Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used solely to distinguish one from another and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
For a clear explanation of the method for adjusting an electronic fence provided in the present application, the following example explanation is first performed on a scenario to which the method for adjusting an electronic fence provided in the present application is applied.
Fig. 1 is a schematic application diagram of an electronic fence according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 1, the electronic fence can be applied in mine terrain, and the operating state of a loading/unloading vehicle within the range of the electronic fence can be monitored by marking the electronic fence on an electronic map, in this application scenario, including the electronic fence 10 and an unloading point 20, the electronic fence 10 can be adjusted according to the position of the unloading point 20. Where the unloading point 20 represents the location where the engineering task is actually completed.
It should be noted that the electronic fence 10 may be stored in an electronic device, and is used for representing a certain range of division under a virtual scene. In practical applications, a real scene can be represented by a virtual scene, and accordingly, a certain range divided in the real scene can be represented by an electronic fence. Optionally, the electronic fence 10 may be an irregular polygon or a circle surrounded by a plurality of line segments, and in the embodiment of the present application, the irregular polygon is taken as an example. The unloading point 20 is used to indicate a position where the loading/unloading vehicle performs loading/unloading operations in a real scene.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of electronic fence adjustment according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 2, in which the method includes:
s10: the operation positioning data transmitted by the loading and unloading vehicle during the loading and unloading action is received.
The loading/unloading vehicle may be a vehicle such as a dump truck, a shovel, or a transport car that operates in a mine scene, and each of these loading/unloading vehicles includes a Positioning device (for example, a GPS Positioning device) and can acquire operation Positioning data of the loading/unloading vehicle by the Positioning device. When the loading and unloading vehicle is performing the loading and unloading action, the operation positioning data at the moment can be sent.
S20: and determining the actual position information of the unloading point according to the working positioning data.
It should be noted that the unloading point may change within a certain range, and the actual position information of the loading and unloading vehicle when performing the loading and unloading actions is recorded in the working location data, so that the actual position information of the unloading point may be determined, and the actual position information may include the longitude and latitude, the altitude and other information of the position.
S30: and adjusting the preset electronic fence according to the actual position information of the unloading point, the central point position information of the preset electronic fence and a preset adjusting rule to obtain an updated electronic fence.
It should be noted that the central point position information of the preset electronic fence refers to a central position within a range surrounded by the preset electronic fence, and the preset adjustment rule is a rule for adjusting the range of the preset electronic fence. After the actual position information of the unloading point is determined, the preset electronic fence can be adjusted by adopting a preset adjustment rule according to the actual position information and the central point position information of the preset electronic fence, so that the updated electronic fence is obtained. The updated electronic fence refers to a new range obtained by adjusting the range of the preset electronic fence; the preset electronic fence may be an electronic fence preset according to working condition information such as a geographical environment of the mine and location information of the mine.
The adjusting method of the electronic fence, provided by the embodiment of the application, can further determine the actual position information of the unloading point by receiving the working location data sent by the loading and unloading vehicle during the loading and unloading action, and adjust the preset electronic fence according to the actual position information of the unloading point, the position information of the central point of the preset electronic fence and the preset adjusting rule, so as to obtain an updated electronic fence.
Fig. 3 is another schematic flow chart of electronic fence adjustment according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 3, S10: before receiving the operation positioning data sent by the loading and unloading vehicle during the loading and unloading action, the method also comprises the following steps:
s01: and acquiring basic information of the preset electronic fence.
Wherein, the basic information comprises: and presetting the position information, the size and the maximum extension distance of the electronic fence.
It should be noted that the location information of the preset electronic fence may be a geographic location of an actual area corresponding to the preset electronic fence, for example, a longitude and a latitude, an altitude, and the like of the actual area. The dimensions of the predetermined electronic fence may be the length of each side of the predetermined electronic fence and the size of the range included in the whole electronic fence. In addition, the maximum extension distance is not the maximum distance that each edge of the preset electronic fence can be adjusted, but on the premise that the monitoring condition is met, each edge of the preset electronic fence can move outwards or inwards for adjusting the maximum distance, wherein the monitoring condition can be the size of the suitable range of the preset electronic fence, and the specific range can be determined according to the current geographic environment of the mine. That is, in the actual adjustment of the electronic fence, the adjusted distance may exceed the maximum extension distance.
S02: and acquiring the position information of the central point according to the basic information.
It should be noted that, according to the basic information of the preset electronic fence, a KMeans clustering algorithm (clustering analysis algorithm for iterative solution) may be adopted to obtain the position of the central point, wherein, according to the position information of the preset electronic fence, for example, the longitude and latitude of the actual area corresponding to the preset electronic fence, the longitude and latitude position of the central point of the actual area may be further calculated through the KMeans clustering algorithm, and further, the position information of the central point of the preset electronic fence may be determined.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 2, S30: according to the actual position information of the unloading point, the central point position information of the preset electronic fence and the preset adjustment rule, the preset electronic fence is adjusted to obtain an updated electronic fence, and the method comprises the following steps:
if the unloading point is determined to be positioned at the inner side of the preset electronic fence according to the actual position information of the unloading point, reducing the preset electronic fence according to the actual position information of the unloading point, the position information of the central point of the preset electronic fence and a preset adjusting rule to obtain an updated electronic fence; or if the unloading point is determined to be positioned at the outer side of the preset electronic fence according to the actual position information of the unloading point, enlarging the preset electronic fence according to the actual position information of the unloading point, the position information of the central point of the preset electronic fence and a preset adjusting rule to obtain an updated electronic fence.
It should be noted that, it may be determined whether the unloading point is inside or outside the preset electronic fence according to the actual position information of the unloading point and the position information of the preset electronic fence, for example, if the longitude and latitude of the unloading point is within the range of the longitude and latitude containing area of the preset electronic fence, the unloading point may be considered to be located inside the preset electronic fence; correspondingly, if the longitude and latitude of the unloading point are not within the range of the longitude and latitude containing area of the preset electronic fence, the unloading point can be considered to be positioned on the outer side of the preset electronic fence.
After the unloading point is determined to be positioned on the inner side or the outer side of the preset electronic fence, the preset electronic fence can be adjusted, the adjustment mode is different according to the different unloading point positions, and when the unloading point is positioned on the inner side of the electronic fence, the preset electronic fence can be reduced; accordingly, the predetermined electronic fence can be enlarged when the unloading point is located outside the electronic fence, and how to reduce and enlarge the predetermined electronic fence is explained by specific embodiments below.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of narrowing down an electronic fence according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 4, where narrowing down a preset electronic fence to obtain an updated electronic fence according to actual location information of an unloading point, location information of a central point of the preset electronic fence, and a preset adjustment rule includes:
s310: and calculating and obtaining the shortest distance between the unloading point and the boundary of the preset electronic fence according to the actual position information of the unloading point.
It should be noted that the shortest distance between the unloading point and the boundary of the preset electronic fence may be a vertical distance from the unloading point to a side of the preset electronic fence closest to the unloading point. In the actual calculation process, the longitude and latitude of one side of the preset electronic fence closest to the unloading point can be obtained through the actual position information of the preset electronic fence, and then the shortest distance can be determined through the longitude and latitude of the actual position corresponding to the unloading point and the longitude and latitude of the side.
S320: and if the shortest distance is greater than the maximum extension distance, adjusting the electronic fence to contract inwards according to the central point position information of the preset electronic fence and a preset adjustment rule to obtain an updated electronic fence.
After the shortest distance is obtained, the relationship between the shortest distance and the maximum extension distance in the basic information of the preset electronic fence can be compared, and if the shortest distance is greater than the maximum extension distance, the range of the preset electronic fence is larger, and the range of the preset electronic fence should be appropriately reduced.
Specifically, one side of the preset electronic fence closest to the unloading point can be translated towards the center point of the preset electronic fence. The specific calculation formula is as follows:
S=L-Lmax
wherein S is the translation distance, L is the shortest distance, LmaxIs the maximum extension distance.
If the shortest distance is less than or equal to the maximum extension distance, the range of the preset electronic fence is appropriate, and the preset electronic fence can not be adjusted.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a result of scaling down an adjusted fence according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 5, where a side of the preset fence closest to the unloading point is an original boundary 11, and the scaled-down side is an adjusted boundary 12.
It should be noted that, during the adjustment, the original boundary 11 may be translated toward the center point of the preset electronic fence according to the translation distance calculated above, during the translation, it is preferable to perform the translation while keeping the length of the original boundary 11 unchanged, or may perform the translation while appropriately shortening the length of the original boundary 11, in fig. 5, taking the translation while keeping the length unchanged as an example, two edges adjacent to the original boundary 11 may be appropriately adjusted according to the translation and shortening conditions of the original boundary, and are finally connected to the adjustment boundary 12.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of expanding an electronic fence according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 6, where expanding a preset electronic fence to obtain an updated electronic fence according to actual location information of an unloading point, location information of a central point of the preset electronic fence, and a preset adjustment rule includes:
s330: and calculating and acquiring the actual distance between the unloading point and the central point according to the actual position information of the unloading point and the central point position information of the preset electronic fence.
It should be noted that the actual distance between the unloading point and the central point may be determined according to the longitude and latitude of the unloading point and the longitude and latitude of the central point of the preset electronic fence.
S340: and if the actual distance is smaller than or equal to the preset limit value, calculating and acquiring the shortest distance between the unloading point and the boundary of the preset electronic fence according to the actual position information of the unloading point.
It should be noted that the preset limit may be a maximum distance that the whole electronic fence can move in the current scene, and if the actual distance is less than or equal to the preset limit, the method of S310 may be used to obtain the shortest distance.
S350: and if the shortest distance is greater than the maximum extension distance, adjusting the electronic fence to extend outwards according to the central point position information of the preset electronic fence and a preset adjustment rule to obtain an updated electronic fence.
After the shortest distance is obtained, the relationship between the shortest distance and the maximum extension distance in the basic information of the preset electronic fence can be compared, and if the shortest distance is greater than the maximum extension distance, the range of the preset electronic fence should be properly expanded.
Specifically, one edge of the preset electronic fence closest to the unloading point can be translated to the direction away from the central point of the preset electronic fence. The specific calculation formula is as follows:
S=L+Lmax
if the shortest distance is less than or equal to the maximum extension distance, it is also necessary to appropriately expand the range of the preset electronic fence, in this case, S ═ Lmax. That is, when the shortest distance is less than or equal to the maximum extension distance, the requirement can be satisfied only by extending the maximum extension distance outward.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a result of expanding the adjusted electronic fence according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 7, where a side of the preset electronic fence closest to the unloading point is an original boundary 11, and the expanded adjusted side is an adjusted boundary 12.
It should be noted that, during the adjustment, the original boundary 11 may be translated in a direction away from the central point of the preset electronic fence according to the translation distance calculated above, during the translation, it is preferable to perform the translation while keeping the length of the original boundary 11 unchanged, or may appropriately enlarge the length of the original boundary 11 to perform the translation, in fig. 7, taking the translation without changing the length as an example, two edges adjacent to the original boundary 11 may be appropriately adjusted according to the translation and enlargement conditions of the original boundary, and are finally connected to the adjustment boundary 12.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and if the actual distance is larger than the preset limit value, sending prompt information to the user terminal, wherein the prompt information is used for indicating the creation of a new electronic fence.
It should be noted that, if the actual distance is greater than the predetermined limit, it indicates that the unloading point is outside the adjustable range of the preset electronic fence, and the preset electronic fence cannot be adaptively adjusted. Thus, the prompt message may be sent to a user terminal, where the user terminal may be a cell phone, computer, or other communication terminal communicatively connected to the electronic device storing the electronic fence. The prompt information is used for indicating the creation of a new electronic fence, and the working personnel can plan the working scene of the mine car again according to the prompt information and draw a new preset electronic fence.
