Detailed Description
The following detailed description and technical contents of the present invention are described with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the contents shown in the drawings are provided for reference and description only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides an electric thrust system for a vehicle door and an electric thrust device thereof, wherein the electric thrust system for a vehicle door mainly includes a controller 10, a sensor 20 and an electric thrust device 30.
The controller 10 is an ECU (electronic Control unit) electronic Control unit, which is also called a "vehicle computer" or an "on-board computer", and the information of various states collected by the sensor 20 is sent to the ECU through a line responsible for transmission. After the ECU receives the signals, the ECU analyzes various signals to obtain the state of each component and the information of the operation condition, then automatically calculates according to a pre-written program, and in the state, the execution components should be allowed to do what, and then sends instructions to the execution components to command the execution components to work.
The sensor 20 is electrically connected to the controller 10, and may be an infrared radar, an ultrasonic radar, a millimeter-wave radar, a laser radar, an image sensor, or a combination thereof.

The thrust assembly 32 includes a piston 321, a thrust rod 322, and a coil 323, wherein the piston 321 is a cylinder movably disposed inside the cavity 311, the piston 321 is provided with at least one through hole 3211, the through holes 3211 of the embodiment are plural, an axial line of each through hole 3211 is parallel to a central line of the piston 321, and a plurality of wire accommodating grooves 3212 are disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the piston 321. One end of the thrust rod 322 is connected to the piston 321, the other end of the thrust rod passes through the shaft hole 315 of the front cover 314 and out of the cylinder 31, and the coil 323 surrounds each wire receiving groove 3212 of the piston 321 and is formed inside the cylinder 31.
The magnetorheological fluid 33 is filled in the cavity 311, and can be used as a brake component, as shown in fig. 7, the magnetorheological fluid 33 (MRF) mainly comprises a carrier fluid, magnetic particles and a surfactant, when the magnetorheological fluid 33 is subjected to a magnetic field, the magnetic particles are arranged in a chain along the direction of the magnetic field, and the original Newton fluid (Newton fluid) immediately becomes a Bingham plastic (Bingham plastic) with a viscosity that increases instantly. If the magnetic field disappears, it immediately returns to the original Newtonian fluid, and its response time is only a few milliseconds. The diagram shows the change of the coil current and the fluid yield strength when the wire full magnetic field of the magnetorheological fluid acts. Wherein the carrier liquid can be oil, glycol or water; the magnetic particles may be iron-containing particles having a diameter of 1 μm to 10 μm.
The electric thrust device 30 of the present invention further includes a position sensing unit 34 disposed on the inner wall surface of the cylinder 31 corresponding to the moving range of the piston 321 and electrically connected to the controller 10 for detecting the position of the piston 321.
The electric thrust system for the vehicle door of the present invention further includes a battery 40 electrically connected to the controller 10 for providing power to the controller 10, wherein the battery 40 can still provide power to the controller 10 after the engine of the vehicle is turned off and the power is cut off.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, it can be applied to a vehicle 8 having a vehicle body 81 and a door 82, wherein the sensor 20 can be installed at the rear end face of the door 82, the controller 10 is installed inside the door 82, one end of the thrust rod 322 is fixed to the vehicle body 81, the cylinder 31 is installed inside the front end of the door 82, and the cylinder 31 is prevented from rotating by the fixing block 313.
When the door 82 is pushed outward in use, the sensor 20 will start to detect a moving object behind, such as a pedestrian, various vehicles (e.g., car, motorcycle or bicycle), an animal, etc., and when the sensor 20 detects the moving object, a feedback signal will be generated to the controller 10, and the controller 10 will control the operation of the electric anti-thrust device 30.
The electric thrust device 30 is to change the magnetic field generated by the coil 323 through the controller 10, and when the coil 323 is a zero magnetic field, the magnetorheological fluid 33 is in a low viscosity state, so that the magnetorheological fluid 33 can easily circulate through the through holes 3211, and the piston 321 can move in the cavity 311, so that the door 82 can be opened (as shown in fig. 6); on the contrary, when the coil 323 is a strong magnetic field, the magnetorheological fluid 33 is in a high viscosity state, so that the magnetorheological fluid 33 cannot flow through the through holes 3211, the piston 321 is restricted or stopped in the cavity 311 and cannot move, and the vehicle door 82 cannot be pushed away to the outside.
Fig. 8 is a diagram showing the relationship between thrust force (resistance) and displacement (stroke of thrust rod), in which a conventional thrust rod controls pitch force by changing the shape of the thrust rod body, and a bump stop is used as a hard stop point of the mechanism to control the total stroke of the thrust rod, as shown by the solid-line trace in the figure. The electric thrust device 30 of the present invention changes the viscosity of the magnetorheological fluid 33 by increasing the current of the coil 323, so that the oil pressure mechanism generates resistance, and the stroke, the pitch force and the total mechanism stroke of the thrust rod 322 can be measured by a displacement meter, which can be changed by controlling, such as the moving track of the electric thrust rod (i) in the figure. The active current modulation can be used to design various force with different degrees, the number of the degrees and the control of the total stroke of the mechanism, and even the operation force for opening or closing the car door 82 can be controlled, such as the moving track of the electric thrust rod (II).
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. The protection scope of the invention is subject to the claims.
