Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lava stones, in particular to a method for constructing a water-free hot spring exercise health-preserving environment.
Background
The lava bath is a physiotherapy mode originated from ancient China, namely the hot stone therapy, and is a brand new health preserving mode of modern times in Japan; the anhydrous SPA, known as the top world SPA today, has established two thousand or more professional lava bathrooms in japan for a short period of time since its development, and is well known as a health care regimen.
Although the molten rock bath is called as 'bath', water drops are not needed, and people can relax and relieve the nervous system of the human body only by laying on natural energy rocks statically, and have the feeling of 'sleeping soundly'; under the action of strong far infrared rays and rich negative oxygen ions released from the rock plate, a large amount of body sweat is discharged to promote the metabolism of the body from the inside, the temperature of the rock plate is only a little higher than the normal body temperature, and the rock plate is not as difficult to wet and hot as a sauna, so that people who worry about discomfort caused by the rock melting bath can feel at ease to take the bath, the rock melting bath can relieve the burden of the body, has very obvious effects of expelling toxin, beautifying the skin and slimming and losing weight, is the most popular SPA form in the world at present, and the maximum efficacy of the rock melting bath comes from the action of the far infrared rays and the negative oxygen ions, which is not comparable to fitness forms such as a sauna, a hot spring and the like.
The quality of the molten rock bath effect depends on the quality of rocks, the stronger the far infrared rays emitted in the heating process, the richer the negative oxygen ions, and the better the human body, and in order to achieve the better molten rock bath effect, a construction method of the waterless hot spring exercise health-preserving environment is provided.

s5: the booster pump and the galvanized steel pipe are connected by a water guide pipe.
Preferably, in S4, water heating pipes are arranged on the back surfaces of the other three main walls, and the water heating pipes are used for heating the lava stone block.
Preferably, in S4, a through hole is opened on one side of the galvanized steel pipe facing the main wall, and an atomizing nozzle is installed in the through hole and sprays water to the main wall, wherein the water spraying amount can make the relative humidity of the main wall be 40-60%.
Preferably, in S5, a water conduit is used to connect a booster pump and the galvanized steel pipe, and the booster pump is used to increase the water pressure in the galvanized steel pipe.
The invention relates to a method for constructing a waterless hot spring exercise health-preserving environment, which comprises the steps of forming a health-preserving room by using lava blocks, releasing a large amount of far infrared rays and negative oxygen ions, injecting the far infrared rays into the deep part of a body, heating and sweating from inside to outside, discharging harmful substances accumulated in the body for a long time, heating the lava blocks by using a warm water pipe, humidifying the interior of the health-preserving room by using a galvanized steel pipe, an atomizing nozzle and a booster pump, well evaporating water vapor, bringing various trace elements in the lava blocks into the air, absorbing more trace elements by a human body, supplementing energy while expelling toxin, consuming no air, warming the whole human body by using a large amount of far infrared rays and negative oxygen ions released by the lava blocks, activating autonomic nerves and hormones, accelerating metabolism, enhancing the secretion function of sebum threads, and activating iron in the body, the binding force with oxygen is enhanced, more oxygen is absorbed by body tissues through the combination of red blood cells and oxygen, so that the oxygen deficiency condition in the body is relieved, the blockage of a sebum line is improved by preventing the oxidation of sebum, new sebum can be secreted from the surface of the skin, particles of water can also become fine, blood and sweat become fine and become lighter, and more trace elements can be absorbed by the human body through humidification and heating.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples.
Examples
The embodiment provides a method for constructing a water-free hot spring exercise health preserving environment, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the health preserving house is formed by four main wall bodies and a roof, wherein the main wall bodies are built by lava blocks, the stacked main wall bodies are bonded by heavy ceramic tile adhesives, and the roof is made of the lava blocks;
s2: paving the ground of the curing house with lava stones;
s3: a channel is arranged on one main wall body, and a shower door is arranged in the channel and made of lava stone blocks;
s4: arranging water heating pipes on the back surfaces of the other three main walls, then installing galvanized steel pipes on the top ends of the main walls, wherein the galvanized steel pipes are positioned inside the curing room, then arranging through holes on one sides of the galvanized steel pipes facing the main walls, and installing atomizing nozzles in the through holes;
s5: the booster pump and the galvanized steel pipe are connected by a water guide pipe.
In this embodiment, in S4, water heating pipes are disposed on the back of the other three main walls, the water heating pipes are used for heating the lava block, in S4, through holes are disposed on the sides of the galvanized steel pipes facing the main walls, atomizing nozzles are mounted in the through holes, the atomizing nozzles spray water to the main walls, the water spraying amount enables the main walls to be at a relative humidity of 40-60%, in S5, a water guide pipe is connected to a booster pump and the galvanized steel pipes, the booster pump is used for enhancing the water pressure in the galvanized steel pipes, the method for constructing the waterless thermal spring exercise health-preserving environment can release a large amount of far infrared rays and negative oxygen ions by forming the health-preserving room with the lava block, the far infrared rays are emitted into the deep inside of the body, sweat is generated from the inside to the outside, harmful substances accumulated in the body for a long time are discharged, the lava block can be heated by the water heating pipes, and the water can be humidified in the health-, the invention heats the whole body by a large amount of far infrared rays and negative oxygen ions released by the lava stone, activates autonomic nerves and hormones, accelerates metabolism, enhances the secretion function of sebum threads, activates iron in the body, enhances the bonding force with oxygen, enables body tissues to absorb more oxygen by the combination of red blood cells and oxygen, relieves the oxygen deficiency condition in the body, improves the blockage of the sebum threads by preventing the oxidation of sebum, ensures that new sebum can be secreted from the surface of skin, also enables water particles to become fine, ensures that blood and sweat become fine and light, can humidify and warm to enable the human body to absorb more trace elements, the method is simple, convenient to use and high in cost.
In the embodiment, the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are used for respectively sensing the temperature and the humidity of the main wall body, and the temperature value and the humidity value of the main wall body are kept within a set range; the user hangs the towel on the neck, then gets into the health preserving room through the shower door in, and the subaerial taking exercise of laying into with the lava slabstone, the exercise project is various projects such as yoga, pula and dance, walks out the health preserving room through the shower door after that, after having a rest for 4-7min, gets into the health preserving room through the shower door once more, so circulate to join in marriage the health care of other projects, reach anhydrous hot spring lava device's ideal result of use.
