Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an active noise reduction air conditioning structure provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner main body 1, a controller 2, a sound collection device 3 and a loudspeaker 4;
the loudspeaker 4 is in communication connection with the controller 2, and the sound collection device 3 is in communication connection with the controller 2; the sound collection device 3 is installed at an air outlet 5 of the air conditioner main body 1, and the sound collection device 3 is used for collecting air outlet sound waves at the air outlet 5 and sending the air outlet sound waves to the controller 2; loudspeaker 4 installs in the air-out region, loudspeaker 4 installs on the air conditioner main part 1 wherein, the air-out region is: when the air conditioner main body 1 works, the intensity of wind noise is not less than a first preset intensity; an included angle between the sound production direction of the loudspeaker 4 and the air outlet direction of the air conditioner main body 1 is smaller than 90 degrees, and the included angle between the air outlet direction of the loudspeaker 4 and the plate surface of the front panel of the air conditioner main body 1 ranges from 10 degrees to 50 degrees; the controller 2 is configured to determine a target sound wave according to the outlet air sound wave, and control the speaker 4 to sound according to the target sound wave, where the target sound wave is: and the intensity of the sound wave obtained after the superposition with the air outlet sound wave is smaller than that of the sound wave with second preset intensity.
The communication connection may be realized by a communication cable or by a wireless network signal, and is not particularly limited herein. The sound collection device 3 may be a microphone, or other devices for collecting sound, and the present application does not specifically limit the specific form of the sound collection device 3.
The sound collection device 3 and the loudspeaker 4 can be clamped and connected through a buckle, connected through screws, bonded by viscous materials, and mounted in the air outlet 5 of the air conditioner main body 1 in a magnetic adsorption mode or in the air outlet 5 of the air conditioner main body 1 in other modes.
The first preset strength may be, for example, any one of a strength value from 50 db to 100 db, or other strength values, and a person skilled in the art may set a specific value of the first preset strength according to an actual situation, when the value of the first preset strength is larger, the installation position of the speaker 4 is closer to the air outlet 5 of the air conditioner main body 1, so that the noise reduction effect is better. The first preset strength may be set according to the wind noise strength of the air-conditioning outlet 5, for example, the first preset strength may be 0.4 to 0.8 times of the wind noise strength of the air-conditioning outlet 5, or may be other multiples.
The second preset strength may be 44 db, and a human experiences well in an environment where the noise strength is less than 44 db, and certainly, the second preset strength may be any value below 44 db, it should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, the second preset strength may also be other values, for example, 45 db and 50 db which are greater than 44 db, but in an actual situation, the second preset strength is less than 44 db, and a human has a better experience.
The included angle between the sound production direction of the loudspeaker 4 and the air outlet direction of the air conditioner main body 1 can be any included angle smaller than 90 degrees. For example, the angle between the sound emission direction of the speaker 4 and the air outlet direction may be 30 ° or 40 °, and for example, the angle between the sound emission direction of the speaker 4 and the air outlet direction may also be 0 °, which is equivalent to that the sound emission direction of the speaker 4 is the same as the air outlet direction. The sound production direction of speaker 4 with the contained angle between the air-out direction of air conditioner main part 1 is less, and the sound wave that speaker 4 sent is easier and the air-out sound wave stack that air outlet 5 produced, consequently, in order to make noise reduction better.
According to the existing theoretical knowledge, the distribution of the secondary sound source has a great influence on the performance of the active noise reduction system, so that the reasonable distribution of the loudspeaker 4 is very necessary to be verified through simulation.
Fig. 3 to 7 are graphs of power spectral density curves corresponding to different placement angles of the speaker 4, which are obtained through simulation verification. Fig. 3 is a graph comparing a power spectral density with a frequency change when an angle between an air outlet direction of the speaker 4 and a panel surface of a front panel of the air conditioner main body 1 is 9 ° and when the speaker 4 is not mounted; fig. 4 is a graph comparing the power spectral density with frequency when the angle between the air outlet direction of the speaker 4 and the panel surface of the front panel of the air conditioner main body 1 is 10 ° and when the speaker 4 is not installed; fig. 5 is a graph comparing the power spectral density with frequency when the angle between the air outlet direction of the speaker 4 and the panel surface of the front panel of the air conditioner main body 1 is 30 ° and when the speaker 4 is not installed; fig. 6 is a graph comparing the power spectral density with frequency when the angle between the air outlet direction of the speaker 4 and the panel surface of the front panel of the air conditioner main body 1 is 50 ° and when the speaker 4 is not installed; fig. 7 is a graph comparing the power spectral density with frequency when the angle between the air outlet direction of the speaker 4 and the panel surface of the front panel of the air conditioner main body 1 is 51 ° and when the speaker 4 is not installed.
As can be seen from fig. 3 to 7, when the included angle is set to 30 °, the noise reduction performance of the active noise reduction air conditioner structure is the best, at this time, the noise reduction amount can reach 5.1dB, when the included angle is set to 10 ° and 50 °, the noise reduction amount is substantially 3dB, and when the included angle is 9 ° and 51 °, the noise reduction amount of the system is only about 1.3dB, which is not enough to be perceived by human ears. This is because when the included angle between the speaker 4 and the front panel of the air conditioner is set to 10 ° to 50 °, the active noise reduction system of the active noise reduction air conditioner structure has a strong causality, and therefore, the included angle between the air outlet direction of the speaker 4 and the panel surface of the front panel of the air conditioner main body 1 is set to 10 ° to 50 °, so as to obtain a better noise reduction effect, the sound waves of the noise source and the secondary sound source emitted by the speaker 4 at the error microphone can be efficiently cancelled, and once the angle is shifted, the secondary sound power received by the error microphone is reduced, and the performance of the corresponding active noise reduction system is also deteriorated.
When the active noise reduction air conditioner structure provided by the embodiment of the invention works, the sound collection device 3 can collect the air outlet sound wave at the air outlet 5 of the air conditioner and send the air outlet sound wave to the controller 2, and the controller 2 determines the target sound wave with the intensity smaller than the second preset intensity after being superposed with the air outlet sound wave according to the air outlet sound wave, so that the loudspeaker 4 produces sound according to the target sound wave, namely the intensity of the sound wave emitted by the loudspeaker 4 is the same as that of the target sound wave, therefore, the sound wave emitted by the loudspeaker 4 can be superposed with the air outlet sound wave to obtain the sound wave with smaller intensity, the noise at the air outlet 5 of the air conditioner structure is reduced, and the noise reduction effect of the air conditioner structure.
In one embodiment, the controller 2 may be fixedly installed in a control box of the air conditioner main body 1 to reduce a space occupied by the controller 2. The controller 2 may be installed in any position inside or outside the casing of the air conditioner main body 1, and the specific installation position of the controller 2 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In another embodiment, the controller 2 may also be a control board of the structure of the air conditioner main body 1, that is, the controller 2 is integrated on the control board of the structure of the air conditioner main body 1, so that the space occupied by the controller 2 can be reduced, and the structure of the air conditioner structure is more compact.
In one embodiment, the controller 2 may be installed in a first position: except for the positions of the air outlet 5 and the air inlet of the air conditioner main body 1, the controller 2 can not block the air flow of the air conditioner main body 1.
In one embodiment, the sound collection device 3 may be mounted on a baffle plate and/or a wind vane of the air conditioner main body 1.
In one embodiment, the number of speakers 4 may be an even number. For example, the number may be 2, 4, 6, 8, or the like, or other numbers may be used. The speakers 4 may be spaced apart from each other on the air conditioner main body 1, and specifically, the speakers 4 may be spaced apart from each other on the air conditioner main body 1 along the longitudinal direction of the air conditioner main body 1, for example, may be spaced apart from each other at equal intervals.
In one embodiment, the speaker 4 may be a flat panel speaker 4.
In one embodiment, the speaker 4 may be mounted on the front panel.
In one embodiment, the speakers 4 may be installed at both sides of the outlet 5; alternatively, the speaker 4 may be installed inside the outlet 5.
The mounting position of the speaker 4 is not particularly limited.
