Detailed Description
In order to make the present invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1 to 6: fig. 1 is a general schematic diagram of the internal structure of an apparatus for manufacturing an edible adhesive film by using sodium alginate and calcium chloride, the apparatus is composed of an apparatus body and a base 1, wherein the apparatus body is provided with a sodium alginate spout 6, a sodium alginate delivery pipe 8, a sodium alginate solution pump 11, a calcium chloride spout 7, a calcium chloride delivery pipe 9, a calcium chloride solution pump 10, a control panel 5, a control assembly 12, a power adapter 13 and a calcium chloride solution tank 14, and the base is provided with a tray 2 and an electric push rod 3. An apparatus for preparing edible glue film by using sodium alginate and calcium chloride is characterized by comprising a base 1 and a machine body, wherein the machine body comprises a calcium chloride solution tank 14 and a sodium alginate solution tank 25, the sodium alginate solution tank 25 is connected with a sodium alginate nozzle 6 through a sodium alginate conveying pipe 8, a sodium alginate solution pump 11 is arranged on the sodium alginate conveying pipe 8, and the bottom of the sodium alginate solution tank 25 is connected with a water injection port 28; the calcium chloride solution tank 14 is connected with the calcium chloride nozzle 7 through a calcium chloride conveying pipe 9, a calcium chloride solution pump 10 is arranged on the calcium chloride conveying pipe 9, the calcium chloride solution pump 10 is arranged on the base 21, the bottom of the calcium chloride solution tank 14 is connected with an injection water port 28, the injection water port 28 is arranged on a base plate 29, and the top of the calcium chloride solution tank 14 is provided with a control component 12; the base 1 is provided with an electric push rod 3 and a water tank 18, the electric push rod 3 is connected with the tray 2, and the lower end of the tray 2 is provided with the water tank 18.
The following describes the operation, manufacturing and installation of each part of the apparatus by taking the whole process of manufacturing edible film by operating the apparatus as an example.
Firstly, as shown in a schematic diagram of a sodium alginate solution spraying assembly in fig. 3, a sealing cover 27 of a sodium alginate solution tank is opened, and a sodium alginate-water solution with a ratio of 1g/100g is poured into a sodium alginate solution tank 25; as shown in the schematic diagram of the calcium chloride solution spraying assembly in FIG. 4, the sealing cover 23 of the calcium chloride solution tank is opened, and the calcium chloride-water solution with the ratio of 2g/100g is poured into the calcium chloride solution tank 14
In the second step, as shown in fig. 2, 3, and 4, the power adapter 17 is connected to a power source, the control panel 5 is operated, and the film making program is started. The control component 12 sends electrical signals through the circuit 15 to drive the sodium alginate solution pump 11 and the calcium chloride solution pump 10, the sodium alginate solution enters the infusion tube 8 through the water tank one-way valve 24 and the injection water port 28 and flows out in a curtain shape from the spray head 6, and the calcium chloride solution enters the infusion tube 9 through the water tank one-way valve 24 and the water inlet 22 and flows out in a curtain shape from the spray head 7.
Thirdly, as shown in the partial schematic diagram of the base tray in fig. 5, the control signal is transmitted to the electric push rod 3 through the circuit 15, and the electric push rod 3 extends towards the push head direction and drives the tray 2. Because the sodium alginate spray head 6 and the calcium chloride spray head 7 are both static in the space, the effluent sodium alginate solution firstly forms a layer of liquid film on the tray, and is covered by the calcium chloride solution to react and condense into a glue film. The solution flowing out of the tray area is collected by a water trough 18.
Fourthly, as shown in fig. 5, when the tray 2 is pushed to the maximum position by the electric push rod 3, the control module sends an electric signal to stop the operation of the electric push rod 3, the sodium alginate solution pump 11 and the calcium chloride solution pump 10. Carefully observing the prepared glue film, ensuring no solid impurities and color spots, taking down the glue film for wrapping food and covering a food container, and finishing the preparation of the glue film.
The use and internal construction of the home film maker are as described above, and the outer case is assembled as shown in the outer case mounting diagram of fig. 6, and the outer case 4 is externally mounted.
