The gun head assembly 100 is used for glue discharging and comprises a glue injection pipe 101 and a piston assembly 102 arranged inside the glue injection pipe 101. The glue injection pipe 101 comprises a pressure pipe 101a, a sleeve 101b and a glue injection head 101c, wherein the sleeve 101b and the glue injection head 101c are respectively connected to two ends of the pressure pipe 101 a; the pressure pipe 101a is used for matching with the piston group 102 to form pressure so as to push glue to be extruded from the glue injection head 101 c; the sleeve 101b is positioned at the rear end of the pressure pipe 101a and is used for installing and fixing the glue storage bin 200; the glue injection head 101c is a conical thin tube structure, the caliber of the tail end of the glue injection head is small, and the glue injection head is used for aligning to a part to be glued and extruding glue. Based on the above, the glue storage bin 200 of the present invention has a large cross section, and can temporarily store a large amount of glue solution therein, and can input the glue solution into the inner space of the pressure pipe 101a through the connecting pipe 203; the glue solution entering the pressure tube 101a can flow out from the glue injection head 101c in a pressure environment formed by the extrusion and pushing of the piston group 102, so that glue discharge is realized. Because a large amount of glue solution can be temporarily stored in the glue storage bin 200, the length of the glue injection pipe 101 does not need to be increased (the glue injection pipe 101 is only used for forming a pressure environment, and a small amount of glue solution from the glue storage bin 200 is extruded out), so that the length of the gun head is shortened, and the gun head is more convenient to carry; in addition, as the glue storage bin 200 does not need to be replaced and can be replenished with glue solution at any time only through the glue adding nozzle 201, the work of replacing a glue cylinder is omitted, the waste of resources is avoided, and the sustainability is good.
Further, the pressure tube 101a is provided with a barrier 103 therein in the transverse direction. When the piston group 102 slides forwards in the pressure pipe 101a, on one hand, the volume of the pressure space M-1 is gradually reduced by compression, the pressure in the pressure space M-1 is gradually increased, and the mixture of the glue solution and the gas has the tendency of pushing the plugging ball 104 forwards; on the other hand, the distance between the piston assembly 102 and the partition 103 is gradually reduced, the tension of the elastic tension member 105 is also gradually reduced, and therefore the tension constraint of the blocking ball 104 by the elastic tension member 105 is also gradually reduced. Finally, under the simultaneous action of the two factors, the blocking ball 104 can be pushed open by pressure, so that the pressure space M-1 is communicated with the glue outlet space M-2, and therefore, the glue solution temporarily stored in the pressure space M-1 can be extruded into the glue outlet space M-2 and finally extruded from the glue injection head 101 c.
When the piston group 102 returns backwards in a sliding mode, the blocking ball 104 can be blocked on the one-way hole 103a again under the influence of the pulling force of the elastic pulling piece 105 and the pressure reduction in the pressure space M-1; the gradually reduced pressure in the pressure space M-1 can suck the glue solution in the glue storage bin 200 and replenish the glue solution into the pressure space M-1 again for the next cycle of extrusion process.
Further, the outer side wall of the pressure pipe 101a is further provided with an outward extending one-way connector 106 for connecting with one end of the connecting pipe 203, and the glue solution in the glue storage bin 200 can be converged into the pressure space M-1 through the connecting pipe 203.
The one-way connector 106 includes a pipe joint 106a, and an elastic pressing piece 106b and a pressing post 106c provided in the pipe joint 106 a. a limiting ring (107) is arranged on the inner side wall of the pressure pipe (101 a); the piston column (102a) comprises a piston head (102a-1) matched with the inner diameter of the pressure pipe (101a) and a guide section (102a-2) matched with the inner diameter of the limiting ring (107), and the end part of the guide section (102a-2) is provided with a first screw hole (K-1) facing the push-pull rod (102 b);
the push-pull rod (102b) comprises a piston tail (102b-1) matched with the inner diameter of the pressure pipe (101a), a screw rod (102b-2) in threaded connection with the first screw hole (K-1), and a guide column (102b-3) inserted into the sleeve (101b), wherein the outer end of the guide column (102b-3) is connected with the driving assembly (300);
the periphery of the guide section (102a-2) is sleeved with a resetting piece (102c), one end of the resetting piece (102c) is extruded on the piston tail (102b-1), and the other end of the resetting piece (102c) is extruded on the limiting ring (107).
