For example, the first color separation data corresponding to the first color separation region in the primary colors is C (20%) M (50%) Y (50%) K (10%), the second color separation data corresponding to the first color separation region in the target colors is C (30%) M (70%) Y (50%) K (20%), at this time, since the printing mode adopted is the decrement printing mode, the difference between the first color separation data and the second color separation data is C (10%) M (20%) Y (0%) K (10%), after the difference between the two is calculated, the CMYK inkjet head is called to perform the corresponding printing operation on the first color separation region according to the difference, that is, the ink output of C (cyan) is 10% of the normal value, the ink output of M (magenta) is 20% of the normal value, and the difference between Y (yellow) is 0%, so that the first color separation data of the first color separation region and the Y (yellow) in the second color separation data of the second region are explained as the first color separation data of the first color separation region and the second color separation region Accordingly, no ink was discharged in Y (yellow) and the ink discharge amount of K (black) was 10% of the normal value, and thus ink jet printing was performed to form a target pattern.
When at least one item in the first color separation data is larger than the second color separation data, selecting a color matching printing mode, namely adding white ink to a region corresponding to a data item of which the first color separation data is larger than the second color separation data according to the difference of the data items of the first color separation data and the second color separation data, and adopting a decrement printing mode for the region corresponding to the data item of which the first color separation data is smaller than the second color separation data. For example, the first color separation data is C (20%) M (50%) Y (50%) K (10%), the second color separation data is C (10%) M (60%) Y (60%) K (20%), the data item larger than the second color separation data in the current first color separation data is C (cyan) from the first color separation data and the second color separation data, therefore, it is necessary to add white ink to the region corresponding to C (cyan) so that C (cyan) in the first color separation data is also C (10%), the difference between the first color separation data and the second color separation data is C (10%), therefore, the white ink with 90% -110% of the difference C (10%) between the two is needed to be added to make the effect of C (cyan) in the first color separation data and the effect of C (cyan) in the second color separation data approximate, other color separation data items are printed according to the decrement printing mode, that is, the corresponding CMYK heads are called up for printing according to M (10%) Y (10%) K (10%).
In other embodiments, when the data item in the first color separation data is larger than the data item in the second color separation data, a third white background printing mode may be further selected, that is, a white ink nozzle is called to print a layer of white background in the first color separation area, and then a corresponding CMYK nozzle is called to print according to the second color separation data of the second color separation area corresponding to the first color separation area.
The embodiment of the invention has the advantages that when a merchant needs to print, the merchant firstly acquires the first image of the position to be printed of the object to be printed through the image acquisition device, the control device acquires the first image and the target pattern, after the first image and the target pattern are acquired, acquiring the primary color of the first image and the target color of the target pattern through image processing software, comparing the primary color and the target color with a color card stored in the image processing software, thereby obtaining a first spot color area in the primary color, a second spot color area and a second color separation area in the target color, and then obtaining a third spot color area and a first color separation area according to the areas of the first spot color area and the second spot color area in the primary color, the color separation cards in the image processing software are corresponding to color separation data, so that first color separation data of the first color separation area and second color separation data of the second color separation area are obtained. Selecting a first white background printing mode for a region corresponding to a second spot color region in a third spot color region, selecting a second white background printing mode for a region corresponding to a second color separation region in the third spot color region, selecting a decrement printing mode for a region in which all data items of first color separation data in a first color separation region are smaller than data items of second color separation data, and selecting a color mixing and matching printing mode or a third white background printing mode for a region in which at least one data item of the first color separation data in the first color separation region is larger than a data item of the second color separation data. By distinguishing the spot color and the color separation area of the primary color and the target color, different printing modes are selected according to different conditions corresponding to the spot color and the color separation, the use amount of ink can be reduced to the maximum degree, the printing cost is reduced, meanwhile, the primary color of the position to be printed of the object to be printed can be utilized to reduce some unnecessary printing processes, the printing times are reduced, and the printing efficiency is improved.
The printing method can be applied to a back-and-forth multi-PASS printing mode and can also be applied to a Single PASS mode, and the printing method is selected according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, a hardware structure 100 of the control device includes:
one or more first processors 101 and a first memory 102, one first processor 101 being taken as an example in fig. 5.
The first processor 101 and the first memory 102 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 5 illustrates an example of connection by a bus.
The first memory 102, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. The first processor 101 executes various functional applications and data processing of the control device, i.e., the intelligent digital printing method of the above-described method embodiment, by running the nonvolatile software program, instructions and modules stored in the first memory 102.
The first memory 102 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the control device, and the like. In addition, the first memory 102 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the first memory 102 may optionally include a memory remotely located from the first processor 101, and these remote memories may be connected to the control device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The one or more modules are stored in the first memory 102 and, when executed by the one or more first processors, perform the intelligent digital printing method described above as applied to the embodiment of the control device.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
Embodiments of the present application provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions, which are executed by one or more processors, such as the processor 101 in fig. 5, to enable the one or more processors to perform the intelligent digital printing method in any of the above method embodiments.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; within the idea of the invention, also technical features in the above embodiments or in different embodiments may be combined, steps may be implemented in any order, and there are many other variations of the different aspects of the invention as described above, which are not provided in detail for the sake of brevity; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. An intelligent digital printing method is applied to a control device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a target pattern and a first image of an object to be printed, which is acquired by an image acquisition device;
obtaining a primary color based on the first image, and obtaining a target color based on the target pattern;
matching the basic color and the target color with a pre-stored color card and generating a matching result;
matching the primary colors with a special color card in the pre-stored color card to determine a first special color area in the primary colors;
matching the target color with a spot color card in the pre-stored color cards to determine a second spot color area in the target color;
matching the target color with a color separation color card in the pre-stored color card, and determining a second color separation area in the target color and second color separation data corresponding to the second color separation area, wherein the second color separation area is an area except a second special color area in the target color;
determining a third spot color area in the primary color according to the first spot color area and the second spot color area, wherein the third spot color area is a union set of a corresponding area of the second spot color area in the primary color and the first spot color area;
matching a first color separation area in the primary color with a color separation color card in the pre-stored color card, and determining first color separation data of the first color separation area, wherein the first color separation area is an area except for the third special color area in the primary color;
selecting a printing mode according to the matching result, and controlling printing equipment to perform printing operation according to the printing mode;
wherein said selecting a print mode according to said matching result comprises,
adopting a white background printing mode for the third special color area;
and selecting a corresponding printing mode according to the first color separation data and the second color separation data to print the first color separation area.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the white background printing mode includes a first white background printing mode and a second white background printing mode, and the applying the white background printing mode to the third spot color region includes:
adopting a first white background printing mode for a third special color area of the primary color, wherein the first white background printing mode is to print a layer of white background in the third special color area and then print according to the special color and second dichroic data of an area corresponding to the third special color area in the target color;
and adopting a second white background printing mode for a third special color area of the primary colors, wherein the second white background printing mode is to print a layer of white background on an area corresponding to the third special color area and the second special color area, then print according to the special color of the second special color area, print a layer of white background on an area corresponding to the third special color area and the second color separation area, and then print according to the second color separation data of the second color separation area.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first color separation data and the second color separation data each include a corresponding at least one set of color separation data;
the selecting a corresponding print mode for the first color separation region according to the first color separation data and the second color separation data includes:
when the first color separation data is smaller than the second color separation data, selecting a decrement printing mode, wherein the decrement printing mode is to print according to the difference value of the first color separation data and the second color separation data;
and when at least one item in the first color separation data is larger than the second color separation data, selecting a color matching printing mode, wherein the color matching printing mode is to add white ink to an area where the first color separation data is larger than the second color separation data according to the difference between the first color separation data and the second color separation data, and print the area where the first color separation data is smaller than the second color separation data in a decrement printing mode.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein selecting a corresponding print mode for the first color separation region based on the first color separation data and the second color separation data further comprises:
and when at least one item in the first color separation data is larger than the second color separation data, selecting a third white background printing mode, wherein the third white background printing mode is to print a layer of white background in a first color separation area, and then printing according to the color separation data of an area corresponding to the first color separation area in the second color separation area.
5. A control device, comprising:
at least one first processor; and
a first memory communicatively coupled to the at least one first processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first memory stores instructions executable by the at least one first processor to enable the at least one first processor to perform the intelligent digital printing method of any one of claims 1-4.
6. A printing apparatus, comprising:
the control device, image capturing device, and printing unit of claim 5, wherein the image capturing device and the printing unit are each communicatively coupled to the control device.
7. The printing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the printing unit includes:
the spot color spray head is used for printing a spot color area;
the CMYK sprayer is used for color separation area printing;
and the white ink nozzle is used for spraying white ink.
8. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a control device, cause the control device to perform the method of any one of claims 1-4.
