The adjusting rod 3 is rotated to drive the back splint 2 to be close to the rear surface of the glass, so that the friction layer I2-1 is in contact with the rear surface of the glass in a fitting manner, the friction layer I2-1 and the rear surface of the glass generate static friction again, the position of the glass is fixed, and meanwhile, the glass can be buffered during polishing.
The lengths of the two electric telescopic rods 10-2 are adjusted to enable the two polishing machines 10-3 to be in proper positions capable of polishing, even if the polishing surfaces of the polishing machines 10-3 can effectively polish glass surfaces.
Then starting a motor II 9-1, a polishing machine 10-3 and a motor I7-3, so that the polishing machine 10-3 can completely polish the glass surface, the motor I7-3 can drive the gear I7-4 to rotate by taking the axis of the output shaft of the gear I7-4 as the central line, the gear I7-4 is in meshed transmission connection with the two gears II 11-1, the rotation of the gear I7-4 can simultaneously drive the two transmission rods 11 to rotate, the polishing sliding frame 8 is positioned at the uppermost end of the slideway frame plate 7 in the initial state, the rotation of the two transmission rods 11 can drive the polishing sliding frame 8 to slide downwards, meanwhile, the motor II 9-1 drives the support plate 9-2 to rotate around the axis of the support plate, the short rod 9-3 slides along the transmission frame 10-1, so that the polishing mechanisms 10 generate left and right reciprocating motions, and the relative positions of the two polishing mechanisms 10 are in the position shown in the drawing I.
The glass surface can be polished in all directions by the movement.
