Abstract

本发明公开一种用于内窥镜的可选择切换式双光源,包括设于内窥镜插入部的导光光纤以及设于内窥镜操作手柄内的LED光源,双光源还包括Y形导光光纤、光锥、导光束与外部光源,所述Y形导光光纤的合并端与导光光纤相连,Y形导光光纤的其中一个入射端连接所述LED光源、另一个入射端依次连接光锥与导光束;导光束的一端连接光锥、另一端用于连接外部光源;所述Y形导光光纤与光锥均内置于内窥镜的操作手柄;当操作手柄内的LED光源出现故障时,可以及时切换到外部光源,避免单光源故障导致内窥镜无法使用的问题;同时只需要采用导光束来连接外部光源即可,降低了因长距离传递照明所带来的各种弊端,结构简单、使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体是一种用于内窥镜的可选择切换式双光源。
背景技术
内窥镜是集中了传统光学、人体工程学、精密机械、现代电子、数学、软件等于一体的检测仪器,被广泛应用于医疗中。
传统的内窥镜只有单一光源,当单一光源出现故障时,内窥镜就无法使用。为了解决这个问题,目前有对内窥镜有一种外接电源,通过一根导光光纤直接和外接光源设备连接传递照明,从内窥镜操作手柄中引出的2米左右的导光光纤和很粗的多芯屏蔽线同时内置于一根保护管中。这种方式有以下缺点:一、增加了导光光纤的制造成本,二、增加了装配的难度,三、在使用过程中受到多芯屏蔽线挤压、与保护管内壁摩擦以及多处长时间弯折而导致导光光纤断丝,降低了导光光纤的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于内窥镜的可选择切换式双光源,该双光源之间能够灵活地切换使用,避免单光源故障导致内窥镜无法使用的问题,并且结构简单、使用方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于内窥镜的可选择切换式双光源,包括设于内窥镜插入部的导光光纤以及设于内窥镜操作手柄内的LED光源;所述双光源还包括Y形导光光纤、光锥、导光束与外部光源,所述Y形导光光纤的合并端与导光光纤相连,Y形导光光纤的其中一个入射端连接所述LED光源、另一个入射端依次连接光锥与导光束;导光束的一端连接光锥、另一端用于连接外部光源;所述Y形导光光纤与光锥均内置于内窥镜的操作手柄。
本发明的有益效果是,采用Y形导光光纤分别连接两路光源,当操作手柄内的LED光源出现故障时,可以及时切换到外部光源,避免单光源故障导致内窥镜无法使用的问题;同时,Y形导光光纤与光锥均内置于内窥镜的操作手柄,只需要采用导光束来连接外部光源即可,降低了因长距离传递照明所带来的各种弊端,结构简单、使用方便。

具体实施方式
结合图1与图2所示,本发明提供一种用于内窥镜的可选择切换式双光源,包括设于内窥镜插入部1的导光光纤2以及设于内窥镜操作手柄3内的LED光源4;所述双光源还包括Y形导光光纤5、光锥6、导光束7与外部光源8,所述Y形导光光纤5的合并端与导光光纤2相连,Y形导光光纤5的其中一个入射端连接所述LED光源4、另一个入射端依次连接光锥6与导光束7;导光束7的一端连接光锥、另一端用于连接外部光源8;所述Y形导光光纤5与光锥6均内置于内窥镜的操作手柄3中。
采用Y形导光光纤5分别连接两路光源,当操作手柄3内的LED光源4出现故障时,可以及时切换到外部光源8,避免单光源故障导致内窥镜无法使用的问题;同时,Y形导光光纤5与光锥6均内置于内窥镜的操作手柄3,只需要采用导光束7来连接外部光源8即可,降低了因长距离传递照明所带来的各种弊端,结构简单、使用方便。外部光源8可采用任何可以令内窥镜正常工作的光源,例如LED等等,本发明不对外部光源本身做出限制。

1.一种用于内窥镜的可选择切换式双光源,包括设于内窥镜插入部的导光光纤以及设于内窥镜操作手柄内的LED光源,其特征在于,所述双光源还包括Y形导光光纤、光锥、导光束与外部光源,所述Y形导光光纤的合并端与导光光纤相连,Y形导光光纤的其中一个入射端连接所述LED光源、另一个入射端依次连接光锥与导光束;导光束的一端连接光锥、另一端用于连接外部光源;所述Y形导光光纤与光锥均内置于内窥镜的操作手柄。
