Background
The endoscope is a detection instrument integrating traditional optics, ergonomics, precision machinery, modern electronics, mathematics and software, and is widely applied to medical treatment.
The service life of the endoscope is one of important indexes concerned by medical care personnel, and factors influencing the service life of the endoscope mainly comprise the quality of an endoscope body, a hospital disinfection and sterilization mode, the operation habit, the storage condition and environment of a user, the position and the size of renal pelvis and ureteral calculus of a patient and the like, and the factors comprehensively influence the service life of the endoscope.
The life span of an endoscope during an actual procedure is therefore generally difficult to calculate and assess, and time and effort is consumed if a specialized CRC is scheduled or hospital health care personnel are recording the number of procedures per endoscope.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an endoscope service life monitoring device which can simply record the operation times of an endoscope, is convenient for medical staff to judge the service life and saves medical resources.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a device for monitoring the service life of an endoscope comprises a photosensitive resistance sensor and a singlechip, wherein the photosensitive resistance sensor is arranged on an operating handle of the endoscope; the photosensitive resistance sensor is connected with an input interface of the singlechip;
when the endoscope works, the photosensitive resistance sensor senses the endoscope light source and sends a sensing signal to the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer counts the duration time T of the sensing signal after receiving the sensing signal, and when the duration time T is larger than or equal to the preset operation time T1, the single chip microcomputer determines that an effective operation is performed, and records and stores the operation.
Further, when the endoscope does not work, the single chip microcomputer works in a sleep mode; when the single chip microcomputer receives the induction signal, the single chip microcomputer is awakened from a sleep mode to enter a low power consumption mode, and the operation time is recorded; and when the single chip microcomputer does not receive the induction signal after the time T2, the low power consumption mode is switched into the sleep mode.
Further, the operation time T1 is 25-30 min.
Furthermore, the time T2 is 10-20 s.
Furthermore, the photoresistor sensor adopts a phototriode.
The endoscope has the advantages that the working state of the endoscope is judged by the photoresistor sensor, the duration time of the received sensing signal is timed by the single chip microcomputer, and when the duration time T is more than or equal to the preset operation time T1, the single chip microcomputer determines that an effective operation is performed and records and stores the operation; therefore, the operation times of the endoscope can be simply acquired, the medical care personnel can conveniently judge the service life, and the medical resources are saved.
