As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the sealing plate 8 has a first connection port 25 to which the return tension spring 21 is connected, and the tool rest 17 has a second connection port 26 to which the return tension spring 21 is connected. And connecting ports are arranged on the sealing plate 8 and the tool rest 17, so that the reset tension spring 21 is convenient to install.
As shown in fig. 1, 8, 9, 10 and 11, the cutting machine of this embodiment further includes a supporting mechanism, the cutting machine includes a base 22, the supporting mechanism includes at least one supporting frame 27, the supporting frame 27 includes a fixing block 28 and a supporting plate 29, the fixing block 28 is installed on a side wall of the base 22, a lower portion of a first end 30 of the supporting plate is rotatably fitted with a lower portion of the fixing block 28, a second end of the supporting plate 29 or a portion close to the second end of the supporting plate 29 is installed with an elastic supporting structure 32, the elastic supporting structure 32 is used for being fitted with a supporting surface, the supporting plate 29 has a first working position, when the first working position is reached, the supporting plate 29 rotates upward, an end face of the first end 30 of the supporting plate abuts against the fixing block 28.
The lower part of the first end 30 of the supporting plate is in running fit with the lower part of the fixed block 28, and the other end of the supporting plate is provided with an elastic supporting structure 32, so that the supporting plate 29 can rotate, after a plate is placed on the supporting frame 27, the supporting plate 29 is located at a first working position, and the upper surface of the base 22 is flush with the upper surface of the supporting plate 29, so that the plate can be conveniently moved onto the base 22; when the cutting machine finishes cutting and the pressing foot 20 breaks the plate material, the supporting plate 29 can rotate downwards for a certain angle due to the rotation and the design of the elastic supporting structure 32, so that the breaking operation of the pressing foot 20 is not affected.
In practice, there may be a slight drop in height between the upper surface of the base 22 and the upper surface of the support plate 29 in the first operating position due to assembly or machining accuracy problems.
The support surface referred to in this application refers to the ground, work surface, etc. used to support the cutting machine.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, in the present embodiment, the supporting frame 27 has two groups, namely a first group 33 and a second group 34, and the two groups of supporting frames 27 are respectively located at two sides of the base 22.
As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, a scale 35 is fixed to an upper portion of the support plate 29 of the support frame 27 of the first group 33. The provision of the scale 35 facilitates the cutting operation.
As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the scale 35 is fitted on the upper surface of the corresponding support plate 29, and the upper surface of the scale 35 is lower than the upper surface of the support plate 29, or the upper surface of the scale 35 is flush with the upper surface of the support plate 29. The fully embedded design prevents the scale 35 from interfering with the sheet material.
As shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, the support plate 29 of the support frame 27 of the second group 34 is rotatably mounted with support wheels 36, and the support wheels 36 are used for cooperating with the plate material. The supporting wheels 36 are designed to make the sheet material rolling friction during movement, which effectively reduces the resistance. In practice, bearings may be used as the support wheels 36.
In the present embodiment, the first group 33 includes two supporting frames 27, and the second group 34 also includes two supporting frames 27.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in this embodiment, the side wall of the base 22 is provided with a separation-preventing groove 37 along the length direction thereof, the supporting frame 27 further includes a fastening member 40 and a sliding block 38 slidably disposed in the separation-preventing groove 37, the sliding block 38 has a threaded hole (not shown), the fastening member 40 passes through the fixed block 28 and then cooperates with the threaded hole of the sliding block 38, and the fixed block 28 is fixed to the base 22 by locking the fastening member 40. Through the cooperation of anticreep groove 37, slider 38 and fastener 40, the position of adjustable fixed block 28 wantonly, and suitability and flexibility are stronger.
The locking referred to in this application may be by rotational locking; the fixing block 28 may also be fixed by pulling the fastening element 40 to make the fastening element 40 drive the sliding block 38 to press the anti-slip groove 37 for fixing, specifically, the end of the fastening element 40 is rotatably provided with a cam handle, and the position of the fastening element 40 is changed by rotating the cam handle to tighten the fastening element 40.
In this embodiment, the anti-slip groove 37 has a T-shaped cross section, and two fastening members 40 are disposed on two sides of the fixing block 28.
As shown in fig. 11, in the embodiment, the elastic supporting structure 32 is a spring, and may be an elastic structure such as a spring plate in practical use.
The sheet material referred to in this application may be ceramic tiles, plasterboards, etc.
The cutting machine of the present embodiment further includes a running rule assembly, as shown in fig. 1, 8, 9, 12 and 13, the running rule assembly of the present embodiment includes:
a support plate 29 having a slip-off preventing groove 42, the slip-off preventing groove 42 being provided along a longitudinal direction of the support plate 29;
a scale 35 fixed to the support plate 29;
the limiting plate 43 is used for being matched with a plate to be cut to limit the position or the angle of the plate, the limiting plate 43 is provided with at least one group of arc-shaped grooves 44, and each group of arc-shaped grooves 44 comprises two arc-shaped grooves 44 which are uniformly distributed around the same axis;
a first moving block 45 slidably mounted on the anti-slip chute 42, the first moving block 45 having a threaded hole 39;
the first fixed part 46 penetrates through the arc-shaped groove 44 and then is connected with the corresponding threaded hole 39 of the first moving block 45, and the first fixed part 46 and the first moving block 45 are matched for locking the limiting plate 43 on the supporting plate 29.
The limit plate 43 can move on the support plate 29 through the matching of the first moving block 45 and the anti-drop chute 42; each group of arc-shaped grooves 44 comprises two arc-shaped grooves 44 uniformly distributed around the same axis, so that when the first fixing is unlocked, the limiting plate 43 can rotate around the axis, the angle of the limiting plate 43 can be adjusted, and the limiting plate 43 can be locked on the supporting plate 29 through the first fixing piece 46 matched with the first moving block 45 after the adjustment is in place. The guiding rule subassembly of this application, limiting plate 43 can not only adjust the position in backup pad 29, can also adjust the angle of self, adjusts nimble height, and the suitability is strong.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the present embodiment, there are 2 first fixing members 46, and 2 first fixing members 46 are respectively engaged with two arc-shaped slots 44 of the set of arc-shaped slots 44.
The two first fixing pieces 46 are respectively matched with the two arc-shaped grooves 44, the limiting plate 43 can rotate in the range of the arc-shaped grooves 44, and the limiting plate can be reliably fixed through the two first fixing pieces 46 after rotating in place.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the present embodiment, the position-limiting plate 43 has two sets of arc-shaped grooves 44, and four arc-shaped grooves 44 are uniformly distributed around the same axis. The four arc-shaped grooves 44 are designed to enable the adjusting angle of the limiting plate 43 to be larger.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the present embodiment, both sides of the stopper plate 43 have straight sidewalls 47, the two straight sidewalls 47 are parallel to each other, one ends of the two straight sidewalls 47 are connected by a first sidewall 48, and the other ends are connected by a second sidewall 49;
first sidewall 48 forms a first angle with straight sidewall 47;
the limiting plate 43 is recessed inwards to form a second side wall 49, the second side wall 49 is provided with a first wall 50, a second wall 51 and a third wall 52 which are connected in sequence, the first wall 50 forms a second angle with the adjacent straight side wall 47, the second wall 51 is parallel to the straight side wall 47, and the third wall 52 forms a third angle with the adjacent straight side wall 47;
the upper surface of the limit plate 43 is provided with a scale 56 for displaying an angle;
the straight side wall 47, the first side wall 48 or the second side wall 49 is used to cooperate with the sheet material to define the position or angle of the sheet material.
Limiting plate 43 adopts this kind of structure can form a plurality of angle regions to realize the regulation and spacing of multi-angle, the user can cut out the panel of different angles as required.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, in the present embodiment, the first side wall 48 further has a vertical notch 53, one side of the vertical notch 53 is perpendicular to the straight side wall 47, and the other side is parallel to the vertical side wall; the first angle is 45 °, the second angle is 30 °, and the third angle is 60 °.
As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, there are 2 supporting plates 29, two supporting plates 29 are disposed in parallel, and the guiding rule assembly further includes:
a second moving block (not shown in the figure) provided on the anti-drop chutes 42 of the two support plates 29, and having a threaded hole 39;
a connecting plate 55, both ends of which are overlapped on the upper surfaces of the two supporting plates 29;
the second fixing piece 54 penetrates through the connecting plate 55 and then is connected with the threaded hole 39 of the corresponding second moving block, and the second fixing piece 54 is matched with the second moving block to enable the connecting plate 55 to be locked on the supporting plate 29;
a horizontal backer 57 slidably mounted on the connection plate 55;
and the locking bolt 58 is screwed on the transverse support 57, the end part of the locking bolt is used for abutting against the connecting plate 55, and the locking bolt 58 is used for locking the transverse support 57 after the transverse support 57 is adjusted to be in place.
The horizontal backer 57 can adjust the position as required, and the suitability is strong.
As shown in fig. 13, in the present embodiment, the first fixing member 46 includes a screw 59, a control handle 60 is rotatably mounted on an upper end of the screw 59, a cam portion 61 is provided at a connection portion between the control handle 60 and the screw 59, and the screw 59 can be moved outward by rotating the control handle 60, so that the corresponding first moving block 45 is clamped to the anti-falling chute 42.
In this embodiment, the support pad 62 is further included, the support pad 62 is sleeved on the screw 59, the support pad 62 is located between the limit plate 43 and the cam portion 61, and the upper surface of the support pad 62 has an arc-shaped notch 63 matched with the cam portion 61.
In the present embodiment, the second fixing member 54 is a bolt.
In practice, the second fixing member 54 may be the structure of the first fixing member 46, and the first fixing member 46 may also be a bolt.

the middle part of the knife rest is provided with a bulge part, and the moving seat, the operating handle, the connecting piece and the knife rest form a four-bar mechanism;
the cutting tool is rotatably arranged on the convex part of the tool rest;
the presser foot is fixed at the lower end of the connecting piece;
one end of the reset tension spring is connected with the movable seat, and the other end of the reset tension spring is connected with the knife rest, the presser foot or the connecting piece, and is used for enabling the knife rest to rotate upwards for resetting when the operating handle is not subjected to external force.

The cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail is cylindrical, the outer side wall of the cross beam has a strip-shaped mounting groove, the guide rail is embedded in the mounting groove, and a part of the structure is located outside the mounting groove, the limiting structure comprises an annular recess provided on the side wall of the roller, the side wall of the roller abuts against the outer side wall of the cross beam, and the part of the guide rail located outside the mounting groove is embedded in the annular recess of the corresponding roller;
at least one guide rail is fixed on the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the cross beam; or at least one guide rail is fixed on both the left side wall and the right side wall of the cross beam; or at least one guide rail is fixed on the lower side wall, the left side wall and the right side wall of the cross beam.

The cutting machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the cross section of the cross beam has an outer profile of an inverted trapezoid structure, two guide rails are arranged on the upper side wall of the cross beam at intervals, one guide rail is arranged in the middle of the lower side wall of the cross beam, and a plurality of rollers are arranged, wherein each guide rail is matched with at least two rollers;
two reinforcing plates are arranged inside the cross beam; one end of each reinforcing plate is connected with two ends of the bottom wall of the inner side of the cross beam, and the other end of each reinforcing plate is connected with the middle part of the top wall of the inner side of the cross beam; the internal space of the beam is divided into 3 parts by the two reinforcing plates;
the upper ends of the two reinforcing plates are crossed to form a circular hole structure with an opening, and the vertical plate is connected with the circular hole structure through a bolt.

The cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein sealing plates are mounted on front and rear sides of the moving seat, the sealing plates have through openings for the cross beam to pass through, and the rollers are located in the moving seat and between the two sealing plates; the movable seat is provided with an oil storage box, the oil storage box is provided with an oil pump, and the oil storage box is communicated with the inner space of the movable seat through at least one oil conveying pipe; and a sealing gasket or an oil absorption pad is arranged at the penetrating port of the sealing plate and is sleeved on the cross beam.
5. The cutting machine of claim 4 wherein one of the sealing plates has a first attachment port for the return tension spring and the tool holder has a second attachment port for the return tension spring.

The cutting machine according to claim 1, further comprising a supporting mechanism, wherein the supporting mechanism comprises at least one supporting frame, the supporting frame comprises a fixed block and a supporting plate, the fixed block is mounted on a side wall of the base, a lower portion of a first end of the supporting plate is rotatably fitted with a lower portion of the fixed block, an elastic supporting structure is mounted at or near a second end 31 of the supporting plate, the elastic supporting structure is used for being fitted with a supporting surface, the supporting plate has a first working position, in the first working position, the supporting plate rotates upwards, a first end face of the supporting plate abuts against the fixed block, and an upper surface of the base is flush with an upper surface of the supporting plate;
the lateral wall of base is provided with the anticreep groove along self length direction, the support frame still includes the fastener and slides and set up the slider in the anticreep groove, the screw hole has on the slider, the fastener passes behind the fixed block and the screw hole cooperation of slider, makes fixed block and base fixed through locking the fastener.
7. The cutting machine according to claim 6, characterized in that said supports comprise two groups, respectively a first group comprising two supports and a second group comprising two supports, which are located on either side of the base;
a scale is fixed on the upper part of the support plate of the first group of support frames, the scale is embedded on the upper surface of the corresponding support plate, and the upper surface of the scale is lower than that of the support plate, or the upper surface of the scale is flush with that of the support plate;
and the supporting plate of the second group of supporting frames is rotatably provided with a supporting wheel, and the supporting wheel is used for being matched with the plate.
8. The cutting machine according to claim 7, wherein the support plate of the first group of support frames has an anti-slip groove provided along a length direction of the support plate, and one of the support plates of the first group has mounted thereon:
the limiting plate is used for being matched with a plate to be cut to limit the position or the angle of the plate, the limiting plate is provided with at least one group of arc-shaped grooves, and each group of arc-shaped grooves respectively comprise two arc-shaped grooves which are uniformly distributed around the same axis;
the first moving block is slidably mounted on the corresponding anti-falling sliding groove and is provided with a threaded hole;
the first fixing piece penetrates through the arc-shaped groove and then is connected with the threaded hole of the corresponding first moving block, and the first fixing piece and the first moving block are matched for locking the limiting plate on the corresponding supporting plate; the first fixed part has 2, and 2 first fixed parts cooperate with two arc walls of a set of arc wall respectively.

The cutting machine according to claim 8, characterized in that both sides of said limit plate have straight sidewalls, the two straight sidewalls are parallel to each other, one end of the two straight sidewalls is connected by a first sidewall, and the other end is connected by a second sidewall;
