The invention provides a defecation system.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the defecation system 10 includes a toilet 20, a waste water tank 30 and a negative pressure device 40. The excrement receiver 20 is provided with an excrement receiving groove 21 and a drying air opening 22, and the sewage tank 30 is communicated with the excrement receiving groove 21 through an excrement discharging pipe 50; the negative pressure device 40 has an air inlet 41 and a first air outlet 42, the air inlet 41 is communicated with the waste water tank 30, and the first air outlet 42 is communicated with the drying air inlet 22 through an air outlet pipe 60.
The toilet system 10 may further include a washing device 70, a control device, a silencing device, etc., to enhance the user experience. For example, the toilet system 10 may be provided with a washing device 70 to wash the human defecation part or the toilet receptacle 20, a control device to enable a user to easily implement various desired functions, or other devices to enhance the user experience may be provided, and the design may be specifically performed according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the toilet 20 is a device that is in direct contact with the user, and the toilet 20 may further include a seat cushion for the user to sit down, a lid for covering the toilet tank 21, a button for flushing, or other accessories, and may be specifically set according to actual needs. The excrement receiving groove 21 is mainly used for temporarily accommodating excrement, and after the defecation of a user is finished, the excrement can be flushed away or sucked away.
Specifically, the toilet system 10 further includes the waste water tank 30, and the waste water tank 30 communicates with the toilet tank 21 through the waste pipe 50, so it can be understood that, when the excrement is flushed or sucked from the toilet tank 21, the excrement enters the waste water tank 30 through the waste pipe 50. The wastewater tank 30 is a device for storing excrement in the sewage system 10, and the wastewater tank 30 may include a detachable outer shell 31 and an inner container 32, wherein excrement is stored in the inner container 32, and the outer shell 31 covers the inner container 32, so that the wastewater can be more conveniently cleaned when the excrement is full. Of course, a sensor may be further provided in the wastewater tank 30 to detect whether the excrement is filled.
In addition, the defecation system 10 further comprises a negative pressure device 40, and an air inlet 41 of the negative pressure device 40 is communicated with the sewage tank 30, so that excrement can be sucked into the sewage tank 30 from the excrement receiving groove 21 through a pressure difference mode, and the excrement in the excrement receiving groove 21 can be cleaned even in the absence of water. It should be noted that, in order to better suck the excrement into the waste water tank 30, the waste water tank 30 should be sealed as much as possible except for the ports communicating with the respective devices (e.g., the inlet 311 communicating with the waste pipe 50 and the outlet 312 communicating with the inlet 41 of the negative pressure device 40) so as to smoothly form the pressure difference. The negative pressure device 40 can adopt the existing negative pressure machine, and the specific specification can be selected by self. In order to avoid excessive noise, a silencer can be mounted on the negative pressure device 40, and the silencer can be mounted at an exhaust port of the negative pressure device 40 to maximize the silencing effect.
In the present embodiment, the negative pressure device 40 has a first exhaust port 42, and the first exhaust port 42 communicates with the drying tuyere 22 through an exhaust duct 60. Therefore, it can be understood that at least a portion of the air discharged from the negative pressure device 40 passes through the exhaust duct 60 and is discharged through the drying air opening 22 of the toilet receptacle 20, and the discharged air can dry the defecation part of the human body or the toilet receptacle 20 itself, thereby achieving the drying function of the defecation system 10.
Therefore, the defecation system 10 of the invention enables the defecation system 10 to utilize the gas exhausted from the negative pressure device 40 to dry the human body or the excrement receiving device 20 by communicating the first exhaust port 42 on the negative pressure device 40 with the drying air port 22 on the excrement receiving device 20 without additionally and independently arranging a drying device, greatly simplifies the structure of the defecation system 10, simultaneously reduces the power consumption of the defecation system 10, and effectively solves the technical problems of more complex structure and higher power consumption of the existing defecation devices after being provided with the automatic cleaning and drying functions.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, in order to enable the air in the negative pressure device 40 to be smoothly exhausted when the user does not use the drying function, the negative pressure device 40 further has a second air outlet 43. That is, when the user does not use the drying function and closes the first exhaust port 42, the gas in the negative pressure means 40 can be exhausted through the second exhaust port 43.
The second exhaust port 43 may be directly exposed outside the negative pressure device 40, that is, the gas in the negative pressure device 40 may be exhausted to the space in the defecation system 10 through the second exhaust port 43, and then automatically dissipated by the gas or exhausted through some gaps, outlets, etc. on the defecation system 10, so that the structure of the defecation system 10 is relatively simple.
Or, an exhaust pipe may be connected to the outside of the second exhaust port 43, and the gas in the negative pressure device 40 passes through the second exhaust port 43 and then is exhausted to the outside or other corresponding positions through the exhaust pipe, so that the exhausted gas can be purposefully treated, and the gas is prevented from being exhausted to the inside by accident.
Of course, in addition to the above-listed embodiments, the arrangement of the second exhaust port 43 may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited specifically herein.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the defecation system 10 further comprises a first valve 110, and the first valve 110 is used for opening or closing the first exhaust port 42. This allows the first air outlet 42 to be closed by the first valve 110 when the user does not want to use the drying function. Alternatively, the user can adjust the air output of the drying air inlet 22 through the first valve 110 to achieve the desired drying air output. Specifically, the control device can control the first valve 110 to close only a part of the outlet of the first exhaust opening 42, or change the closing area of the first exhaust opening 42, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the air output of the drying air opening 22.
Of course, the first valve 110 may be used to close the second exhaust port 43 in addition to the first exhaust port 42, that is, the first valve 110 may be switched between the first exhaust port 42 and the second exhaust port 43 and may be closed, which may make the structure of the toilet system 10 simpler.
In addition, the first valve 110 may be disposed at a position on the negative pressure device 40 close to the first exhaust opening 42, or at a communication channel between the first exhaust opening 42 and the drying air opening 22, or at another position where the first exhaust opening 42 can be opened or closed, which is not specifically limited herein and can be set according to actual needs.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the defecation system 10 further comprises a second valve 120, and the second valve 120 is used for opening or closing the second exhaust port 43. It can be understood that, when the second valve 120 closes the second exhaust port 43, the air in the negative pressure device 40 is exhausted from the first exhaust port 42, so that the exhaust amount of the drying air port 22 can be greatly increased, and the drying efficiency is further improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the defecation system 10 further includes a cleaning device 70, and the toilet receptacle 20 is further provided with a cleaning water port 23, and the cleaning water port 23 is communicated with the cleaning device 70. The cleaning device 70 may include a cleaning water tank, a cleaning water pump, a cleaning water pipe, and the like, and the cleaning water port 23 may be connected to the cleaning water tank through the cleaning water pipe and the cleaning water pump, so as to implement the cleaning function of the defecation system 10. The cleaning nozzle 23 may be divided into a first cleaning nozzle and a second cleaning nozzle, and the first cleaning nozzle faces the wall of the excrement receiving tank 21 to clean the filth on the excrement receiving tank 21. The second cleaning water gap faces the notch of the excrement receiving groove 21 so as to clean the excrement discharging part of the human body.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, corresponding to the first cleaning nozzle and the second cleaning nozzle, the drying nozzle 22 includes a first drying nozzle 221 and a second drying nozzle 222, and the first drying nozzle 221 faces a groove wall of the excrement receiving groove 21 to dry the cleaned excrement receiving groove 21, so as to avoid water stains. The second drying air port 222 faces the notch of the excrement receiving groove 21 to dry the defecation part of the human body.
Specifically, after the defecation of the user is finished, the cleaning water pump can be started first and the defecation part of the human body can be cleaned through the second cleaning water port, and after the defecation is finished, the negative pressure device 40 is started to suck excrement into the sewage tank 30, and meanwhile, the human body is dried through the second drying air port 222. And then the first cleaning water gap and the first drying air gap 221 are sequentially started to clean and dry the toilet stool 20.
Of course, in order to simplify the control procedure, the washing water pump and the negative pressure device 40 may be started simultaneously, that is, washing and drying are performed simultaneously, but the drying time is longer than the washing time, or the washing procedure is stopped before the drying procedure is stopped, so as to ensure the drying effect.
It should be noted that, the phrase "the second drying air opening 222 faces the notch of the excrement receiving slot 21" means that the second drying air opening 222 faces the excrement receiving slot 21 from the inside of the excrement receiving slot 21 to dry the human body located outside the excrement receiving slot 21. For example, if the direction in which the bottom of the receiving groove 21 is directed toward the notch is a forward direction, the second drying air opening 222 is substantially directed toward the forward direction (i.e., a certain angle is allowed to be formed with respect to the forward direction).
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a heating device is further disposed between the exhaust port and the drying tuyere 22. Heating device can carry out temperature adjustment to the gas of institute's combustion gas to reach the required stoving temperature of user, and then improve comfort level and experience and feel. In addition, by increasing the temperature of the discharged gas, the drying speed can be increased.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a sterilization and disinfection apparatus 80 and/or a deodorization apparatus 90 are connected between the air inlet 41 and the wastewater tank 30. It can be understood that the gas generated by the pressure difference can be sterilized, disinfected and deodorized by the sterilizing and disinfecting device 80 and the deodorizing device 90 before entering the negative pressure device 40, so that clean and odorless gas is obtained and the human body is dried, and the user experience is prevented from being influenced.
Wherein, the sterilization and disinfection device 80 can adopt photocatalyst for sterilization and disinfection, and the deodorization device 90 can be provided with a plurality of devices to remove the odor as far as possible.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a waste crushing device 100 is further provided in the toilet stool 20. The waste crushing apparatus 100 can crush the excrement, prevent the excrement receiver 20 or the excrement discharging pipe 50 from being blocked when the excrement is too large, and ensure the normal operation of the excrement discharging system 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the waste water tank 30 includes a housing 31 and an inner container 32 detachably connected to each other, and the housing 31 is provided with a waste inlet 311 communicated with the toilet 20 and an air outlet 312 communicated with the air inlet 41 of the negative pressure device 40. The opening of the inner container 32 faces the dirt inlet 311, and at least part of the outer wall of the inner container 32 shields the air outlet 312. That is, the inner container 32 is used for storing excrement, when the excrement in the inner container 32 needs to be cleaned, the shell 31 and the inner container 32 can be detachably connected, so that a cleaning person or a cleaning machine only needs to detach the inner container 32 without moving to other parts of the defecation system 10, and the cleaning process is simple and convenient.
In addition, when the air outlet 312 is shielded by at least part of the outer wall of the inner container 32, the excrement in the inner container 32 is not easy to enter or splash into the air outlet 312, and the condition that the negative pressure device 40 is polluted by the excrement through the air outlet 312 is avoided. Specifically, the air outlet 312 may be disposed on a side wall of the outer shell 31, and an outer wall of the inner container 32 may be higher than and block the air outlet 312. At this time, it should be noted that the outer wall of the inner container 32 should be spaced from the air outlet 312 by a certain distance, and at the same time, an open air path is ensured between the air outlet 312 and the dirt inlet 311, so as to avoid the situation that the air outlet 312 is not communicated with the space in the inner container 32 (or the space in the waste water tank 30) and cannot generate pressure difference.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the negative pressure device 40 further has a second air inlet 44, the defecation system 10 further includes a third valve 130 and a fourth valve 140, the third valve 130 controls the opening and closing of the first air inlet 41, and the fourth valve 140 controls the opening and closing of the second air inlet 44. It will be appreciated that the second gas inlet 44 is arranged such that the negative pressure device 40 can be operated from more than one gas source, thereby avoiding the situation where the gas passage on the first gas inlet 41 fails or is blocked. Meanwhile, the procedure of sucking the excrement into the sewage tank 30 and the drying procedure can be distinguished and respectively and independently operated, thereby reducing the failure probability.
Specifically, when the excrement in the excrement receiving device 20 needs to be cleaned, the third valve 130 may open the first air inlet 41, the second valve 120 may open the second air outlet 43, the fourth valve 140 may close the second air inlet 44, and the first valve may close the first air outlet. At this time, the gas is discharged from the second gas outlet to the negative pressure device 40 or to the outside.
When the toilet or the human body needs to be dried, the fourth valve 140 opens the second air inlet 44, the first valve 110 opens the first air outlet 42, the third valve 130 closes the first air inlet 41, and the second valve 120 closes the second air outlet 43. At this time, the air enters the negative pressure device 40 from the negative pressure device 40 or the outdoor through the second air inlet 44, and enters the toilet 20 through the first air outlet 42, so that the toilet 20 or the human body is dried.
In other embodiments, the third valve 130 can also control the opening or closing of the first and second air inlets 41 and 44 at the same time, i.e., the third valve 130 can be switched between the first and second air inlets 41 and 44, which can make the structure simpler and reduce the manufacturing cost.
In one embodiment, in order to reduce noise and improve user experience, a silencer 150 is disposed at the second air inlet 44. Or, in order to prevent dust or peculiar smell in the air from entering the negative pressure device 40, a filtering device 160 may be further disposed at the second air inlet 44 to obtain clean and odorless gas, so as to dry the human body or the toilet 20 better.
The present invention further provides a defecation device, the defecation device includes a defecation system 10, the concrete structure of the defecation system 10 refers to the above embodiments, and since the defecation device adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are provided, and no further description is given here.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
