Abstract
The invention discloses a ship grounding device and a grounding system, wherein the ship grounding device is used for fixing a cable joint on a grounding column and comprises a double-thread screw rod, a first nut and a second nut; one end of the double-threaded screw is screwed into the grounding column, and the other end of the double-threaded screw is sequentially sleeved with a first nut, a cable joint and a second nut along the axial direction of the double-threaded screw; the double-thread screw, the first nut and the second nut are all made of stainless steel. The double-thread screw and the two nuts are used for connecting the grounding column and the grounding cable, so that the ship grounding device is more convenient and quicker to replace; and the stainless steel double-thread screw and the nut are used, so that the corrosion resistance of the ship grounding device is effectively enhanced, and the grounding effect is more durable and effective.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ship electricity, in particular to a ship grounding device and a grounding system.
Background
There are many facilities in the vessel that require grounding, and there are typically thousands of grounding posts on a single vessel. The existing grounding system is generally combined together in the form of a flat-head nut, a tooth-shaped washer, a flat washer and an elastic washer, is connected with a cable connector and then is connected with a grounding column. The grounding column, the nut and the washer are all made of low-carbon steel, and are easily corroded in a humid water place, so that the grounding system cannot play a due role. And the ground system after the corruption is very difficult to be changed, need all dismantle the nut that dies of rust, packing ring on the ground post, just can change.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that a grounding column is not easy to replace and is easy to corrode in the prior art, and provides a ship grounding device and a grounding system.
The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a ship grounding device which is used for fixing a cable connector on a grounding column and comprises a double-thread screw, a first nut and a second nut;

the double-thread screw, the first nut and the second nut are all made of stainless steel.
Preferably, the ship grounding device further comprises a flat washer and an elastic washer;
the flat washer is used for being sleeved into the double-thread screw along the axial direction of the double-thread screw and is positioned between the first nut and the cable joint;
the elastic washer is used for being connected into the double-thread screw along the axial direction of the double-thread screw in a sleeved mode and is located between the cable connector and the second nut.
Preferably, the flat washer and the elastic washer are both made of stainless steel.
Preferably, the double-threaded screw, the first nut, the second nut, the flat washer and the elastic washer are all made of stainless steel 316.
Preferably, the outer surfaces of the double-threaded screw, the first nut, the second nut, the flat washer and/or the elastic washer are covered with a layer of protective grease.
The invention also provides a ship grounding system which comprises a grounding column and the ship grounding device, wherein the grounding column is connected with the ship grounding device.
Preferably, the grounding post is made of carbon steel.
The positive progress effects of the invention are as follows: the double-thread screw and the two nuts are used for connecting the grounding column and the grounding cable, so that the ship grounding device is more convenient and quicker to replace; and the double-thread screw and the nut made of stainless steel 316 are used, so that the corrosion resistance of the ship grounding device is effectively enhanced, and the grounding effect is more durable and effective. The flat washer and the elastic washer made of stainless steel 316 are further used for increasing the connection firmness of the ship grounding device, the outer surfaces of all parts of the installed ship grounding system are covered with protective grease, and the grounding column made of carbon steel is used, so that the corrosion resistance of the grounding system can be further enhanced, and the service life of the grounding system is prolonged by four times compared with that of the traditional grounding system.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a marine grounding device for securing a cable connector 4 to a grounding post 5. As shown in fig. 1, the ship grounding device comprises a double-threaded screw 1, a first nut 2 and a second nut 3.
The grounding column 5 is fixed on the ship body so as to facilitate the electrical equipment connected with the cable joint 4 to be connected with the ship body for grounding. One end of the double-thread screw 1 is screwed into the grounding column 5, and the other end of the double-thread screw 1 is sequentially sleeved with the second nut 3, the cable joint 4 and the first nut 2 along the axial direction of the double-thread screw 1. First nut 2 and second nut 3 with cable joint 4 zonulae occludens on double thread screw 1, through double thread screw 1 with cable joint 4 with fix the earthing rod 5 at the hull and be connected, and then stabilize with the hull and be connected to be connected with cable joint 4 through connection of electric lines's electrical equipment and hull, thereby carry out ground connection to electrical equipment. The double-thread screw 1, the first nut 2 and the second nut 3 are made of stainless steel materials, and the corrosion resistance of the whole grounding device is effectively enhanced.
In the embodiment, the double-thread screw and the two nuts are used for connecting the grounding column and the grounding cable, so that the ship grounding device is more convenient and quicker to replace; and the stainless steel double-thread screw and the nut are used, so that the corrosion resistance of the ship grounding device is effectively enhanced, and the grounding effect is more durable and effective.
Example 2
This embodiment is a further modification of embodiment 1, and as shown in fig. 2, the ship grounding device of this embodiment further includes a flat washer 6 and an elastic washer 7.
The flat washer 6 is used for being sleeved into the double-thread screw 1 along the axial direction of the double-thread screw 1 and is positioned between the first nut 2 and the cable joint 4; the elastic washer 7 is used for being sleeved into the double-thread screw 1 along the axial direction of the double-thread screw 1 and is positioned between the cable joint 4 and the second nut 3. The flat gasket 6 and the elastic gasket 7 can increase the connection firmness of the ship grounding device, so that the grounding of electrical equipment is more reliable.
The flat washer 6 and the elastic washer 7 are made of stainless steel as the double-thread screw 1, the first nut 2 and the second nut 3, and are further made of stainless steel 316; the grounding column is made of carbon steel, so that the corrosion resistance of the ship grounding device can be enhanced.
The outer surfaces of all parts of the installed ship grounding device are covered with a layer of protective grease, the parts comprise a double-thread screw 1, a first nut 2, a second nut 3, a flat washer 6 and/or an elastic washer 7, and the corrosion resistance of the ship grounding device can be further enhanced in a humid water surface environment.
This embodiment uses plain washer and bullet packing ring to increase boats and ships earthing device's firm in connection degree to each part material that further sets up boats and ships earthing device is stainless steel 316 material, and uses the ground connection post of carbon steel material, covers the protection grease in each part surface of the good boats and ships grounding system of installation simultaneously, can further strengthen grounding system's corrosion resisting property, and the corrosion resisting property life-span of comparing traditional grounding system increases four times.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides a ship grounding system, as shown in fig. 3, which includes a grounding post 8 and a ship grounding device 9 as in embodiment 1 or 2. The grounding column 8 is used for being connected with the ship grounding device 9, connecting electrical equipment connected with the ship grounding device 9 with the ship body, and grounding the electrical equipment. The grounding post 8 is made of carbon steel.

Claims (5)
1. A ship grounding device is used for fixing a cable connector on a grounding column and is characterized by comprising a double-thread screw, a first nut and a second nut;
one end of the double-threaded screw is screwed into the grounding column, and the other end of the double-threaded screw is sequentially sleeved with the first nut, the cable joint and the second nut along the axial direction of the double-threaded screw;
the double-thread screw, the first nut and the second nut are all made of stainless steel materials;
the ship grounding device also comprises a flat gasket and an elastic gasket;
the flat washer is used for being sleeved into the double-thread screw along the axial direction of the double-thread screw and is positioned between the first nut and the cable joint;
the elastic washer is used for being sleeved into the double-thread screw along the axial direction of the double-thread screw and is positioned between the cable joint and the second nut;
the outer surfaces of the double-thread screw, the first nut, the second nut, the flat washer and/or the elastic washer are covered with a layer of protective grease.
2. The marine grounding device of claim 1, wherein said flat washer and said spring washer are both stainless steel.
3. The marine vessel grounding arrangement of claim 2, wherein said double-threaded screw, said first nut, said second nut, said flat washer and said spring washer are all stainless steel 316.
4. A marine vessel grounding system, characterized in that it comprises a grounding post and a marine vessel grounding device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, said grounding post being connected to said marine vessel grounding device.
5. The marine vessel grounding system of claim 4, wherein said grounding post is carbon steel.
