技术领域
本发明涉及心内科检查技术领域,特别是涉及一种心内科疾病检查治疗装置。
背景技术
心内科,即心血管内科,是各级医院大内科为了诊疗心血管血管疾病而设置的一个临床科室。常见的心内科疾病包括冠心病、高血压、心律失常、房颤、阵发性室上性心动过速、心衰、心肌炎、先天性心脏病、心肌病、房间隔缺损、风湿性心脏病、心肌梗死、心绞痛、急性感染性心内膜炎、心肌缺血。
在给病人进行心内科疾病检查时,有时可能会出现突发状况,需要对病人进行及时的治疗,现有的治疗装置往往是利用固定带将患者固定在病床上,并且为了方便,在固定带的下方靠近心脏位置设有心率传感器,这样在固定后便可以直接检测患者的心率情况,但是当出现紧急情况后,需要对患者进行紧急救治,这时心脏处的固定带就会一定程度上的阻碍治疗,例如需要心脏复苏,心脏复苏一般需要将衣服脱掉,这样才能达到最好的效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是不方便紧急救助等问题,提供一种更方便,更快捷的心内科疾病检查治疗装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种心内科疾病检查治疗装置,它包括床体和床腿,所述床腿安装在床体下方,所述床体相对两侧上方分别设有移动块,所述移动块与床体上侧通过滑轨滑动连接,两个所述移动块移动方向相互平行,其中一个所述移动块上方设有转动架,所述转动架上转动设有弧形压板,所述弧形压板另一端设有固定块,所述固定块与相对转动架的移动块上方接触且通过固定螺栓配合固定,所述弧形压板下侧壁上设有压块,所述压块为空心结构,所述压块内部设有心率传感器,所述心率传感器接触头伸出压块底部,所述床体一侧外壁上设有心率检测仪,所述心率传感器与心率检测仪通过导线连接。
作为改进,所述压块下侧壁相对心率传感器一侧设有平衡块。
作为改进,所述压块两侧的弧形压板下侧壁分别设有固定卡块,所述固定卡块底部与床体上侧壁相接触。
作为改进,所述滑轨两端分别设有限位板。
采用以上结构后,本发明具有如下优点:在进行检查时,将移动块移动到适当位置,利用弧形压板和压块将患者压紧,此时心率传感器位于患者心脏处,从而进行心率检查,当出现紧急情况时,可将弧形压板向脚部方向推动,从而此时便更加方便进行救治,并且弧形压板不会阻碍治疗。

结合附图1和图2,一种心内科疾病检查治疗装置,它包括床体1和床腿2,所述床腿2安装在床体1下方,所述床体2相对两侧上方分别设有移动块3,所述移动块3与床体1上侧通过滑轨4滑动连接,两个所述移动块3移动方向相互平行,其中一个所述移动块3上方设有转动架5,所述转动架5上转动设有弧形压板6,所述弧形压板6另一端设有固定块7,所述固定块7与相对转动架5的移动块3上方接触且通过固定螺栓8配合固定,所述弧形压板6下侧壁上设有压块9,所述压块9为空心结构,所述压块9内部设有心率传感器10,所述心率传感器10接触头伸出压块9底部,所述床体1一侧外壁上设有心率检测仪11,所述心率传感器10与心率检测仪11通过导线连接。
所述压块9下侧壁相对心率传感器10一侧设有平衡块12。
所述压块9两侧的弧形压板6下侧壁分别设有固定卡块13,所述固定卡块13底部与床体1上侧壁相接触。
所述滑轨4两端分别设有限位板14。
本发明在具体实施时,当进行检查时,患者躺在床体1上,然后移动移动块3,使得弧形压板6位于胸腔上方,然后将弧形压板6转动盖起,并利用固定螺栓8将弧形压板6固定,此时,通过压块9将患者稍稍压住,并且两侧的固定卡块13位于患者肩部位置,进行一定的限制作用,同时心率传感器10处在心脏位置,通过心率检测仪11检测心率,当需要进行紧急救治时,可将弧形压板6之间向脚部方向推动,从而使得整个弧形压板6移动,此时更加方便对患者的救治,并且还方便将弧形压板6再次拉回,提高治疗效率。
