At present, the existing forming treatment for corrugated plate made of thin steel sheets generally has the following defects: 1. the existing equipment can not roll the thin steel sheet after being subjected to roll forming again in the process of rolling the thin steel sheet, and the formed corrugated plate is easy to rebound, so that the success rate of roll forming is reduced, and the working steps of re-forming are increased; 2. the existing equipment can not extend out when the thin steel sheet is rolled, and the phenomenon that the thin steel sheet can not be contracted easily occurs, so that the thickness uniformity of the bent part of the thin steel sheet is reduced, and the phenomenon that the formed corrugated plate is too thin easily occurs.

The threaded grooves are symmetrically formed in the outer wall of the adjusting screw 43 in the vertical direction, the rotating directions of the threaded grooves are opposite, and during specific work, the adjusting screw 43 can drive the downward pressing mechanism 46 and the upward pressing mechanism 47 to move simultaneously, so that the extrusion molding function is realized.
The pressing mechanism 46 comprises a lower connecting rod 461, a lower roller 462, a second transmission rod 463 and a pressing wheel 464, the inner end of the lower bearing plate 44 is uniformly provided with the lower connecting rod 461, the upper end of the lower connecting rod 461 is uniformly provided with the lower roller 462 through a bearing, the middle part of the lower connecting rod 461 is provided with the second rotating rod through a bearing, a pressing wheel 464 is arranged between the adjacent lower connecting rods 461, the pressing wheel 464 is arranged on the second rotating rod, during specific work, the adjusting screw 43 is manually rotated, the adjusting screw 43 drives the pressing wheel 464 to extrude the thin steel sheet through the second transmission rod 463, then, the driving mechanism 48 is manually started, and the driving mechanism 48 drives the pressing wheel 464 to roll the thin steel sheet through the adjusting screw 43, so that the function of forming the corrugated sheet is realized.
The front and back of the outer surface of the lower pressing wheel 464 are symmetrically provided with annular plates, and the annular plates can avoid the phenomenon that the folded angle after rolling is convex during specific work.
The pressing mechanism 47 comprises an upper connecting rod 471, an upper roller 472, a first rotating rod 473, an upper pressing wheel 474 and an outer pressing wheel 475, the inner end of the upper bearing plate 44 is uniformly provided with an upper connecting rod 471, the lower end of the upper connecting rod 471 is uniformly provided with an upper roller 472 through a bearing, a first rotating rod 473 is arranged in the middle of each upper connecting rod 471 through a bearing, an upper pressing wheel 474 is arranged between every two adjacent upper connecting rods 471, the upper pressing wheel 474 is arranged on the first rotating rod 473, outer pressing wheels 475 are symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the outer surface of the first rotating rod 473, an annular plate is arranged on the inner side of each outer pressing wheel 475, when the device works, the adjusting screw 43 is manually rotated, the adjusting screw 43 drives the upper pressing wheel 474 to extrude the thin steel sheet through the first rotating rod 473, and then, the driving mechanism 48 is manually started, and the driving mechanism 48 drives the upper pressing wheel 474 to roll the thin steel sheet through the first rotating rod 473, so that the corrugated sheet is manufactured.
The annular plates are symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the outer surface of the upper pressing wheel 474, and when the roller press works, the annular plates can avoid the phenomenon that the folded angle after rolling is convex.
The driving mechanism 48 comprises a driving motor 481, an upper belt wheel 482, a right belt wheel 483 and a left belt wheel 484, the driving motor 481 is installed on the upper end surface of the supporting plate 44 positioned above, the output shaft of the driving motor 481 is provided with the upper belt wheel 482, the lower part of the upper belt wheel 482 is provided with the right belt wheel 483, the right belt wheel 483 is installed on a first rotating rod 473 positioned on the right side, the upper belt wheel 482 is connected with the right belt wheel 483 through a belt, the left side of the right belt wheel 483 is provided with the left belt wheel 484, the left belt wheel 484 is installed on a first rotating rod 473 positioned on the left side, the left belt wheel 484 is connected with the right belt wheel 483 through a belt, in specific work, the driving motor 481 is started manually, and the driving motor 481 drives the right belt wheel 483 and the left belt.

the third step: the driving motor 481 is manually started, the driving motor 481 drives a first rotating rod 473 to rotate through a right belt wheel 483 and a left belt wheel 484, the first rotating rod 473 drives an upper pressing wheel 474 to roll the thin steel sheet, and meanwhile, the driving mechanism 48 drives a lower pressing wheel 464 to move through an adjusting screw 43;
the fourth step: after the thin steel sheet is rolled, the driving motor 481 is manually turned off, the rolling frame 41 is pushed back to the original position, the threaded rod 34 is manually loosened, the formed corrugated sheet is taken out, and the processing is finished.
