本发明涉及一种可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法,包括以下步骤;①将PLA颗粒通过挤出设备挤出聚乳酸膜;②将步骤①中挤出的聚乳酸膜通过拉伸,然后输送至注塑机的模具合模区域;③模具合模,聚乳酸膜被型芯推入至模具的型腔内;④将PP原料通过注塑机的注射系统射入模具的型腔内,注塑成型包装盒,该包装盒的聚乳酸膜在内层,PP材料在外层。本发明生产的包装盒减少了聚乳酸材料的用量并且可以循环利用,从而大大降低了生产成本和消费成本,同时降低了对环境的污染。

可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法,属于注塑工艺技术领域。
背景技术
塑料包装盒在目前的生产生活中,得到了广泛的应用,但其存在难以分解等污染问题。为解决此问题,现有技术有选择容易分解的聚乳酸(PLA)作为包装盒的原材料,尽管纯聚乳酸有着高透明度、高光泽度等优点,但其硬而脆、不耐热等缺点影响了在注塑方面的应用,而且由于聚乳酸的价格昂贵,生产成本和消费成本昂贵,影响了聚乳酸制品的市场占有率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种降低材料成本的可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法。
为实现目的本发明采用的技术方案是:可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法,包括以下步骤;
①将PLA颗粒通过挤出设备挤出聚乳酸膜;
②将步骤①中挤出的聚乳酸膜通过拉伸,然后输送至注塑机的模具合模区域;
③模具合模,聚乳酸膜被型芯推入至模具的型腔内;
④将PP原料通过注塑机的注射系统射入模具的型腔内,注塑成型包装盒,该包装盒的聚乳酸膜在内层,PP材料在外层。
作为对上述技术方案的优化,上述步骤②中,由自动化拉紧设备对聚乳酸膜进行拉伸。
作为对上述技术方案的优化,上述步骤②中,所述聚乳酸膜通过拉伸后,需经检测是否合格,检测合格的聚乳酸膜才输送至注塑机的模具合模区域。
作为对上述技术方案的优化,上述步骤②中,检测合格的聚乳酸膜通过初定型设备加热定型后输送至注塑机的模具合模区域。
与现有技术相比,本发明制造的塑料包装盒,含PP(聚丙烯)和PLA(聚乳酸)两种材料,其中内层为PLA材料,外层为PP材料。每次使用后内层的PLA膜可取出,放置最终会降解为水,无污染。而剩余PP材料的包装盒外层,可以回收再通过铺设聚乳酸膜后重新使用。因此,本发明生产的包装盒减少了聚乳酸材料的用量并且可以循环利用,从而大大降低了生产成本和消费成本,同时降低了对环境的污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。如图1所示,可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法,包括以下步骤;①将PLA颗粒001通过挤出设备002挤出聚乳酸膜003;②将步骤①中挤出的聚乳酸膜003通过拉伸,然后输送至注塑机008的模具006合模区域;③模具006合模,聚乳酸膜003被型芯推入至模具006的型腔内;④将PP原料007通过注塑机008的注射系统射入模具006的型腔内,最终注塑成型包装盒009,该包装盒009的聚乳酸膜003在内层,PP材料在外层。
上述技术方案的步骤②中,由自动化拉紧设备010对聚乳酸膜003进行拉伸。
上述技术方案的步骤②中,所述聚乳酸膜003经拉伸后,需经检测是否合格,检测合格的聚乳酸膜003才输送至注塑机008的模具006合模区域。对聚乳酸膜003的检测可通过检测设备004进行。
上述技术方案的步骤②中,检测合格的聚乳酸膜003通过初定型设备005加热定型后输送至注塑机008的模具006合模区域。
上述挤出设备002、检测设备004、初定型设备005、注塑机008和自动化拉紧设备010等均为现有技术中常用的设备。

Claims (4)

1.可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法,包括以下步骤;
①将PLA颗粒通过挤出设备挤出聚乳酸膜;
②将步骤①中挤出的聚乳酸膜通过拉伸,然后输送至注塑机的模具合模区域;
③模具合模,聚乳酸膜被型芯推入至模具的型腔内;
④将PP原料通过注塑机的注射系统射入模具的型腔内,注塑成型包装盒,该包装盒的聚乳酸膜在内层,PP材料在外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法,其特征在于步骤②中,由自动化拉紧设备对聚乳酸膜进行拉伸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法,其特征在于步骤②中,所述聚乳酸膜通过拉伸后,需经检测是否合格,检测合格的聚乳酸膜才输送至注塑机的模具合模区域。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可回收使用的塑料包装盒的制造方法,其特征在于步骤②中,检测合格的聚乳酸膜通过初定型设备加热定型后输送至注塑机的模具合模区域。
