step Y2: the PVC foaming plate and the first metal plate are placed on a corresponding mould (mould A), the second metal plate is attached to the PVC foaming plate, and the PVC foaming plate and the second metal plate are in press fit connection on a cold press (the mould B moves downwards to press fit the plates), so that the curved arc treatment is realized, and the cold press can be an MH3248 x 60 hydraulic cold press.
As an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, a sliding table saw is adopted to cut two ends of a to-be-produced piece along the height direction according to a preset size, the to-be-produced piece is cut according to the height of a preset arc-shaped plate for furniture, then the to-be-produced piece is subjected to peripheral edge sealing treatment to shield the PVC foam plate in the middle layer, so that the structure is attractive, and the edge sealing treatment can be performed by adopting the existing edge sealing manner.
The arc plate for the furniture is of a laminated structure and comprises a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) foaming plate layer 1 and a metal plate layer 2, the PVC foaming plate layer 1 is a PVC skinning foaming plate, the metal plate layer 2 is an aluminum veneer coated with a PP (polypropylene) film, the metal plate layer 2 is arranged on at least one side of the PVC foaming plate layer 1 and is used for forming the outer surface of the arc plate for the furniture, and a groove structure is formed on the PVC foaming plate layer 1 so as to facilitate arc processing. The arc-shaped plate for furniture can be of a two-layer structure or a three-layer structure (the PVC foaming plate layer 1 is clamped between the two metal plate layers 2), when the arc-shaped plate for furniture is of the two-layer structure, the PVC foaming plate layer 1 is the inner side surface, and the PP film on the metal plate layer 2 forms the outer side surface, and at the moment, the arc-shaped plate can be used as an arc-shaped side plate of the cabinet body; when the arc-shaped plate for furniture is of a three-layer structure, the arc-shaped plate can be used as an arc door plate of a cabinet body (can be used as an external arc door plate of an external corner or an internal arc door plate of an internal corner). Of course, the arc-shaped plate for furniture can be used as a base part of a tea table cabinet, a side table cabinet, a dining table, a conference table and the like, and can also be used as a table leg independently.
Example 1:
a manufacturing method of an arc-shaped plate for furniture comprises the following steps:
selecting a PVC skinning foaming plate with the thickness of 16mm and a 0.7mm metal plate covered with a PP film, coating one surface of the PVC skinning foaming plate with glue, wherein the glue coating amount on the PVC skinning foaming plate is 50-60 g/flat, and then pressing and connecting the PVC skinning foaming plate and the metal aluminum single plate covered with the PP film on a cold press, wherein the PP film is positioned on one side away from the PVC skinning foaming plate, the cold press is a MH3248 x 60 hydraulic cold press, and the pressing and connecting are carried out for 8 hours under the pressure of 16 MPa;
secondly, pushing the laminated PVC skinning foaming plate and the PP-coated aluminum veneer (a first metal plate) upwards by a bench saw, wherein the PVC skinning foaming plate faces downwards, two sides of the short side of the laminated plate are respectively provided with a plane allowance 4, the length of the plane allowance 4 in the length direction of the PVC skinning foaming plate is more than 80mm, no groove is formed in the plane allowance 4, a strip-shaped groove 3 which is parallel to the height direction of PVC and is communicated with two long sides of the PVC skinning foaming plate is formed in the length extension direction of the PVC skinning foaming plate, and the distance between every two adjacent strip-shaped grooves 3 is 30 mm;
selecting a 0.7mm metal aluminum veneer (a second metal plate) coated with the PP film, and gluing one surface of the second metal plate, wherein the glue layer is deviated from one side of the PP film on the second metal plate, and the gluing amount on the second metal plate can be 50-60 g/flat;
placing the PVC foaming plate and the first metal plate on a corresponding mould (on a mould A), attaching the second metal plate to one side of the groove of the PVC foaming plate, and pressing and connecting the second metal plate and the grooved side of the PVC foaming plate on a cold press (the mould B moves downwards to press the plates), wherein the cold press is an MH3248 x 60 hydraulic cold press, and pressing for 12 hours at 6MPa to realize curved arc treatment;
step five, the pressed workpiece to be produced is pushed onto a bench saw, and the plane allowance 4 with the length of more than 80mm reserved on the two sides of the short edge is cut into the plane allowance 4 with the length of 50mm for mounting a hinge; and cutting the product to be processed into preset heights by using a sliding table saw according to the height of the arc door plate, sealing the periphery of the product, and mounting a hinge.
Example 2:
an arc door plate for a cabinet body is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the embodiment 1.

step S1, gluing one surface of the PVC foaming board, and pressing and connecting the PVC foaming board and a metal plate covered with a PP film on a cold press, wherein the PP film is positioned on one side departing from the PVC foaming board;
and step S2, grooving one side of the PVC foaming plate, which is away from the metal plate.

The manufacturing method of the arc-shaped plate for the furniture according to claim 2, wherein strip-shaped grooves (3) parallel to the height direction of the PVC are distributed at intervals along the length extension direction of the PVC foaming plate, the interval range between two adjacent strip-shaped grooves (3) is 20 mm-40 mm, and the strip-shaped grooves (3) are distributed on at least the section of the PVC foaming plate to be subjected to arc treatment.

The manufacturing method of the arc-shaped plate for the furniture according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the metal plate is arranged on one side of the PVC foaming plate, the PVC foaming plate is subjected to grooving and then to arc bending to form a product to be produced, and the metal plate of the product to be produced is positioned on the outer side surface.

The manufacturing method of the arc-shaped plate for the furniture according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the metal plates are arranged on two sides of the PVC foam plate, and after another metal plate is arranged on one side of the groove of the PVC foam plate, the metal plates are subjected to arc bending treatment to form a to-be-finished product.
6. The method for manufacturing the arc-shaped plate for furniture according to claim 5, wherein the process for connecting the metal plate to the grooved side of the PVC foam plate is as follows:
step Y1, gluing one side of a second metal plate covered with a PP film, wherein the glue layer is deviated from one side of the PP film of the second metal plate;
step Y2: the second metal plate is attached to one side of the groove of the PVC foaming plate and is in press fit connection with a cold press;
the metal plate connected with the PVC foaming plate is a first metal plate, and the metal plate connected with the PVC foaming plate is a second metal plate.

The method for manufacturing an arc-shaped plate for furniture according to claim 4 or 5, wherein both ends of the to-be-produced piece in the height direction are cut according to a predetermined size by using a sliding table saw, the to-be-produced piece is cut according to the height of the predetermined arc-shaped plate for furniture, and then the to-be-produced piece is subjected to peripheral edge sealing treatment.
8. The method of manufacturing an arc-shaped plate for furniture according to claim 1, wherein the arc-shaped plate for furniture is used as an arc-shaped side plate structure of a cabinet, an arc-shaped door plate structure of a cabinet, a base structure of a table and a leg structure of a table.
9. The method for manufacturing the arc-shaped plate for furniture according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the PVC foam plate is a PVC skinning foam plate; the metal plate on the PVC foaming plate is an aluminum veneer coated with a PP film.

An arc-shaped board for furniture, which is manufactured by the method for manufacturing the arc-shaped board for furniture according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the arc-shaped board for furniture is of a layered structure, the arc-shaped board for furniture comprises a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) foam board layer (1) and a metal board layer (2), the metal board layer (2) is arranged on at least one side of the PVC foam board layer (1) and is used for forming the outer surface of the arc-shaped board for furniture, and a groove structure is formed on the PVC foam board layer (1) to facilitate the processing of an arc.
