Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a liquid level detection device, and more particularly, to a liquid level detection device having a protective bag.
Background
Nowadays, float level switches are commonly used to detect the level of water or other non-viscous liquids. However, if the device is used for detecting the height of a sticky liquid (such as soap solution), the sticky liquid remained on the float ball liquid level switch is caked after a plurality of liquid level changes, and once the caked cake is positioned at a pivoting position of the float ball liquid level switch, the caked cake can cause the float ball liquid level switch to be incapable of changing along with the current liquid level, so that the float ball liquid level switch is in error operation and is in failure.
For example, US 6,870,110B discloses a float switch with a protective sleeve that completely covers the float switch to prevent the float switch from directly contacting the liquid. However, the protective sleeve is subject to the buoyancy of the liquid, so that the float switch is actuated by mistake.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to solve the problem that a protection structure used by the existing liquid level detection device is easy to make the liquid level detection device operate by mistake.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a liquid level detecting device disposed in a container containing viscous liquid, the liquid level detecting device includes a mounting seat disposed on the container, a connecting rod, a pivot structure connecting the mounting seat and one end of the connecting rod, and a floating member disposed at one end of the connecting rod away from the mounting seat. Furthermore, the liquid level detection device comprises a protective bag body corresponding to the pivot structure, the protective bag body divides the liquid level detection device into a coated part and an exposed part, one end of the floating piece, which is far away from the mounting seat, belongs to the exposed part, and the protective bag body isolates the sticky liquid from contacting the pivot structure.
In one embodiment, the protective bag body comprises a connecting part clamped by the mounting seat and the container, a coating part extending from the connecting part and at least coating the pivoting structure, and a liquid inlet limiting part connected with the coating part and contracting relative to the floating piece.
In one embodiment, the protective bladder is flexible.
In one embodiment, the protective bladder body is formed from a plurality of bladder segments.
In one embodiment, the protection bag body comprises a connecting part sleeved on the mounting seat, a coating part extending from the connecting part and at least coating the pivoting structure, and a liquid inlet limiting part connected with the coating part and contracting relative to the floating piece.
In one embodiment, the pivot structure includes at least one protrusion disposed on a limiting rod, and a connecting hole disposed on the connecting rod and corresponding to the protrusion.
Compared with the prior art, the scheme has the following characteristics: the invention prevents the viscous liquid from contacting the pivot structure through the protective bag body, so that the pivot structure can not normally operate because the viscous liquid is remained on the pivot structure. On the other hand, the liquid level detection device is not completely covered by the protection bag body, so that the exposed part of the liquid level detection device is used as a liquid level detection point, and the problem that the detection of the liquid level detection device is inaccurate or the liquid level detection device is actuated by mistake due to the protection bag body is solved.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail and technical content with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present invention provides a liquid level detecting device 100, wherein the liquid level detecting device 100 is disposed in a container 81 containing a viscous liquid 80, and the viscous liquid 80 can be soap solution, hand cleanser, etc. Further, the liquid level detecting device 100 includes an installation base 10 disposed on the container 81, a connecting rod 20, a pivot structure 30 connecting the installation base 10 and one end of the connecting rod 20, and a floating member 40 disposed at one end of the connecting rod 20 far from the installation base 10, that is, the connecting rod 20 is fixed on the installation base 10 by the pivot structure 30, and the floating member 40 swings together by connecting the connecting rod 20 and the connecting rod 20, wherein the connecting rod 20 and the floating member 40 may be formed integrally or two mutually connected components.
In one embodiment, the liquid level detecting device 100 is a duckbill water level switch, and further, the liquid level detecting device 100 has a limiting rod 60 connected to the mounting base 10 and limiting the upward swing of the connecting rod 20, and the limiting rod 60 and the connecting rod 20 together form a duckbill structure. Furthermore, the limiting rod 60 can be a component connected to the mounting base 10 or integrally extended from the mounting base 10. In one embodiment, the pivot structure 30 includes at least one protrusion 31 disposed on the limiting rod 60 and a connection hole 32 disposed on the connecting rod 20 and corresponding to the protrusion 31, and after the connection hole 32 is assembled with the protrusion 31, the limiting rod 60 and the connecting rod 20 are pivoted. Furthermore, the protrusion 31 and the connection hole 32 can be implemented not only in the above embodiments, but in one embodiment, the connection hole 32 can be disposed on the limiting rod 60, and the protrusion 31 is disposed on the connecting rod 20.
On the other hand, the liquid level detecting device 100 has two states, one is a conducting state and the other is a stopping state according to whether the electric signal is generated or not, the conducting state refers to that the liquid level detecting device 100 makes the floating member 40 drive the connecting rod 20 to trigger an electric signal trigger point (not shown) on the mounting base 10 when the liquid level of the viscous liquid 80 reaches a sufficient level, and the state when the liquid level detecting device 100 enters the conducting state is as shown in fig. 4. On the other hand, the off state refers to a state of the liquid level detection apparatus 100 that the floating member 40 drives the connecting rod 20 to trigger the electrical signal trigger point because the liquid level of the viscous liquid 80 is not high enough, and a state of the liquid level detection apparatus 100 entering the off state is as shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2 again, in order to prevent the viscous liquid 80 from contacting the pivoting structure 30, the liquid level detecting device 100 of the present invention includes a protective bag 50 corresponding to the pivoting structure 30, wherein the protective bag 50 may be spherical and flexible, and may be formed by assembling a plurality of bags 54 or integrally formed. Further, the protection capsule 50 is integrally formed with a connecting portion 51, a covering portion 52 extending from the connecting portion 51, and a liquid inlet restriction portion 53 connected to the covering portion 52. Specifically, in one embodiment, the connecting portion 51 is not only sleeved on the mounting base 10, but also clamped by the mounting base 10 and the container 81. In another embodiment, the connecting portion 51 can be designed with a necking structure to be merely sleeved on the mounting base 10, as shown in fig. 5. As mentioned above, the coating portion 52 is a relatively inflated portion of the protection bag 50, the inflation degree of the coating portion 52 needs to be at least as high as the degree that does not affect the swing of the connecting rod 20 relative to the mounting seat 10, but the maximum inflation position 521 of the coating portion 52 needs to be higher than the lowest point 401 of the floating member 40 in the cut-off state. That is, the expanded diameter 90 of the coating 52 is smaller than the total length 91 of the connecting rod 20 and the floating member 40. Furthermore, the covering portion 52 defines a receiving space 55 for the liquid level detecting device 100 to be partially disposed therein. Furthermore, the liquid inlet restriction portion 53 may have the same structure as the connection portion 51, and the liquid inlet restriction portion 53 may actually be a necking structure on the protection bag 50, through which a protection layer for preventing the viscous liquid 80 from entering is formed on the floating member 40 or the connection rod 20. In view of the above, although the liquid inlet restriction portion 53 is disposed corresponding to the floating member 40, in another embodiment, the liquid inlet restriction portion 53 may be disposed on the connecting rod 20 according to the implementation requirement.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2 again, as mentioned above, the protection bag 50 of the present invention does not completely wrap the liquid level detection device 100, and the liquid level detection device 100 is divided into a wrapped portion 70 and an exposed portion 71. Specifically, the protective capsule 50 of the present invention can wrap at least the pivot structure 30, and can also wrap the portion of the mounting seat 10 and the floating member 40 according to the implementation requirement, and the portion of the liquid level detection apparatus 100 wrapped by the protective capsule 50 is the wrapped portion 70, and the rest is the exposed portion 71. Further, the protection bag 50 of the present invention does not cover an end of the floating member 40 away from the connecting rod 20, which is the lowest point 401 of the floating member 40 in the cut-off state, so that the floating member 40 still directly contacts the viscous liquid 80 in its own structure during operation, and the buoyancy provided by the viscous liquid 80 can be sensed.
