Abstract
The invention provides an aluminum plate with thorns and a processing device for the aluminum plate with the thorns, wherein the aluminum plate with the thorns comprises an aluminum plate body, and thorns protruding outwards are arranged on one side of the aluminum plate body; the device for processing the aluminum plate with the thorns specifically comprises a workbench, sliding plates, a first sliding mechanism, a cutter seat, a scraper and a cylinder, wherein the workbench is arranged between the two sliding plates and used for bearing the aluminum plate body; the first sliding mechanism is used for pushing the sliding plate to do transverse reciprocating motion; the cutter seat is arranged above the workbench and used for fixing the scraper; the air cylinder is used for pushing the cutter seat to be close to or far away from the workbench. Compared with the prior art, the aluminum plate with the thorns and the processing device thereof have the advantages that the thorns are arranged on one side of the aluminum plate, and the thorns are embedded into the composite material to increase the strength of the fiber reinforced composite material during connection, so that the connection is firmer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of equipment manufacturing and composite material connection, in particular to an aluminum plate with thorns and a processing device thereof.
Background
The fiber reinforced composite material is formed by winding, molding or pultrusion of reinforced fiber materials such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber and the like and matrix materials, has the advantages of high specific strength, large specific modulus, strong designability, good corrosion resistance and durability and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of aerospace, wind power blades, rail transit and the like.
When the fiber reinforced composite materials are connected, an adhesive mode is usually adopted, the surfaces of some fiber reinforced composite materials are smooth, and during connection, the adhesive force is insufficient, so that certain potential safety hazards exist.
In view of the above, the inventor of the present invention has actively researched and innovated based on the practical experience and professional knowledge of the engineering application of such products for many years, and together with the application of the theory, so as to create an aluminum plate with thorns and a processing device thereof, which are more practical.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides an aluminum plate with thorns and a processing device thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, when a fiber reinforced composite material is connected, the strength is insufficient.
The invention provides an aluminum plate with thorns, which comprises an aluminum plate body, wherein thorns protruding outwards are arranged on one side of the aluminum plate body.

the cutter seat is arranged above the workbench and used for fixing the scraper;
the air cylinder is used for pushing the cutter seat to be close to or far away from the workbench.

Compared with the prior art, the aluminum plate with the thorns and the processing device thereof have the advantages that the thorns are arranged on one side of the aluminum plate, and the thorns are embedded into the composite material to increase the strength of the fiber reinforced composite material during connection, so that the connection is firmer.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, it can be seen that the aluminum plate with the barbs provided in the embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the aluminum plate includes an aluminum plate body 1, the barbs 11 protruding outward are disposed on one side of the aluminum plate body 1, and the barbs are disposed on the aluminum plate and embedded into the fiber reinforced composite material to increase the overall strength during connection, it can be understood that the barbs 11 may be disposed in the same direction, in the opposite direction, in the same direction and in the opposite direction, or in half-and-half directions, or in a certain proportion, and it is specifically determined according to the requirement, and it can be further understood that the barbs 11 may be disposed on one side of the aluminum plate 1, in the both sides of the aluminum plate 1, and specifically determined according to the connection position. When the connection is strengthened, the aluminum plate with the thorns can be coated outside the two fiber reinforced composite materials or can be arranged between every two fiber reinforced composite materials.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, it can be seen that the apparatus for processing an aluminum plate with burrs according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a worktable 2, sliding plates 3, a first sliding mechanism 4, a tool seat 5, a scraper 6, and a cylinder 7, wherein the worktable 2 is disposed between the two sliding plates 3 for bearing the aluminum plate body 1, the first sliding mechanism 4 is used for pushing the sliding plates 3 to perform a transverse reciprocating motion, the tool seat 5 is disposed above the worktable 2 for fixing the scraper 6, the cylinder 7 is used for pushing the tool seat 5 to approach or leave the worktable 2, and during operation, the cylinder 7 controls the scraper 6 to touch the surface of the aluminum plate body 1 and continuously descend by a certain height, and the first sliding mechanism 4 pushes the worktable 2 to slide so that the scraper 6 slides on the aluminum plate body 1 to form burrs 11.
In this embodiment, the device further includes a frame 8 disposed on the outside, the frame 8 includes a bottom plate 81 and side plates 82 disposed on two sides of the bottom plate 81, that is, the whole device is "concave", the sliding plate 3 is disposed on the bottom plate 81, specifically, disposed on the front and rear sides of the bottom plate 81, and the bottom end can be connected to the bottom plate 81 through a sliding rail, so as to facilitate guiding during sliding. Preferably, in order to further reduce the friction force during sliding, a pulley (not shown in the figure) may be further provided at the bottom end of the sliding plate 3.
In specific implementation, the first sliding mechanism 4 includes a first lead screw 41 and a knob 42, the first lead screw 41 traverses the sliding plate 3 and is in threaded connection with the sliding plate 3, and the knob 42 is disposed at one end of the first lead screw 41 far away from the sliding plate 3, so as to facilitate rotation. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, in order to realize automatic control, the end of the first lead screw 41 may be connected to a motor, and the lead screw 41 is driven to rotate by the motor. The first sliding mechanism 4 may also be an air cylinder, and the sliding plate 3 is pushed by the air cylinder to reciprocate in the left-right direction.
When a row of thorns 11 is formed on the aluminum plate body 1, the processing of the next row of thorns 11 is facilitated, and meanwhile, the aluminum plate body 1 is prevented from being clamped for multiple times, a second sliding mechanism 9 is further arranged and used for pushing the workbench 2 to do longitudinal reciprocating motion between the two sliding plates 3, in the embodiment, the second sliding mechanism 9 comprises a second lead screw 91, a knob 92 and a guide rod 93, wherein the second lead screw 91 penetrates through the two sliding plates 3 and the workbench 2 and is in threaded connection with the workbench 2, the guide rod 93 is parallel to the second lead screw 91 and penetrates through the workbench 2 longitudinally for guiding during sliding, the knob 92 is arranged at the end part of the second lead screw 91 and is convenient to rotate, as shown in fig. 4, the two guide rods 93 are arranged and are respectively located at the upper side and the lower side of the second lead screw 91, and the specific two ends are fixedly connected with the sliding plates 3 through.
Referring to fig. 7, the cutter holder 5 includes a vertical bearing 51, a shaft 52, a locking bolt 53, and a knob 54, wherein the two vertical bearings 51 are disposed oppositely, the shaft 52 is disposed in the two vertical bearings 51, and one end of the shaft 52 extends to the outer side of the vertical bearing 51 for being fixed to the knob 54, a through hole 521 for the scraper 6 to pass through is disposed on the shaft body of the shaft 52, and the locking bolt 53 is disposed on the shaft 52 for fixing the scraper 6. In operation, the angle of the scraper 6 can be adjusted by rotating the knob 54, which is convenient for adjusting the position of the scraper. It will be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the doctor blade 6 may also be gear-shaped, and that the arrangement allows the barbs 16 to be machined by rotating the doctor blade 6, although the shape of the corresponding tool holder 5 may also be varied.
Referring to fig. 4 and 12, in the embodiment, the cutting tool further includes a connecting plate 10, an upper end surface of the connecting plate 10 is used for bearing and fixing the cutting tool seat 5, a lower end surface of the connecting plate 10 is used for being fixedly connected with a piston rod of the air cylinder 7, and a square hole 101 is longitudinally formed in the connecting plate 10.
Referring to fig. 11, the top end of the workbench 2 is provided with a protrusion 22, the width of the protrusion 22 corresponds to the width of the square hole 101, the protrusion 22 penetrates through the square hole 101, the cylinder 7, the workbench 2 and the sliding plate 3 are connected into a whole due to the arrangement, and meanwhile, the connecting plate 10 is loaded, so that the overall stability and the deformation resistance are improved.

Claims (10)

the workbench (2) is arranged between the two sliding plates (3) and is used for bearing the aluminum plate body (1);
the first sliding mechanism (4) is used for pushing the sliding plate (3) to do transverse reciprocating motion;
the cutter seat (5) is arranged above the workbench (2) and used for fixing the scraper (6);
the air cylinder (7) is used for pushing the cutter seat (5) to be close to or far away from the workbench (2).
4. A device for processing a barbed aluminum plate according to claim 3, further comprising a frame (8), wherein said frame (8) comprises a bottom plate (81) and side plates (82) oppositely disposed on both sides of said bottom plate (81).
