Two nozzles 102 are arranged at the lower end of the rotary fire head core 111, and a sealing ring 103 is arranged between the nozzles 102 and the rotary fire head core 111 and is fixed by a screw 406; the gas inlet pipe 301 is welded with a circular ring 302, the circular ring 302 is wrapped at the outer end of the gas inlet ring D1 of the fire head body 106 and is welded and sealed, the gas baffle block 303 is arranged at the left side of the gas inlet ring of the fire head body 106, so that the gas inlet ring is divided into two equal parts, the gas baffle sheet 113 is arranged on the gas inlet ring D3 of the rotary fire head core 111, and the gas baffle sheet is fixed on the rotary fire head core 111 by a screw 112; the gas enters from the gas inlet pipe 302, enters the bilateral symmetrical gas inlet holes D2 of the fire head body through the gas inlet ring D1, enters the gas inlet ring D3 of the rotary fire head core 111, enters the gas inlet holes D4 and D5 of the rotary fire head core 111 through the gaps of the gas blocking pieces 113 on the two sides, and then enters the gas outlet hole of the fire nozzle 102 for combustion, so that the gas pressure and the flow are more stable, and the flame cannot change due to the rotation of the fire head core 111.
The outer ring of the fire head body 106 is provided with a groove, as shown in fig. 5, a water retaining ring 404 is arranged outside the groove and clamped outside the water tank, and the fire head body is formed by welding; the water retaining ring 404 is inserted with the water inlet pipe 402 and the water outlet pipe 401, the water retaining plate 403 is arranged between the water inlet pipe 402 and the water outlet pipe 401, the cooling water enters the groove of the fire head body 106 from the water inlet pipe 402, flows in the direction of the arrow in fig. 5, and flows out from the water outlet pipe 401 to cool and protect the fire head body 106.
A positioning boss is arranged below the fire head body 106 and is inserted into a corresponding positioning hole of the mounting base 120 for positioning, as shown in fig. 1; a shaft shoulder is arranged below the fire head body 106, the pressure plate 201 is pressed on the shaft shoulder of the fire head body 106 and fixed by a screw 202, the meshing clearance between the driving gear 114 and the driven gear 109 is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the rotary fire head is convenient to disassemble and assemble.

Claims (10)

1. A rotary fire head device for a quartz glass tubular device is characterized by comprising a mounting seat, a rotary driving device, a fire head body, a rotary fire head core and an air inlet structure, wherein the air inlet structure comprises a gas inlet pipe, a fire nozzle and a gas transmission channel; wherein:
the rotary driving device is fixed on the mounting seat and can output rotary driving force;
the fire head body is fixed on the mounting seat and is provided with a cylindrical inner cavity along the axis;
the fire head core is provided with a through hole along the central axis, is coaxially arranged in the cylindrical inner cavity of the fire head body and can rotate around the axis of the fire head core in the cylindrical inner cavity; one end of the fire head core is connected with the power output end of the rotary driving device, and the other end of the fire head core is provided with a fire nozzle;
one end of the gas transmission channel is communicated with a gas inlet pipe fixed on the outer wall of the burner body, and the other end of the gas transmission channel is communicated with the burner.

The rotary fire head device according to claim 1, wherein the gas delivery passage comprises an annular gas inlet chamber disposed on the outer wall of the fire head body, an annular sealing chamber disposed between the outer wall of the fire head core and the outer wall of the fire head body, a gas inlet connecting passage a disposed on the fire head body and communicating the annular gas inlet chamber and the annular sealing chamber, and a gas inlet connecting passage b disposed on the fire head core and communicating the annular sealing chamber and the fire nozzle.
3. The rotary fire head device according to claim 2, wherein the fire head core is fixedly provided with a gas blocking piece at a gas inlet position of the gas inlet connecting passage b communicating with the annular sealing chamber.
4. The rotary fire head device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the annular gas inlet chamber comprises an annular gas inlet groove arranged on the outer wall of the fire head body and an annular member sealing the notch of the annular gas inlet groove; the gas inlet pipe is fixed on the circular ring piece and is communicated with the annular gas inlet groove.
5. The rotary fire head device according to claim 4, wherein the outer wall of the fire head core is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the fire head body through two star-shaped sealing rings;
the two star-shaped sealing rings, the outer wall of the fire head core and the inner wall of the fire head body are connected in an enclosing manner to form the annular sealing cavity.
6. The rotary fire head device according to claim 4, wherein the rotary driving device comprises a motor, a gear transmission pair and a rotary stop-and-go assembly; wherein:
the base of the motor is fixed on the mounting base;
the gear transmission pair comprises a driving gear and a driven gear which are meshed; the driving gear is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the motor, and the driven gear is coaxially arranged with the fire head core and fixed with the end part of the fire head core;
the rotation stop-motion component comprises magnetic steel and a Hall switch which are matched with each other; the magnetic steel is installed on the driving gear, and the Hall switch is installed on the installation seat.
7. The rotary fire head device according to claim 6, wherein the wall of the cylindrical inner cavity is provided with two bearings, and the outer wall of the fire head core is rotatably connected with the wall of the cylindrical inner cavity through the two bearings;
the inner ring of one of the two bearings is axially fixed through a driving gear fixed at one end of the fire head core, and the inner ring of the other bearing is axially fixed through a cover plate assembled at the other end of the fire head core.

The rotary fire head device according to claim 7, wherein the fire head body is provided with a water cooling structure for protecting the star-shaped sealing ring by water cooling at a position corresponding to the sealing chamber; the water cooling structure comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and an annular cooling water tank;
the annular cooling water tank is arranged on the outer wall of the fire head body, and the notch of the annular cooling water tank is sealed by the water retaining ring;
the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are both arranged on the water retaining ring and are respectively communicated with the annular cooling water tank.
9. The rotary fire head apparatus according to claim 8, wherein there are at least two fire nozzles.
10. A method of sealing a quartz glass tubular article by fusion using the rotary torch apparatus of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) clamping the upper end of the quartz glass tubular device by an upper clamping head extending out of a fire head core through hole of the rotary fire head device, clamping the lower end of the quartz glass tubular device by a lower clamping head arranged in the water tank, and ensuring that a bulb shell of the quartz glass tubular device is basically positioned below the cooling water level of the water tank;
(2) keeping the tube of the quartz glass tubular device in a vacuum state;
(3) starting a motor to drive a fire head core of the rotary fire head device to rotate, so that flame sprayed out of a fire nozzle rotates along the axis of the quartz glass tubular device to melt the quartz glass tubular device; and simultaneously, gradually moving the rotary fire head device upwards along the axis of the quartz glass tubular device until the upper end of the quartz glass tubular device is gradually fused and sealed.
