本发明公开一种血液透析病人用护瘘装置,涉及医疗辅助器械技术领域,包括护瘘装置本体,包括外壳体和底座;所述外壳体为U型结构的PVC硬塑料;所述外壳体一侧设为开口;所述外壳体顶部靠近所述开口处设有滑槽;所述滑槽内贯穿设有固定架;所述固定架顶部设有把手;所述固定架底部设有手臂护罩;所述外壳体与所述固定架之间设有紧固件;所述外壳体内上方设有通风槽;所述通风槽底部设有红外灯;所述外壳体内底部设有臂托;所述臂托与所述外壳体部内壁铰接。本发明的有益效果为:有效固定和保护病人手臂;在气温较低时可通过红外灯对病人手臂进行照射烘烤;具有良好的通风设施,内部可调节手臂摆放角度,简单实用、人性化设计,可大面积推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗辅助器械技术领域,具体为一种血液透析病人用护瘘装置。
背景技术
“众所周知,一年365天,病人一周要进行3次血液透析,一次透析要留下2个针眼,一年52周,要穿刺156次,留下312个针眼,那么内瘘的维护及穿刺可想而知有多么重要。血液透析是目前慢性肾衰竭的主要治疗措施之一,血液透析时,需把人体内血液引流出来进入体外的人工肾装置来达到透析的目的。建立良好的血管通路是长期维持性血透得以顺利实施的首要条件,对透析效果和患者长期存活有着重要影响。
动静脉内瘘是外科手术之一,主要用于血液透析治疗。动静脉内瘘术是一种血管吻合的小手术,将前臂靠近手腕部位的动脉和邻近的静脉作一缝合,使吻合后的静脉中流动着动脉血,形成一个动静脉内瘘。动静脉内瘘的血管能为血液透析治疗提供充足的血液,为透析治疗的充分性提供保障。
肾内科肾病终末期的病人需要在手臂上造内瘘,以便于进行血液透析。血液透析时,手臂上插有穿刺针,无法盖被子,导致手臂长裸露在外,容易受凉及引起血管受冷刺激收缩,影响血液流量;同时,在现有的各大医院,在给病人进行血液透析时,穿刺侧的手臂-般均无固定,当病人的手臂在晃动或移动时,做血液透析所使用的内瘘穿刺管容易受到拉扯,进而,会使得相应的内瘘穿刺针发生移位而导致血肿或穿刺针脱落,增加病人痛苦及失血风险;另一方面,病人的手臂也没有一个很好的保护装置进行保护,当病人手臂受到被子压迫或其他外物的触碰时,可能会触及到相应的内瘘穿刺针,相应的内瘘穿刺针可能会刺破病人动静脉血管而引起皮下血肿,使得也会给病人带来痛苦。
因此,本发明提供一种能够保护固定手臂,并且可提供加热通风的血液透析病人用护瘘装置。
发明内容
为解决以上现有问题,本发明提供一种血液透析病人用护瘘装置。本发明通过以下技术方案实现。
一种血液透析病人用护瘘装置,包括护瘘装置本体,所述护瘘装置本体包括外壳体和底座;所述底座分别设在所述外壳体的底部;
所述外壳体为U型结构;所述外壳体一侧设为开口;所述外壳体顶部靠近所述开口处设有滑槽;所述滑槽内贯穿设有固定架;所述固定架顶部设有把手;所述固定架底部延伸至所述外壳体开口处;所述固定架底部设有手臂护罩;所述外壳体与所述固定架之间设有紧固件;
所述外壳体内上方设有通风槽;所述通风槽底部设有红外灯;所述外壳体内底部设有臂托;所述臂托一端部与所述外壳体远离所述开口处一端部内壁铰接;所述臂托另一端部位于所述开口处;
所述底座包括第一底座、第二底座、第三底座和第四底座;所述第一底座和第二底座分别设在所述外壳体上远离所述开口处一端底部两侧;所述第三底座和第四底座分别对称设在所述臂托位于所述开口处一端部下方;所述第三和第四底座内设有升降器;所述升降器连接所述臂托位于所述开口处一端部。
优选的,所述外壳体为PVC材质硬塑料。
优选的,所述紧固件上设有调节阀。
优选的,所述红外灯为红外LED。
优选的,所述护瘘装置本体配有控制器;所述红外灯与所述升降器内设有信号接收器和控制电路;所述控制器控制所述红外灯和升降器。
优选的,所述外壳体外侧底部设有电源线;所述电源线与所述红外灯和升降器电性连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种血液透析病人用护瘘装置,有效固定和保护病人手臂,避免了因手臂受到被子压迫或其他外物的触碰时,会触及到相应的内瘘穿刺针的风险;可通过红外灯对病人手臂进行照射烘烤,特别是在冬天,有效避免了因无法盖被子,导致手臂长裸露在外,容易受凉及引起血管受冷刺激收缩,影响血液流量的危险;具有良好的通风设施,内部可调节手臂摆放角度,简单实用、人性化设计,可大面积推广使用。

具体实施例1,一种血液透析病人用护瘘装置,包括护瘘装置本体,护瘘装置本体包括外壳体1和底座,外壳,1采用PVC材质硬塑料,轻质、耐摔、抗腐蚀,外壳体1为U型结构,外壳体1开口一侧为前侧,封闭一侧为后侧,外壳体顶部位于前侧边设置有滑槽2,滑槽2内为通透槽体,在滑槽2内设置有固定架3,固定架3顶部设置有把手4,底部穿过滑槽2延伸至外壳体1前侧内,固定架3底部设置有弧形手臂护罩5,在滑槽2顶口处设置有紧固件6,固定架3架体位于紧固件6之间,紧固件6一侧设置有调节阀7,通过调节阀7控制紧固件6的松紧,从而调整固定架3的上下移动;
外壳体1内上方设置有通风槽8,通风槽8从外壳体1前侧边设置到外壳体1后侧边,通风槽8底部设置有红外灯9,红外灯9为红外LED光源,红外光照射具有消炎、消肿、镇痛、减少渗液、促进血液循环、改善微循环、促进自身调节机制、提高酶活性、加强新陈代谢、促进上皮生长、发育、繁殖和修复作用;外壳体1底部从外壳体1前侧至后侧之间设置有臂托10,臂托10与外壳体1后侧内壁铰接,臂托10上可放置铺垫;底座包括第一底座11、第二底座12、第三底座13和第四底座14,第一底座11和第二底座12设置在外壳体1后侧两底边,第三底座13和第四底座14分别对称设置在臂托10位于外壳体1前侧开口处下方,第三底座13和第四底座14内设置有升降器;
本发明配有控制器16,其中红外灯9与升降器内装有信号接收器和控制电路,控制器16控制红外灯9的开关以及升降器的升降,外壳体1外侧底部设置有电源线15,电源线15与红外灯9和升降器均为电性连接。
具体使用过程:病人将穿刺手臂从外壳体1前侧开口处换换放入,通过调节阀7调松固定架3,使用把手4将固定架3通过滑槽2缓慢下降,当弧形手臂护罩5贴住并固定手臂后,调紧调节阀7;随后通过控制器16调节升降器升降,从而改变臂托10的倾斜角度;在气温较低时,通过控制器16打开红外灯9,通过红外照射烘烤手臂。

所述外壳体为U型结构;所述外壳体一侧设为开口;所述外壳体顶部靠近所述开口处设有滑槽;所述滑槽内贯穿设有固定架;所述固定架顶部设有把手;所述固定架底部延伸至所述外壳体开口处;所述固定架底部设有手臂护罩;所述外壳体与所述固定架之间设有紧固件;
所述外壳体内上方设有通风槽;所述通风槽底部设有红外灯;所述外壳体内底部设有臂托;所述臂托一端部与所述外壳体远离所述开口处一端部内壁铰接;所述臂托另一端部位于所述开口处;
所述底座包括第一底座、第二底座、第三底座和第四底座;所述第一底座和第二底座分别设在所述外壳体上远离所述开口处一端底部两侧;所述第三底座和第四底座分别对称设在所述臂托位于所述开口处一端部下方;所述第三和第四底座内设有升降器;所述升降器连接所述臂托位于所述开口处一端部。
