body placement groove 611 in the second direction, the first scooping flap 632 folds the exposed seam allowance and the end of the ear hanging string on the seam allowance onto the side plate 621.
The second shoveling and folding mechanism includes a second shoveling and folding driver 633 and a second shoveling and folding plate 634 connected with the second shoveling and folding driver 633, the second shoveling and folding driver 633 can drive the second shoveling and folding plate 634 to extend out towards the mask body placing groove 611 along a second direction, and a second hanger rope fixing member 642 is arranged on the second shoveling and folding plate 634. Similarly, when the second scooping flap 634 extends toward the mask body placement groove 611 in the second direction, the second scooping flap 634 folds the exposed seam allowance and the end of the ear wire on the seam allowance onto the side position plate 621.
After the rabbets on the two sides of the mask body are folded, the position board 621 is pulled out of the mask body, the rabbets can be sewn by a sewing device subsequently, and meanwhile, the ends of the ear hanging ropes are folded in the rabbets, so that the ear hanging ropes on the two sides can be sewn on the mask body while the rabbets are sewn.
The sewing mechanism is provided on the sewing thread table 610, and the sewing mechanism is used for sewing the seam allowance position. More specifically, the stitching mechanism is capable of stitching in a third direction. In the present invention, the second direction and the third direction are two directions perpendicular to each other on a horizontal plane.
In one example, first earring cord fastener 641 and/or second earring cord fastener 642 are spring clips.
In the particular example illustrated, the first and second lug cord fasteners 641, 642 are each spring clips. The first shovel flap 632 is provided with two first hanger rope fixing members 641 arranged in the third direction, and the second shovel flap 634 is provided with two second hanger rope fixing members 642 arranged in the third direction.
In the particular example illustrated, first shovel fold actuator 631 and second shovel fold actuator 633 are both telescopic cylinders.
It is understood that the shape and size of the mask body placing groove 611 may be designed according to the mask body to be processed. For example, the mask body to be processed has a rectangular shape, the mask body placement groove 611 also has a rectangular shape, the length of the mask body placement groove 611 is slightly shorter than the length of the mask body to be processed, and the width of the mask body placement groove 611 is the same as the width of the mask body to be processed.
In one example, the depth of the mask body placing groove 611 is 2mm to 2.5mm, and the following-side position plate 621 can be smoothly drawn out from the mask body. In some specific examples, the depth of the mask body placing groove 611 is 2.1mm, 2.2mm, 2.3mm, 2.4 mm.
As shown in fig. 6, in one example, the vicinity driver includes a third direction driving part 622 and a vertical driving part 623, the vertical driving part 623 is connected to the vicinity plate 621 for driving the vicinity plate 621 to move in the vertical direction, and the third direction driving part 622 is connected to the vertical driving part 623 for driving the vertical driving part 623 to move in the second direction.
As shown in fig. 6, in one example, the positioning mechanism further includes a sliding rail 624 and a guide 625, the sliding rail 624 extends along the third direction, the sliding rail 624 is in sliding fit with the guide 625, and two opposite sides of the guide 625 in the third direction are respectively connected to the third direction driving component 622 and the vertical driving component 623.
In the illustrated embodiment, the sliding rail 624 includes a first side rail and a second side rail arranged in parallel, the guide 625 is a vertical plate, and the guide 625 is arranged on the first side rail and the second side rail. In the second direction, the third direction drive component 622 and the vertical drive component 623 are both located between the first side rail and the second side rail.
In the particular example illustrated, the third direction drive component 622 and the vertical drive component 623 are both telescopic cylinders.
As shown in fig. 1, in one example, the mask producing apparatus 10 further includes a sealing mechanism 700, the sealing mechanism 700 is disposed between the nose bridge strip adding device 500 and the edge-covering and ear hanging rope sewing device 600, and the sealing mechanism 700 includes a bone vehicle for sealing the edge of the main body of the nose bridge strip.
Further, the present invention also provides a mask body producing method using the mask producing apparatus 10 of any one of the above examples, the mask body producing method including the steps of:
placing a plurality of tape rolls on a plurality of material reels 150, respectively;
guiding a plurality of tape rolls onto the selvage areas by a plurality of tension shafts 160 to form a stacked tape;
folding the binding strip through a binding pull cylinder 130 and wrapping the side edge of the stacked cloth belt to form a binding cloth belt;
the sewing mechanism 140 sews the side edges of the wrapping tape to form sewing tapes.
According to the mask production equipment and method, the plurality of cloth tape rolls are respectively placed on the plurality of material roll shafts, the plurality of cloth tape rolls are guided to the edge covering area through the plurality of tension shafts to form the overlapping cloth tape, then the bundling strip is folded through the edge covering pull cylinder and wraps the side edge of the overlapping cloth tape to form the edge covering cloth tape, the side edge of the edge covering cloth tape is sewn through the sewing mechanism, the sewing cloth tape is formed, and the automation degree and the production efficiency of mask production can be improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (12)

1. A mask producing apparatus, comprising:
the edge covering workbench is provided with an edge covering area;
the material winding frame is provided with a plurality of material winding shafts and a plurality of tension shafts, the plurality of material winding shafts are used for placing the fabric tape rolls, and the plurality of tension shafts are used for guiding the fabric tape rolls on the plurality of material winding shafts to the edge covering area to form a stacked fabric tape;
the edge covering pull cylinder is arranged on the edge covering workbench and close to the edge covering area, and is used for folding the binding strips and wrapping the side edges of the overlapped cloth belts to form edge covering cloth belts;
and the sewing mechanism is arranged on the edge covering workbench and used for sewing the side edge of the edge covering cloth belt to form a sewing cloth belt.
2. The mask producing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein there are two of said over-edge pulling cylinders, and two of said over-edge pulling cylinders are respectively provided at opposite sides of said over-edge area for folding and wrapping the binding strip around both side edges of said lapping tape; the sewing mechanism has two, two sewing mechanism is used for sewing up respectively the both sides side of borduring strap.
3. The mask producing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said supply bobbin comprises a knitted fabric bobbin, a nonwoven fabric bobbin and a woven fabric bobbin, said nonwoven fabric bobbin being disposed between said knitted fabric bobbin and said woven fabric bobbin.
4. The mask producing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein there are two of said nonwoven fabric rolls and said woven fabric rolls, two of said nonwoven fabric rolls being arranged side by side, and two of said woven fabric rolls being arranged side by side.
5. The mask producing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the tension shaft comprises a plurality of single shafts and a plurality of cloth pressing shafts, each of the single shafts is used for changing the running direction of one cloth tape, the cloth pressing shafts are arranged close to the top surface of the edge covering area and are provided with a cloth passing gap with the top surface, and the cloth passing gap is used for collecting a plurality of cloth tapes on the top surface of the edge covering area.

The mask production apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising a selvedge detector, an air blowing nozzle, and a controller, wherein the selvedge detector and the air blowing nozzle are disposed near the cloth pressing shaft, the selvedge detector and the air blowing nozzle are electrically connected to the controller, respectively, the selvedge detector is configured to detect whether a selvedge of the cloth tape exceeds the selvedge wrapping area, the air blowing nozzle is configured to blow air toward the inside of the selvedge wrapping area, and when the selvedge detector detects that the selvedge of the cloth tape exceeds the selvedge wrapping area, the controller controls the air blowing nozzle to blow air.
7. The mask producing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the selvedge detector is a photoelectric sensor.
8. The mask production device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a binding strip feeding mechanism disposed on the binding table and adjacent to the binding pull cylinder, wherein the binding strip feeding mechanism comprises a binding strip frame, a first cloth feeding wheel, a second cloth feeding wheel and a first rotary driver, the binding strip frame is used for disposing a binding strip material roll, the first cloth feeding wheel and the second cloth feeding wheel are disposed opposite to each other and the wheel faces abut against each other, and the first rotary driver is used for driving the first cloth feeding wheel and the second cloth feeding wheel to rotate opposite to each other.
9. The mask production equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a conveying mechanism, wherein the conveying mechanism is arranged on the edge covering workbench and is used for driving the sewing cloth belt to pass through the edge covering area.
10. The mask producing apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the conveying mechanism is a differential feed dog; or the conveying mechanism comprises a third cloth feeding wheel, a fourth cloth feeding wheel and a second rotary driver, the third cloth feeding wheel and the fourth cloth feeding wheel are arranged oppositely, wheel surfaces of the third cloth feeding wheel and the fourth cloth feeding wheel are abutted, and the second rotary driver is used for driving the third cloth feeding wheel and the fourth cloth feeding wheel to rotate oppositely.
11. The mask production apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and 10, further comprising a tape cutting mechanism provided on the hemming table, the tape cutting mechanism being located downstream of the sewing mechanism in a conveying direction of the sewing tape, the tape cutting mechanism being configured to cut the sewing tape into sections.
12. A mask production method characterized by using the mask production apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 11, comprising the steps of:
placing a plurality of cloth tape rolls on a plurality of material reels respectively;
guiding a plurality of the cloth tape rolls to the edge covering area through a plurality of the tension shafts to form a stacked cloth tape;
folding the binding strip through the edge-covering pull cylinder and wrapping the side edge of the overlapped cloth belt to form an edge-covering cloth belt;
and the sewing mechanism sews the side edge of the edge-wrapping cloth belt to form a sewing cloth belt.
