Claims (6)
1. An application method of caprolactam in cement grinding aids is characterized in that: the application method of the caprolactam in the cement grinding aid needs to use the following properties and raw materials: the method comprises the following steps of preparing a caprolactam raw material, a polyglycerol raw material, a filtering device, an electronic weighing device, purified water, a stirring barrel, a stirrer, a test mill, cement clinker and a mixed material.
2. The method of using caprolactam as a cement grinding aid of claim 1, wherein: the application method of the caprolactam in the cement grinding aid comprises the following steps:
s1, taking a caprolactam raw material and a polyglycerol raw material, switching on a power supply of a filtering device, then opening a feed inlet of the filtering device, putting the caprolactam raw material into the feed inlet, opening a switch of the filtering device, starting filtering the caprolactam raw material by the filtering device, connecting the filtered caprolactam raw material by a container after filtering, and placing aside for later use;
s2, cleaning a feed inlet of the filtering device, putting the polyglycerol raw material into the feed inlet, opening a switch of the filtering device, starting filtering the polyglycerol raw material by the filtering device, connecting the filtered polyglycerol raw material by a container after the filtering is finished, and placing the polyglycerol raw material aside for later use;
s3, taking out the first electronic scale, cleaning a weighing platform of the first electronic scale, and then starting weighing, wherein the weighing can be carried out according to the weight percentage: 5-50% of caprolactam raw material, 5-50% of polyglycerol raw material and 0-50% of purified water;
s4, taking the stirring barrel, cleaning the inside of the stirring barrel, drying the inside of the stirring barrel after cleaning, and then putting the weighed caprolactam raw material, polyglycerol raw material and purified water into the inside of the stirring barrel;
s5, taking a stirrer, switching on a power supply, and then stirring and mixing the raw materials mixed in the stirring barrel by using the handheld stirrer, and fully mixing to obtain a first cement grinding aid;
s6, taking a certain amount of cement clinker and mixed materials, adding three ten-thousandth grinding aid into the cement clinker and the mixed materials, uniformly mixing, adding the mixed raw materials into a small test mill, and grinding for 25 minutes;
s7, preparing a cement clinker and a mixed material without grinding aid as blank samples, measuring the fineness of the raw materials mixed with the grinding aid, preparing test modules, and measuring the strength after curing for 3 days, 28 days and 90 days.
3. The method of using caprolactam as a cement grinding aid of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the cement clinker and the mixed material in the step S6 is 70% of the cement clinker, 10% of slag, 10% of fly ash, 4% of gypsum and 6% of limestone.

The method of using caprolactam as a cement grinding aid of claim 1, wherein: the caprolactam raw material in the step S1 is an important organic chemical raw material, is a monomer for producing nylon-6 fiber (namely nylon) and nylon-6 engineering plastics, and has wide application in a plurality of fields such as automobiles, textiles, electronics, machinery and the like.
5. The method of using caprolactam as a cement grinding aid of claim 1, wherein: the step S2 is to polymerize glycerol, wherein glycerol molecules themselves can be polymerized with each other to form polymers under appropriate conditions.
6. The method of using caprolactam as a cement grinding aid of claim 1, wherein: in the step S6, before use, the cement clinker and the admixture are filtered to remove impurities with large particles inside.
