Claims (7)
1. The preparation and processing method of the high-efficiency printed composite bag is characterized by mainly comprising the following processing steps of:
s1, printing, namely, printing the surface of the composite bag through equipment;
s2, coating, namely uniformly gluing the reverse side of the flattened composite bag;
s3, compounding, drying the compound bag after the gluing process, and performing hot-pressing bonding to obtain a compound bag body;
s4, curing, namely conveying the prepared composite bag body into a curing chamber for curing;
s5, performing heat sealing, namely performing heat sealing work on the opening of the cured composite bag body by using a heat sealing machine;
s6, cutting, namely quantitatively cutting the sealed composite bag body according to the processing requirement by using a cutting machine to obtain a finished composite bag;
above-mentioned processing equipment that uses in the compound bag preparation course of working includes printing room (1), printing room (1) is equipped with opening (2), printing room (1) fixedly connected with printing device (3), printing device (3) are including china ink groove (4), printing roller (5) and flattening roller (6), printing roller (5) and printing room (1) rotate to be connected, printing roller (5) and china ink groove (4) cooperation are connected, flattening roller (6) and china ink groove (4) sliding connection, the one end cooperation that printing room (1) is close to printing roller (5) is provided with impression platform (7), printing room (1) fixedly connected with fan (8), impression platform (7) and printing roller (5) all set up through ventilation pipe and fan (8) intercommunication.
