In some embodiments, the positioning guide 11 of the present embodiment further comprises a locking device. With the rail slider 22 of the second medical device 20 positioned in the rail 12 of the first medical device 10, the second medical device 20 may be locked to the first medical device 10 by the locking means, thereby securely combining the second medical device 20 and the first medical device 10.
In some embodiments, rail 12 may be provided with rail slot 124 and rail slide 22 of second medical device 20 may be provided with a through hole (not numbered), the locking means comprising a T-stud 14 and a locking nut 15 cooperating with T-stud 14, T-stud 14 being disposed in rail slot 124 and extending through the through hole of rail slide 22, T-stud 14 being reciprocally movable in rail slot 124. After the second medical device 20 is positioned on the first medical device 10, the lock nut 15 may be locked onto the T-stud 14, thereby locking the second medical device 20 to the first medical device 10. It should be noted that although the lock nut 15 is shown to be proximate to the bottom of the second medical device 20, in practice, a relief space is provided between the lock nut 15 and the bottom of the second medical device 20 and on the movable lifting means 21, whereby the lock nut 15 can be easily locked or unscrewed from the outside of the second medical device 20 through the relief space.
In one embodiment, rail groove 124 is a T-shaped rail groove. Providing the rail groove 124 in a T-shape can effectively prevent the second medical device 20 from overturning during sliding.
In some embodiments, the second medical device 20 of an embodiment of the present invention may include a pair of movable lifting means 21 arranged at intervals. The pair of movable lifting devices 21 are provided at both ends of the bottom of the second medical apparatus 20, respectively. When the second medical device 20 and the first medical device 10 are assembled, the positioning guide 11 provided to the first medical device 10 is located between the pair of movable lifters 21.
Fig. 9 discloses a schematic view of a movable lifting device 21 of a second medical apparatus 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the movable elevating device 21 includes a rotation shaft 211 provided at the bottom of the second medical apparatus 20, a pair of support arms 212 rotatable about the rotation shaft 211, and a bi-directional screw 214 connecting the pair of support arms 212. The space for the movable elevating device 21 may be provided at a position avoiding the pair of support arms 212. In one embodiment, the movable lifting device 21 includes a roller 213 disposed at the bottom ends of a pair of support arms 212.
The middle of the two-way screw 214 is a spanner area 215, and the two ends are screws. The pair of support arms 212 can be driven to change in a fixed angle around the rotation shaft 211 by screwing the spanner region 215 of the bi-directional screw 214, so that the movable lifting device 21 can be lifted. For example, twisting the bi-directional screw 214 may cause the pair of support arms 212 to move in the middle direction as shown in fig. 9, thereby raising the movable lifting device 21 from the first height H1 to the second height H2, and since the movable lifting device 21 and the rail slider 22 are mounted together at the bottom of the second medical apparatus 20, the raising of the movable lifting device 21 may further raise the second medical apparatus 20 and the rail slider 22 thereof, and the second medical apparatus 20 may be separated from the first medical apparatus 10. When the bi-directional screw 214 is twisted in the opposite direction, the pair of support arms 212 are moved in the middle direction to the both sides direction, so that the movable elevating means 21 can be lowered from the second height H2 to the first height H1, and the second medical apparatus 20 is positioned on the first medical apparatus 10.
As shown in fig. 6, when the combined medical apparatus 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention needs to be separated, first, the lock nut 15 may be manually unscrewed from the outside of the second medical apparatus 20 to a designated height through the space for yielding the movable lifting device 21, and then the bi-directional screw 214 on the movable lifting device 21 is twisted to raise the support arm 212 to the second height H2, and since the support arm 212 and the guide rail slider 22 are mounted together at the bottom of the second medical apparatus 20, the raising of the support arm 212 naturally drives the second medical apparatus 20 to raise together with the guide rail slider 22, wherein the unscrewed height Δh1 of the lock nut 15, i.e., the distance by which the T-shaped stud 14 is sunk, is greater than the height Δh2 raised by the movable lifting device 21, Δh2=h2-H1. At this time, the roller 213 of the movable imaging device may slide on the ground by pushing the second medical device 20, so as to drive the rail slider 22 at the bottom of the second medical device 20 to slide along the rail 12 of the first medical device 10. Thus, separation of the second medical device 20 and the first medical device 10 can be achieved, facilitating maintenance of the first medical device 10 or the second medical device 20.
When it is desired to assemble the second medical device 20 to the first medical device 10, first, the movable lifting means 21 of the second medical device 20 is placed at the second height H2, the second medical device 20 is moved such that the rail slider 22 at the bottom of the second medical device 20 is aligned with the rail 12 of the first medical device 10, the rail slider 22 of the second medical device 20 is moved into the rail 12 of the first medical device 10 under the guiding action of the guiding area 121 of the rail 12 of the first medical device 10, the rail slider 22 slides along the rail 12, the second medical device 20 is continuously moved, and the rail slider 22 at the bottom of the second medical device 20 is moved into the positioning area 122 of the rail 12 of the first medical device 10 until the rail slider 22 of the second medical device 20 touches the positioning block 13 on the positioning guide 11, at this time, the support arm 212 is lowered to the first height H1 by reversely twisting the bidirectional screw 214 on the movable lifting means 21, and the lowering of the support arm 212 simultaneously drives the second medical device 20 to be lowered together with the rail slider 22, and the rail slider 22 of the second medical device 20 is also lowered to the positioning area 122 of the rail slider 22 of the rail 12 of the second medical device 20. The lock nut 15 on the positioning guide 11 is then locked, thereby combining the second medical device 20 and the first medical device 10 together, as shown in fig. 5.
In the embodiment shown above, the first medical device 10 is taken as a CT device, the second medical device 20 is taken as a PET device as an example for illustrative purposes, and the combination and separation of the second medical device 20 and the first medical device 10 are achieved by moving the second medical device 20. However, the combination medical device 300 of the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first medical device 10 may be a PET device, the positioning guide 11 is disposed on the PET device, the second medical device 20 is a CT device, the guide rail slider 22 and the movable lifting device 21 are disposed on the CT device, and the CT device is moved to combine and separate the PET device and the CT device.
