In order to solve the above technical problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a temperature sensing cable fixing device and a vehicle underframe using the same.
On one hand, the temperature sensing cable fixing device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises: the temperature-sensing cable fixing device comprises a strip-shaped base, wherein fixing strips used for installing an inner layer temperature-sensing cable and an outer layer temperature-sensing cable are arranged in the length direction of the strip-shaped base respectively, a plurality of locking mechanisms are arranged on the fixing strips, and the locking mechanisms on the two fixing strips are arranged in a staggered mode.
Furthermore, a groove which is recessed towards the direction of the strip-shaped base is formed in the fixing strip for mounting the outer-layer temperature sensing cable, and the groove is used for exposing the locking mechanism on the fixing strip for mounting the inner-layer temperature sensing cable.
Further, two of the fixing bars are arranged in parallel.
Further, the locking mechanism includes a locking widget that includes:
the locking groove is arranged on the upper surface of the locking groove,
two locking sheets formed by extending the two groove edges of the locking groove respectively,
a locking hole arranged at the free end of the locking sheet,
and the locking bolt acts on the two locking holes to enable the free ends of the two locking sheets to move relatively so as to realize cable locking.
Furthermore, the fixing strip is provided with mounting holes, and the locking bolt penetrates through the two locking sheets and extends into the mounting holes to fix the locking mechanism on the fixing strip.
Furthermore, the temperature sensing cable fixing device further comprises a temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve, wherein the temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve is arranged in the locking groove, and the temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve is provided with a cable groove which penetrates through the temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve and is used for accommodating the temperature sensing cable.
Further, the notches of the cable groove and the locking groove are oriented in the same direction.
Furthermore, the inner wall of the locking groove is arc-shaped, and the locking sheet extends towards the direction far away from the arc at the arc edge of the arc.
Further, the mounting holes at the two ends of the fixing strip are long round holes.
Further, a plurality of mounting grooves are formed in the fixing strip, and the mounting holes are formed in the bottoms of the mounting grooves.

On the other hand, the vehicle underframe disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises the temperature sensing cable fixing device, and the temperature sensing cable fixing device is fixed on the inner wall of the vehicle underframe where the power pack maintenance port is located through the strip-shaped base of the temperature sensing cable fixing device and is arranged along the power pack maintenance port.
Furthermore, the inner wall where the power pack maintenance opening is located is provided with a first fixing piece along the power pack maintenance opening, a second fixing piece is arranged on the strip-shaped base, and the first fixing piece is detachably connected with the second fixing piece.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
according to the temperature sensing cable fixing device and the vehicle underframe thereof, the temperature sensing cable can be directly disassembled without disassembling the power pack, the disassembly of the temperature sensing cable can be completed only by disassembling the locking bolt, the fixing frame is not required to be disassembled, so that the fixing frame can be welded, connected by bolts and riveted, and the fixing frame which is integrated with a double-layer structure and is easy to install and disassemble is adopted. A reasonable temperature sensing cable layout structure is designed aiming at the characteristics of a power pack maintenance port, and the direct disassembly and maintenance are convenient.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that all expressions using "first" and "second" in the embodiments of the present invention are used for distinguishing two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it should be noted that "first" and "second" are merely for convenience of description and should not be construed as limitations of the embodiments of the present invention, and they are not described in any way in the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, some embodiments of the present invention disclose a temperature-sensitive cable fixing device 100, which includes: the temperature-sensing cable fixing device comprises a strip-shaped base 1, wherein fixing strips 2 used for installing an inner-layer temperature-sensing cable and an outer-layer temperature-sensing cable are arranged in the length direction of the strip-shaped base 1, a plurality of locking mechanisms 3 are arranged on the fixing strips 2, and the locking mechanisms 3 on the fixing strips 2 are arranged in a staggered mode.
This embodiment is through being connected two fixed strips 2 and a strip base 1, a temperature sensing cable can be installed to every fixed strip 2, two temperature sensing cables are arranged side by side, the double-deck of having realized temperature sensing cable is laid, the redundancy of arranging for temperature sensing cable provides the assurance, simultaneously in order to further guarantee that two temperature sensing cables all can conveniently dismantle the maintenance, with the crisscross setting of locking mechanism 3 that is used for fixed temperature sensing cable on two fixed strips 2, prevent to a certain extent that outer locking mechanism 3 from producing harmful effects to the dismantlement maintenance of inlayer locking mechanism 3.
In the temperature-sensing cable fixing device 100 disclosed in some embodiments of the present invention, on the basis of the above embodiments, the fixing strip 2 for mounting the outer-layer temperature-sensing cable is provided with the groove 21 recessed toward the strip-shaped base 1 for exposing the locking mechanism 3 on the fixing strip 2 for mounting the inner-layer temperature-sensing cable, that is, the fixing strip 2 on the outside is provided with a semi-open window, so that two rows of temperature-sensing cables can be mounted, dismounted and mounted on the same side. In the embodiment, the locking mechanism 3 for fixing the inner-layer temperature-sensing cable can be exposed by arranging the groove 21, so that the inner-layer locking mechanism 3 can be detached and maintained conveniently, the locking mechanism can be mounted at the power pack maintenance port 200, and the detachment and replacement of two temperature-sensing cables can be realized at the power pack maintenance port 200.
In the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 and the vehicle underframe disclosed by some embodiments of the present invention, the strip-shaped base 1 and the two fixing strips 2 may be integrally formed, and two sides of a strip-shaped sheet-shaped material may be bent to form the two fixing strips 2, the middle portion is the strip-shaped base 1, the whole fixing device may be installed on the vehicle underframe on the upper portion of the power pack through the strip-shaped base 1, and the two fixing strips 2 are arranged in parallel. Specifically, a first fixing member may be disposed on an inner wall of the power pack maintenance opening 200 along the maintenance opening 200 of the power pack, a second fixing member 11 may be disposed on the strip-shaped base 1, and the first fixing member may be detachably connected to the second fixing member 11. The first fixing piece can be a screw hole, the second fixing piece 11 can be a screw hole and a bolt, specifically, a screw hole can be formed in the upper vehicle chassis of the power pack, a screw hole can also be formed in the strip-shaped base 1, and the bolt penetrates through the strip-shaped base 1 and is fixed in the screw hole in the upper vehicle chassis of the power pack. The temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 can also be mounted on the vehicle underframe on the upper part of the power pack by welding and riveting.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the maintenance port 200 for the power pack is designed to be rectangular, and has a right-angled corner, which is not friendly to the installation requirement of the bending radius of the temperature sensing cable, so that the bending radius of the temperature sensing cable at the corner can be effectively increased by properly extending the distance between the locking mechanism 3 and the corner on the premise of ensuring a proper fixed distance, thereby making it meet the installation requirement.
Specifically, the mounting holes 22 at the two ends of the fixing strip 2 can be changed into oblong holes, the small locking pieces 31 are fixed on the oblong holes, and the oblong holes provide a certain sliding mounting range for the small locking pieces 31 so as to meet the requirement of the bending radius of the temperature sensing cable. The length of the fixing strip 2 may be designed according to the length and width of the maintenance opening 200, and is preferably slightly smaller than the length and width of the maintenance opening 200.
As shown in fig. 3, in the vehicle underframe according to some embodiments of the present invention, the maintenance openings 200 are three rectangular openings, so that the temperature-sensitive cable fixing mechanisms can be arranged in a serpentine shape around the three maintenance openings 200, and the temperature-sensitive cable fixing devices 100 with different lengths can be selected and installed along the maintenance openings 200. The temperature sensing cable fixing devices 100 of the same specification may be adopted, the length of the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 of the same specification is not more than the short side of the maintenance opening 200, and the plurality of temperature sensing cable fixing devices 100 are connected end to fix the temperature sensing cables. The temperature sensing cable is convenient to disassemble and maintain through the maintenance opening 200. The strip-shaped base 1, the fixing strip 2 and the locking mechanism 3 can be made of aluminum alloy, and the strip-shaped base 1 can be riveted and fixed on the frame in a round hole forming mode on the strip-shaped base 1. At the bending position of each maintenance opening 200 in the length or width direction, a long round hole or an adjusting sliding groove can be arranged, so that the position of the locking mechanism 3 on the fixing strip 2 can be adjusted, and the temperature sensing cable can be conveniently installed in the bending area.
As shown in fig. 2, in the temperature sensitive cable fixing device 100 and the vehicle underframe disclosed in some embodiments of the present invention, based on the above embodiments, the locking mechanism 3 includes a locking small piece 31, and the locking small piece 31 includes: a locking groove 311, two locking pieces 312 formed by extending from two groove sides of the locking groove 311; a locking hole 313 provided at a free end of the locking tab 312; and a locking bolt 314 acting on the two locking holes 313 to make the free ends of the two locking sheets 312 move relatively to realize cable locking. When the temperature sensing cable is installed, the temperature sensing cable is placed between the two locking sheets 312, and finally enters the locking groove 311 from the notch of the locking groove 311, and the locking bolt 314 passes through the locking hole 313 to press the free ends of the locking sheets 312 together, so that the space in the locking groove 311 is reduced, and the locking of the temperature sensing cable is realized.
In some preferred embodiments, in order to fix the temperature sensing cable on the fixing strip 2, the fixing strip 2 is provided with a mounting hole 22, and the locking bolt 314 passes through the two locking pieces 312 and extends into the mounting hole 22, so as to fix the locking mechanism 3 on the fixing strip 2.
In some preferred embodiments, in order to further protect the temperature sensing cable, a temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve 32 is further included, the temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve 32 is disposed in the locking groove 311, and the temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve 32 has a cable groove 321 for accommodating the temperature sensing cable therethrough. When the temperature-sensing cable fixing sleeve 32 is used, the temperature-sensing cable fixing sleeve 32 can be firstly arranged in the locking groove 311, the directions of the notches of the cable groove 321 and the locking groove 311 are the same, then the temperature-sensing cable enters from the free ends of the two locking pieces 312 until entering the cable groove 321 of the temperature-sensing cable fixing sleeve 32, then enters the locking groove 311 from the notch of the locking groove 311, the locking bolt 314 penetrates through the locking hole 313 to press the locking pieces 312 from the free ends to the end, so that the inner space of the locking groove 311 is reduced, and the locking of the temperature-sensing cable is realized. The temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve 32 can be made of a flexible material, and can protect the temperature sensing cable while fastening the temperature sensing cable.
In the temperature-sensitive cable fixing device 100 and the vehicle underframe according to some embodiments of the present invention, based on the above embodiments, the inner wall of the locking groove 311 is arc-shaped, and the locking piece 312 extends in a direction away from the arc edge of the arc. In the free state, the two locking pieces 312 are arranged in parallel.
In the temperature sensitive cable fixing device 100 and the vehicle underframe according to some embodiments of the present invention, on the basis of the above embodiments, in order to provide the plurality of mounting grooves 23 on the fixing bar 2, the mounting holes 22 are provided at the bottoms of the mounting grooves 23. Namely, the locking mechanism 3 can not be protruded after being locked, the surface height is the same, and the device is safe and beautiful.
The temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 and the vehicle underframe disclosed by some embodiments of the invention have a structure that the upper part is riveted with a strip-shaped base 1, the two sides of the temperature sensing cable are fixed by bolts, and the bottom of the temperature sensing cable fixing device is open; the double-layer parallel structure is adopted, two paths of temperature sensing cables can be arranged in parallel, and the dual redundancy requirement is met; the fixed points of the temperature sensing cables are arranged in a concentrated mode, and the arrangement distance of the locking nuts is about 200 mm; the sectional structure is adopted, and the vehicle can be combined and used according to the vehicle layout space in various lengths; the fixing frame close to the inner side of the maintenance opening 200, namely the fixing strip 2, adopts a local semi-open window design, so that the fixation of two rows of small locking pieces 31 can be completed on one side, and the detachment and installation of a second row of temperature sensing cables are facilitated; the two rows of small locking pieces 31 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that a larger operation space can be provided; the two rows of small locking pieces 31 are arranged on the same side, so that the locking pieces can be conveniently arranged and disassembled from one side at the same time; the upper part of the base of the fixing frame is provided with a through hole, and a riveting installation mode is adopted; the connecting part of the fixing frame and the small locking piece 31 adopts a groove 21 design, namely an installation groove 23, after locking, the small locking piece 31 is not protruded, the surface height is uniform, and the fixing frame is safe and beautiful; the end part adopts an adjusting sliding groove design or a long round hole design, and the temperature sensing cable is made of metal, so that the hardness is higher, the bending radius is larger, the temperature sensing cable can be adjusted according to the bending condition of the temperature sensing cable by adopting the sliding groove design, and the temperature sensing cable is prevented from being deformed due to overlarge stress generated by bending to influence the detection effect. The sliding groove can adjust the position aiming at the interference problem of two paths of temperature sensing cables, and is only used for bending parts of the temperature sensing cables; the fastener adopts the hexagon socket head cap screw, so that the operation space is small, the installation and the disassembly are more convenient, and the power pack is suitable for the working condition that the operation space at the upper part of the power pack is small; the fixed cover 32 of temperature sensing cable is unilateral trompil structure, and temperature sensing cable accessible trompil side gets into, and at the locking in-process of locking smallclothes 31, thereby the fixed cover 32 of temperature sensing cable will press from both sides tight temperature sensing cable and play the fixed supporting role, also makes clamp force evenly distributed simultaneously on temperature sensing cable to prevent that local stress is too big, causes the damage to temperature sensing cable.
For the installation and fixation of the temperature sensing cable in the embodiment, because the operation space at the upper part of the power pack is narrow, the temperature sensing cable can be preassembled, and the assembled parts are fixed on the base of the fixing frame, so that the workload in the narrow space is greatly reduced, and the operation difficulty is weakened.
Specifically, before the temperature sensing cable is installed, the locking small piece 31, the temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve 32 and the temperature sensing cable need to be pre-assembled, and the steps are as follows:
A. inserting the temperature sensing cable from the upper part of the small locking piece 31;
B. the temperature sensing cable is arranged in a circular hole of the temperature sensing cable fixing sleeve 32, namely a cable groove 321;
C. all fixed points repeat A, B;
D. fastening pieces such as hexagon socket head bolts 314 are adopted to fix the small locking pieces 31 in the round holes at the two sides of the base of the fixed frame, namely the mounting holes 22;
E. and (4) locking the two rows of fasteners by adopting an inner hexagonal wrench to complete installation.
The temperature sensing cable is mounted above the power pack using the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 of the present invention. Can arrange in power package high-risk high temperature region top according to power package temperature curve, arrange the route and arrange along power package maintenance mouth 200, conveniently follow maintenance mouth 200 operation, dismantle and more trade the temperature sensing cable, realize under the temperature sensing cable fault circumstances, need not to dismantle power package and pipeline, alright dismantle and change the temperature sensing cable, save maintenance duration and cost.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 is fixed on the vehicle underframe, and the temperature sensing cable from the temperature sensing cable connector 300 is directly fixed by the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100, and the layout structure thereof needs to be combined with the path of the temperature sensing cable. The path of the temperature sensing cable is determined according to the temperature curve of the power pack, and the power pack is radiated to a high-temperature area with high weight and high danger.
The fixing device is arranged at the position about 150mm above the power pack, and the temperature sensing cable is combined with the layout height and the temperature parameter of the power pack to set an alarm temperature threshold value.
The power pack maintenance opening 200 is arranged in a manner that a power pack maintenance area and a high-risk high-temperature area need to be combined, and the path of the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 is arranged along the power pack maintenance opening 200, so that the temperature sensing cable can be conveniently detached and replaced through the operation of the maintenance opening 200.
The strip-shaped base 1 of the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 can be riveted on the auxiliary beam of the vehicle underframe, the fixing frame adopts a multi-section combined use mode, the riveting position can be flexibly finely adjusted, and the installation is convenient.
The layout structure of the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 is that the fixing frame is arranged in an S-shape along the power pack maintenance port 200, two temperature sensing cable fixing devices 100 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, 1 temperature sensing cable is arranged in the transverse direction of the vehicle, the temperature sensing cable is directly fixed on the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 after being led out from the connector, an armor-gas type temperature sensing cable can be adopted, the other end of the temperature sensing cable does not need to return to the connector, and the installation layout structure is simplified.
When the trouble condition takes place, need not to dismantle power package and pipeline, only need open power package maintenance mouth 200, can dismantle two way temperature sensing cables and fastening smallclothes side by side from maintaining mouthful 200 inboard, can change the temperature sensing cable and accomplish preassembleing on the car, be fixed in the mount base once more, can realize changing the temperature sensing cable fast.
As the power pack of the urban rail vehicle is high-risk high-temperature equipment, the high-reliability aviation temperature sensing cable is adopted to detect the ambient temperature around the power pack equipment, and the temperature sensing cable has high hardness, larger bending radius and high requirement on installation space. Because the two temperature sensing cables are arranged side by side, the problem of superposition interference easily occurs at the bending position, and the sliding groove design is added on the fixing frame at the bending position of all the temperature sensing cables for adjusting the bending path of the temperature sensing cables and preventing the two temperature sensing cables from interfering to influence the detection effect.
In summary, the temperature sensing cable fixing device 100 and the vehicle underframe of the invention adopt a combination of segmentation and integration, thus solving the problem of large number of fixing seats and being beautiful and tidy; the sectional riveting installation is adopted, so that the installation difficulty is simplified; the sliding groove design is adopted, so that the problems of bending interference and stress of the temperature sensing cable are solved; the design of detachable fastening small pieces is adopted, so that the problem that the temperature sensing cable cannot be directly detached is solved; by adopting a preassembly method, the problems of small operation space and high operation difficulty of the power pack are solved; the double-row and semi-open window design is adopted, and the installation and the disassembly of the two temperature sensing cables are realized. The power pack and the pipeline do not need to be disassembled, the operation difficulty is low, and the maintenance period and the labor cost are reduced.
It should be particularly noted that each component or step in the above embodiments can be intersected, replaced, added or deleted, and therefore, the combination formed by reasonable permutation and combination transformation also belongs to the protection scope of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should not be limited to the above embodiments.
