A fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a lamp fixing device, which is obtained by changing the first embodiment, and the parts that are not specifically described include reference numerals and text descriptions, which are the same as those of the first embodiment, and are not described again here.
The main difference between the fourth embodiment and the first embodiment is that, in the fourth embodiment of the present invention, as seen in fig. 6, the first magnetic member 22 is disposed at the top position of the protrusion 211 (projection), preferably embedded. The second magnetic member 12 is disposed in the inner sidewall of the concave portion 13 of the connecting socket 10, preferably embedded. When the connecting seat 10 and the fixing seat 20 are installed, the magnetic force between the first magnetic part 22 and the second magnetic part 12 is basically along the radial direction of the lamp fixing device and mutually attracted, and the arrangement of the magnetic parts is beneficial to guiding the connecting seat 10 to enter the pre-connecting groove 111 (groove body) of the fixing seat 20.
In the present embodiment, a third magnetic member 24 is disposed on the end surface of the fixing base 20 facing the connecting socket 10, and correspondingly, a third magnetic member 24 is also disposed on the bottom of the concave portion 13 of the connecting socket 10, and during the process of screwing the protrusion 211 into the protrusion receiving groove 11a from the pre-connecting groove 111, the third magnetic member 24 of the fixing base 20 will move from one side of the third magnetic member 24 of the connecting socket 10 to the other side. Furthermore, when the protrusion 211 is fixed in the protrusion receiving slot 11a, the third magnetic member 24 in the connection seat 10 can apply a circumferential repulsive force that can make the protrusion 211 rotate into the protrusion receiving slot 11a to the third magnetic member 24 in the fixing seat 20, and when the protrusion 211 rotates to approach the notch, the repulsive force gradually increases as the distance between the upper and lower sets of the third magnetic members 24 decreases, so that the protrusion 211 is held in the protrusion receiving slot 11a by the action of the magnetic force.
When the connecting seat 10 and the fixing seat 20 are installed, the magnetic force between the fixing seat 20 and the third magnetic member 24 on the connecting seat 10 is along the axial direction of the lamp fixing device and mutually exclusive. This repulsive force has less influence on the process of screwing the connecting socket 10 into the fixing socket 20 because it is mainly in the axial direction. When the connection seat 10 is fixedly connected to the fixing seat 20, the repulsive force provided between the third magnetic members 24 also has a component along the axial direction, and the axial component can reversely press the connection seat 10 and the fixing seat 20, so as to increase the static friction force applied to the protrusion 211 and inhibit the connection seat 10 from generating relative displacement in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the fixing seat 20.
In this embodiment, by separating the positions of the first magnetic member (the first magnetic member 22 and the second magnetic member 12) and the second magnetic member (the third magnetic members 24 respectively distributed on the fixing base 20 and the connecting base 10) that interact with each other, magnetic interference between the two magnetic members is small when the connecting base 10 is rotated, the protrusion 211 slides into the protrusion receiving slot 11a, and the protrusion 211 is fixed in the protrusion receiving slot 11 a.
It should be noted that, although each magnetic member 12, 22, 24 is shown in the form of a single magnetic pole in the embodiment of the present invention, the actual representation means only the form of the magnetic pole disposed adjacent to or abutting against the surface of the magnetic member 12, 22, 24, and not the overall form of the magnetic pole, and a skilled person can configure the arrangement of another magnetic pole integrally disposed with the magnetic pole disposed adjacent to or abutting against the surface according to actual needs.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, a technician may select the arrangement form of the fixing base 20 and the connecting base 10 according to actual needs, for example, a combination of the first embodiment and the second embodiment is adopted, and the fixing base 20 is simultaneously provided with the protrusion 211 of the outer edge for mechanical fixing and the plurality of annular electrode receiving slots 112 of the center for electrical connection, so as to simultaneously achieve the alignment of the mechanical fixing structure and the electrical connection structure through the matching between the magnetic members.

One of the differences between the fifth embodiment and the second embodiment is that, in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7, the first magnetic member 22 is disposed at the center of the fixing base 20, the second magnetic member 12 is disposed at the center of the connecting base 10, and when the conductive terminal 212 of the connecting base 10 can be inserted into the electrode receiving slot 112 of the fixing base 20, the second magnetic member 12 and the first magnetic member 22 at the center of the connecting base 10 and the fixing base 20 will be aligned. When the first magnetic member 22 and the second magnetic member 12 approach each other during the process of pushing the connecting socket 10 upward to align with the fixing socket 20, the user can feel the attractive force between the first magnetic member 22 and the second magnetic member 12, and the attractive force can further effectively guide the alignment of the connecting socket 10 and the fixing socket 20 to align the conductive terminal 212 into the electrode receiving slot 112.
In addition, in the prior art, the situation of poor electrical contact between the fixing base 20 and the connecting base 10 of the lamp fixing device is easy to occur, and through intensive research on the prior lamp fixing device, the inventor finds that the cause of the poor electrical contact is due to: in some cases, the connecting socket 10 is under a downward pulling force under the action of the gravity of the lamp connected with the connecting socket, and the central position of the connecting socket will be bent and deformed, so that the electrical connection parts tend to separate from each other; in other cases, when the operator removes the force to lift the connecting socket 10 and the lamp when the connecting socket 10 and the fixing socket 20 are mounted, the connecting socket 10 and the lamp will be displaced so as to be separated from the fixing socket 20. Both of the above cases may cause a problem of poor electrical contact.
In order to solve the above problem, in the present embodiment, the conductive terminals 212 provided on the connecting socket 10 are movably provided. Specifically, the conductive terminal 212 is disposed in a sliding slot 14 formed along the axial direction of the connecting seat 10, and can slide up and down along the sliding slot 14, and a limiting member 15 for preventing the component for fixing the conductive terminal 212 from sliding out is disposed at the notch of the sliding slot 14, so that the conductive terminal 212 can be restricted from moving within a preset stroke range.
Because the sliding groove 14 is provided, the conductive terminal 212 is received in the sliding groove 14, which facilitates the assembly and positioning between the conductive terminal 212 and the electrode receiving groove 112. Meanwhile, since the conductive terminal 212 can slide in the chute 14 along the inner wall of the chute 14, the movement of the conductive terminal 212 in the mounting and dismounting directions can be regulated better. The slide groove 14 may be a circular groove, an elongated oval groove, a groove of another shape, or the like.
Compared with the prior art, in the lamp fixing device provided in this embodiment, by providing the conductive terminal 212 capable of moving relative to the connecting socket 10, when the center of the connecting socket 10 is bent and deformed under the action of the downward gravity of the lamp and the center of the connecting socket 10 and the center of the fixing seat 20 are displaced, even if the body of the connecting socket 10 is deformed or displaced, the conductive terminal 212 provided in the body of the connecting socket 10 can slide relative to the body of the connecting socket 10, so that the conductive terminal is not affected by the deformation of the body of the connecting socket 10, and continues to maintain the effective contact with the electrode in the electrode receiving groove 112, thereby improving the reliability of the electrical connection therebetween.
In addition, due to the arrangement of the first magnetic member 22 and the second magnetic member 12, when the conductive terminal 212 approaches the electrode receiving slot 112 during the process of assembling the connector holder 10 and the fixing base 20, the conductive terminal 212 and the electrode receiving slot 112 are detachably connected together by the magnetic force. Therefore, when the conductive terminal 212 needs to move along with the displacement of the connecting socket 10, the existence of the magnetic force enhances the connection strength between the conductive terminal 212 and the electrode receiving slot 112, so as to better ensure that the conductive terminal 212 and the electrode receiving slot 112 do not move relatively to each other, thereby ensuring the stability of the electrical connection.
Specifically, when the connecting socket 10 and the fixing socket 20 are fixed, referring to fig. 8, the second magnetic member 12 fixedly connected to the conductive terminal 212 can still slide in the sliding groove 14. Even if the connecting socket 10 is displaced in the axial direction by gravity, the conductive terminal 212 and the electrode receiving groove 112 can be stably connected by magnetic force, thereby ensuring the stability of electrical connection. When the lamp needs to be disassembled, the user can pull down the connecting socket 10 to move the limiting member 15 of the connecting socket 10 to the position abutting against the second magnetic member 12, and further apply a force to complete the disassembly between the conductive terminal 212 and the electrode receiving slot 112. In this embodiment, the conductive terminals 212 provided on the connecting socket 10 are provided as an example in a movable manner. The present invention can be similarly implemented by movably disposing the electrode receiving groove 112 formed in the holder 20 according to the same principle. This is not repeated herein.
