本发明属于环保材料技术领域,尤其是一种隔音效果好的环保材料,针对上述专利中的环保材料结构简单,声音在传递的过程中无法起到良好的消音作用,导致隔音的效果不佳问题,现提出以下方案,包括框体,所述框体的内壁设置有第一吸音层,且第一吸音层的一侧外壁设置有安装条,所述安装条为长方体结构,且安装条的外壁设置有涤纶毛,所述第一吸音层靠近安装条一侧的外壁开设有通孔,且通孔的内壁开设有V形槽。本发明声波能够在V形槽内不断反射消耗能量被慢慢减弱,声波最后进入至W形传播通道内声波最后的能量会在蜂窝槽和半圆形凹槽不断反射被消耗能量,从而达到隔音的效果,消音效果好,隔音效果优异,满足建筑施工的使用需求。

本发明涉及环保材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种隔音效果好的环保材料。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和科技的发展,人们开始利用创造力和生产技术来仿制自然界中的材料,并努力使以低成本获得的产品具有源于自然的美学效果和良好的应用性能,然而,居民喜欢清静的生活环境,因此家里多使用的使一些隔音的环保材料。
经检索,中国专利公开号为CN108915109A,公开了一种隔音效果好的环保材料,包括环保材料本体,所述环保材料本体内部设置有隔离层,所述隔离层顶部与底部均设置有隔音层,所述隔音层顶部设置有折射层,所述隔音层内部设置有若干个V形槽。
上述专利中的环保材料结构简单,声音在传递的过程中无法起到良好的消音作用,导致隔音的效果不佳,显然已经无法满足人们的使用需求。
发明内容
基于上述专利中的环保材料结构简单,声音在传递的过程中无法起到良好的消音作用,导致隔音的效果不佳的技术问题,本发明提出了一种隔音效果好的环保材料。
本发明提出的一种隔音效果好的环保材料,包括框体,所述框体的内壁设置有第一吸音层,且第一吸音层的一侧外壁设置有安装条,所述安装条为长方体结构,且安装条的外壁设置有涤纶毛,所述第一吸音层靠近安装条一侧的外壁开设有通孔,且通孔的内壁开设有V形槽,所述第一吸音层的另一侧外壁设置有第二吸音层,且第二吸音层的外壁开设有W形传播通道,所述W形传播通道的内壁开设有等距离分布的蜂窝槽,且W形传播通道靠近蜂窝槽一侧的内壁设置有交叉设置的反射板,所述反射板的外壁开设有半圆形凹槽,所述第二吸音层远离第一吸音层的一端设置有水泥层,且水泥层远离第二吸音层的外壁设置有真空层。
优选地,所述真空层的顶部外壁开设有抽气槽,且抽气槽的底部内壁开设有抽气孔,抽气孔的内壁插接有出气管,抽气槽的一侧内壁通过铰链连接有密封板,密封板的大小与抽气槽的大小相适配。
优选地,所述安装条的数量为十至二十个,且十至二十个安装条等距离分布在第一吸音层的外壁上。
优选地,所述V形槽的数量为四至八个,且四至八个等距离分布在通孔的内壁上。
优选地,所述半圆形凹槽的数量为三至五个,且三至五个半圆形凹槽等距离分布在反射板的外壁上。
优选地,所述框体的顶部外壁开设有卡槽,且框体的底部外壁开设有卡块,卡块与卡槽相适配。
优选地,所述卡块的表面设置有限位粒,卡槽的内壁开设有限位孔,限位粒的大小与限位孔的大小相适配。
优选地,所述W形传播通道传播的数量为十至二十个,且十至二十个W形传播通道等距离分布在第二吸音层的外壁上。
优选地,所述真空层远离水泥层的外壁设置有石膏层,且石膏层的厚度为一至三厘米。
本发明中的有益效果为:
1、该隔音效果好的环保材料,通过设置有涤纶毛、V形槽、W形传播通道、蜂窝槽和半圆形凹槽,声音经过环保材料时,涤纶毛能够对声音进行初步吸附降噪,声波进入至通孔内,能够在V形槽内不断反射消耗能量被慢慢减弱,声波最后进入至W形传播通道内声波最后的能量会在蜂窝槽和半圆形凹槽不断反射被消耗能量,从而达到隔音的效果,消音效果好,隔音效果优异,满足建筑施工的使用需求。
2、该隔音效果好的环保材料,通过设置有卡块和卡槽,当材料进行安装的过程中,可以将一块材料的卡块插入至另一块卡槽内,限位粒也能够嵌入至限位孔内进行限位固定,从而将两个材料之间进行稳固连接,可以避免材料安装的过程中出现脱落的情况发生,增加了材料的安装质量。
3、该隔音效果好的环保材料,通过设置有石膏层,石膏层能够配合水泥层提升材料的整体强度,防止出现材料使用的过程中出现断裂的情况发生,显著提高了材料的质量。
该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

本发明中,真空层5的顶部外壁开设有抽气槽,且抽气槽的底部内壁开设有抽气孔,抽气孔的内壁插接有出气管16,抽气槽的一侧内壁通过铰链连接有密封板15,密封板15的大小与抽气槽的大小相适配。
本发明中,安装条12的数量为十至二十个,且十至二十个安装条12等距离分布在第一吸音层10的外壁上。
本发明中,V形槽14的数量为四至八个,且四至八个等距离分布在通孔的内壁上。
本发明中,半圆形凹槽18的数量为三至五个,且三至五个半圆形凹槽18等距离分布在反射板19的外壁上。
本发明中,框体2的顶部外壁开设有卡槽1,且框体2的底部外壁开设有卡块8,卡块8与卡槽1相适配。

实施例2:
参照图1,一种隔音效果好的环保材料,本实施例相较于实施例1,还包括真空层5远离水泥层6的外壁设置有石膏层4,且石膏层4的厚度为一至三厘米。
石膏层4能够配合水泥层6提升材料的整体强度,防止出现材料使用的过程中出现断裂的情况发生。
