Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas drilling, in particular to a temperature-resistant, salt-resistant, anti-collapse and fluid loss-resistant composite mud treatment agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the development of oil and gas drilling towards deep underground, the conditions of drilling the stratum are increasingly complex, with the increase of the well depth, the difficulty of the drilling technology is gradually increased, the requirements on the performance of the drilling fluid are higher and higher, the traditional drilling fluid has poor material performance, large addition, poor effect and high cost, and the requirements on oil and gas drilling are increasingly difficult to meet. Most of composite slurry treating agents have the problems of insufficient temperature resistance, salt resistance and shear resistance, which are serious particularly at high temperature and high pressure. Under high temperature conditions, the components of the drilling fluid may be thickened, degraded and the like, so that the performance of the drilling fluid is changed, and along with high pressure, the maintenance of good rheological property and low high-temperature and high-pressure filtration loss of the drilling fluid is difficult.
Lignite is a type of coal, which contains 20-80% humic acid. The humic acid contains various functional groups, wherein carboxyl, methoxy, alcoholic hydroxyl, phenolic hydroxyl, carbonyl and the like are mainly contained, and due to the existence of the functional groups, the humic acid shows better fluid loss and viscosity reduction performances. However, the lignite mud treating agent has the problems of high-temperature thermal oxidative degradation, thickening after being polluted by salt, reduction of the fluid loss effect and the like, meanwhile, the pH value of the humic acid treating agent is high, the dispersion effect on clay is stronger along with the continuous accumulation of the using amount, and the viscosity of the drilling fluid is easily increased, the shearing force is increased, the drill bit speed is reduced and the like due to the excessively strong dispersion.

(2) adding a modifier into the coal alkali liquor obtained in the step (1), keeping the temperature at 50-65 ℃, then adding ammonium persulfate, and stirring at constant temperature for reacting for 1-3h to obtain a modified lignite solution;
(3) putting the hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile sodium salt and the modified lignite solution obtained in the step (2) into a kneader, setting the temperature to be 80-100 ℃, and carrying out closed kneading reaction for 1-1.5 h;
(4) adding the modified asphalt powder into the solution obtained after the kneading reaction in the step (3), stirring at the constant temperature of 80-100 ℃ for 0.5-1h, and finally drying and crushing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the composite slurry treating agent disclosed by the invention is subjected to multi-element grafting on lignite, so that the synergistic cooperation of multiple functional groups such as humic acid, nitrile group, hydroxyl group, amide group, sulfonic group and carboxyl group is realized, a good effect on reducing the filtration loss is achieved, groups such as a temperature-resistant group sulfonic group, an amide group and a salt-resistant group sulfonic group are introduced, a good salt-resistant and temperature-resistant effect is achieved, and a polyacrylonitrile sodium salt is further grafted and matched with modified asphalt, so that the control of the filtration loss under high temperature and high pressure is facilitated, and the anti-collapse effect is achieved. When the preparation method of the invention is used for pretreating the lignite, the microwave treatment is firstly carried out for 3-5min, and then the constant temperature water bath is carried out, thus being beneficial to improving the pretreatment efficiency of the lignite, saving the time, improving the activity of functional groups in the lignite and improving the efficiency of subsequent multi-grafting.
