Description

Method for preventing air conditioning system from freezing and integrated device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and an integrated device for preventing an air conditioning system from freezing, and belongs to the technical field of air conditioning equipment.
Background
After the construction of the air conditioner pipeline is finished, the pipeline is washed after the pressure test is qualified, or the pipeline is washed simultaneously when the bonding strength test is carried out. Because silt, welding slag or other dirt exists in the pipes in the circulating process of chilled water and cooling water pipelines, the pipes are easily blocked in a condenser of a water chilling unit and a heat exchange pipe bundle of an evaporator in the water circulating process, so that the circulating water is reduced, the refrigerating capacity is insufficient, the refrigerating effect is reduced, and the consequences of incapability of refrigerating, unit operation damage and the like can be caused when the pipes are seriously blocked. When the fan coil system is adopted, the pipe diameter of the heat exchange coil is small and the heat exchange coil is positioned on a branch pipe at the tail end of the air-conditioning water system, the coil is blocked due to the fact that the water flow speed is slow, the equipment cannot exchange heat, and therefore the pipeline must be washed after the pressure test is qualified.
After the air conditioning system is subjected to pressure test washing in winter, if water in the pipeline and the coil pipe is not timely and completely removed, the pipeline and the coil pipe are easily damaged due to icing caused by low-temperature weather in winter. Therefore, after the pressure test is washed, water in the pipeline and the coil pipe must be discharged through the drain valve, but only water is discharged through the drain valve, partial water still can be discharged incompletely and remains in the pipeline and the coil pipe, and once the residual water is frozen, the pipeline and the coil pipe can be damaged, so that the air conditioning equipment is damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method and an integrated device for preventing an air conditioning system from freezing, and by using the method and the integrated device, residual water in an air conditioning pipeline and a coil pipe can be removed completely, and the pipeline and the coil pipe are effectively prevented from being frozen after the air conditioning system is subjected to pressure test flushing in winter.

s4, drying and dehumidifying the pressurized air for three times: firstly, compressing and liquefying the pressurized normal-temperature air and discharging moisture; secondly, the refrigerant and the compressed air are used for heat exchange, the temperature of the compressed air is reduced to the dew point temperature, water contained in the air is condensed into liquid, and the condensed water is removed; thirdly, adsorbing residual moisture in the air by using an adsorbent; thereby producing dry low-temperature air;
s5, heating the dry low-temperature air prepared in the step S4 to obtain high-temperature dry air;
and S6, injecting the high-temperature dry air prepared in the step S5 into an air conditioning pipeline, controlling the air pressure not to exceed the design pressure of the air conditioning system pipeline, controlling the flow rate not to be less than 20m/S, controlling the time for injecting the air according to the residual water quantity in the pipeline, pausing for 1-2 minutes every time when the water is injected for 3-5 minutes, and circularly performing until the residual water in the pipeline is completely removed.
The further improvement of the technical scheme is as follows:
in step S5, the heating and temperature rising of the dry low-temperature air are divided into two steps, firstly, the air is heated to 40-50 ℃ by a heat exchange device; then heating the air to 70-80 ℃ to obtain high-temperature dry air.
In step S4, the adsorbent is activated carbon.
The normal temperature air in step S2 is air at a temperature of 40 ℃.

the evaporator is preferably a shell-and-tube evaporator, the liquid-gas separator is preferably a filter screen type liquid-gas separator, and the heat exchanger is preferably a regenerative stainless steel heat exchanger.
The adsorption tower is an activated carbon adsorption tower.
According to the technical scheme, the method for preventing the air conditioning system from freezing comprises the steps of pressurizing air to enable the air to enter the air compression system and be cooled and liquefied, so that liquid in the air is condensed and discharged; the air after primary drying is subjected to heat exchange with a refrigerant, so that after the compressed air is further cooled and liquefied, condensed water is removed, and the secondary drying process of the air is completed; and then, adsorbing residual water in the air completely by the adsorbent to finish the third drying process of the air. The moisture contained in the air can be thoroughly removed through the three drying processes, so that the common air is changed into low-temperature dry air, and the liquid carried by the air per se is prevented from entering an air conditioner pipeline and a coil. And then the low-temperature dried air is heated to raise the temperature, the obtained high-temperature dried air is blown into the air conditioning pipeline and the coil pipe, the pressurized high-temperature dried air can blow out the residual water in the pipeline and the coil pipe, and meanwhile, the residual water on the pipe wall can be quickly dried due to the higher temperature, so that the safety of the air conditioning equipment in winter is ensured. The integrated device is arranged at the inlet of the air-conditioning pipeline, and is powered on during use, so that high-temperature dry gas is blown into the air-conditioning pipeline and the coil pipe, residual water in the air-conditioning pipeline and the coil pipe can be removed, and the air-conditioning equipment is prevented from being frozen. The integrated device has the advantages of simple structure, low noise, easy maintenance, low cost and high practicability.
