At present, in the process of plastic pipeline production, the fixation of plastic pipes is one of the most important and common operations, but the existing fixation device still has certain disadvantages, and in the use process, the fixation process is tedious, and time is wasted, so that a fixation device for plastic pipeline production is needed to be designed to solve the problems.

a fixing device for plastic pipeline production comprises a bottom plate, a movable frame and a fixed cylinder, wherein a supporting column is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the bottom plate, the outer wall of the top of the supporting column is welded with the outer wall of the bottom of the fixed cylinder, the outer wall of the top of the bottom plate is welded with a fixed plate, and the outer wall of one side of the fixed plate is connected with a hydraulic cylinder through a bolt, one end of a piston of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the outer wall of one side of the movable frame through a bolt, the peripheral inner wall of the movable frame is provided with chutes, the peripheral outer wall of the fixed cylinder is provided with slide holes, and the inner wall of the sliding hole is connected with a sliding rod in a sliding way, the outer wall of one end of the sliding rod is welded with a sliding block, the section of the sliding block is in a right trapezoid shape, the outer wall of the sliding block is connected with the inner wall of the chute in a sliding way, the outer wall of the sliding rod is sleeved with a spring, and the outer wall of one end of the spring is welded with the outer wall of one end of the fixed cylinder, and the outer wall of the other end of the spring is welded with the outer wall of one side of the sliding block.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through the arrangement of the fixed cylinder, the movable frame, the hydraulic cylinder, the sliding rod, the rubber block, the spring, the chute and the sliding block, a pipeline to be fixed can be placed in the fixed cylinder, then the hydraulic cylinder is driven to work, the movable frame is driven to move, the chute on the movable frame is in contact with the sliding block, the sliding block is driven to move, the spring on the sliding rod is compressed, the sliding rod is pressed into the fixed cylinder, the rubber block at the top end of the sliding rod can abut against the outer wall of the pipeline to achieve the effect of quick fixing, when the pipeline needs to be taken down, the pipeline can be separated from the limit of the rubber block only by driving the hydraulic cylinder to work reversely, the use is very convenient, and the fixing efficiency of the device is effectively accelerated;
2. through the arrangement of the movable rod, the adjusting wheel, the rotary table, the abutting plate, the non-slip mat and the rotary table, when the device moves to a proper position, the adjusting wheel can be rotated to drive the movable rod to rotate, the movable rod drives the rotary table to rotate, and the rotary table drives the abutting plate to move downwards, so that the non-slip mat on the abutting plate can be in contact with the ground, the device is prevented from shaking, and the stability of the device in pipeline processing is effectively improved;
3. through the arrangement of the fixing block, the screw rod, the rotary drum and the screw cap, the rotary drum can be rotated to drive the screw cap to rotate on the screw rod, the position of the screw cap on the screw rod can be conveniently adjusted, the screw cap can clamp the fixing block on the bottom plate, the distance between the two fixed cylinders can be conveniently adjusted, the situation that the fixed cylinders block partial pipelines to be processed is avoided, and the use is more flexible;

Referring to fig. 1-4, a fixing device for plastic pipeline production comprises a base plate 1, a movable frame 5 and a fixed cylinder 9, wherein a support column 2 is welded on the outer wall of the top of the base plate 1, the outer wall of the top of the support column 2 is welded with the outer wall of the bottom of the fixed cylinder 9, a fixed plate 4 is welded on the outer wall of the top of the base plate 1, a hydraulic cylinder 14 is connected with the outer wall of one side of the fixed plate 4 through a bolt, one end of a piston of the hydraulic cylinder 14 is connected with the outer wall of one side of the movable frame 5 through a bolt, chutes 6 are formed on the inner wall of the periphery of the movable frame 5, slide holes are formed on the outer wall of the periphery of the fixed cylinder 9, slide rods 8 are connected with the inner wall of the slide holes in a sliding manner, a slide block 7 is welded on the outer wall of one end of each slide rod 8, the section of each slide block 7 is in a right trapezoid shape, the outer wall of each slide block 7 is connected with the inner wall of each chute 6 in a sliding manner, springs 10 are sleeved on the outer walls of each slide rods 8, and the outer walls of one ends of the springs 10 are welded with the outer wall of the fixed cylinder 9, the outer wall of the other end of the spring 10 is welded with the outer wall of one side of the sliding block 7.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, a pipeline to be fixed can be placed in the fixed cylinder 9, then the hydraulic cylinder 14 is driven to work to drive the movable frame 5 to move, the chute 6 on the movable frame 5 is in contact with the sliding block 7 to drive the sliding block 7 to move, so that the spring 10 on the sliding rod 8 is compressed, the sliding rod 8 is pressed into the fixed cylinder 9 at the same time, the rubber block 11 at the top end of the sliding rod 8 can be abutted against the outer wall of the pipeline to achieve the effect of quick fixing, when the pipeline needs to be taken down, the pipeline can be separated from the limit of the rubber block 11 only by driving the hydraulic cylinder 14 to work reversely, the use is very convenient, the fixing efficiency of the device is effectively accelerated, when the device is moved to a proper position, the adjusting wheel 12 can be rotated to drive the movable rod 13 to rotate, the movable rod 13 drives the rotary table 21 to rotate, the rotary table 21 drives the abutting plate 22 to move downwards, so that the anti-skid pads 23 on the abutting plate 22 can be in contact with the ground to prevent the device from shaking, effectively improved the device and gone up the stability of pipeline man-hour, rotated rotary drum 17 and can drive nut 18 and rotate on screw rod 16, make things convenient for adjusting screw rod 16 to go up nut 18's position, nut 18 can be with the 15 centre grippings of fixed block on the bottom plate 1, conveniently adjusts the distance between two solid fixed cylinders 9, avoids appearing the condition that solid fixed cylinder 9 will treat the partial pipeline of processing and block, uses and has more the flexibility.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, compared with embodiment 1, the fixing device for plastic pipeline production further includes a cavity 19 disposed inside the rubber block 11, a pressure sensor 20 disposed inside the cavity 19, a signal output end of the pressure sensor 20 is connected to a controller through a signal line, and the controller is connected to a switch through a wire.
The working principle is as follows: during the use, when block rubber 11 and pipeline contact, cavity 19 in the block rubber 11 is compressed for pressure sensor 20 in the cavity 19 can detect the pressure value that the pipeline received, just can send the signal to the controller when reaching certain pressure value, and the controller sends control signal to the switch of pneumatic cylinder 14, makes pneumatic cylinder 14 stop work, effectively avoids the condition that the plastic conduit is crushed to appear, and the result of use is better.
