Background
The release paper is also called as isolation paper, release paper and silicone oil paper. The release paper with the colorful patterns and the patterns prepared by the preparation method of the release paper provided by the invention has the advantages that the release paper with the colorful patterns and the patterns has colorful effects, the visual effects generated under different intensities of light are different, the visual effects of the release paper product are further enriched due to the existence of the patterns, the release paper product is more colorful, and the application range of the release paper product is expanded.

S20, heating the magic color roller to enable the surface temperature of the magic color roller to reach 20-40 ℃, preferably 25 ℃, wherein the heating mode is as follows: hot water is injected into the interior of the magic color roller, the temperature of the hot water is 30-50 ℃, preferably 35 ℃, and the heating of the magic color roller is realized because the magic color roller can keep the magic color stripes on the magic color roller from weakening only at a certain temperature, so that the quality and the effect of the magic color stripes pressed on the base paper 11 are higher.
S30, spraying the film coating material onto a magic color roller, wherein the implementation mode is as follows: and providing a film coating machine, feeding the film coating material into the film coating machine, extruding the film coating material into the multicolor roll by the film coating machine, wherein the extrusion temperature of the film coating material is 260-290 ℃, preferably 260 ℃, and under the temperature state, the effect of the multicolor grains pressed on the base paper 11 is basically consistent with that of the multicolor grains of the multicolor roll, and the product quality is higher.

S52, heating the pattern roller, wherein the surface temperature of the pattern roller reaches 120-130 ℃ to make the laminating material on the colorful release paper in a semi-molten state, and the pattern roller is heated in the following mode: and injecting heat conducting oil into the multicolor roller, wherein the temperature of the heat conducting oil is 150-160 ℃.
S53, applying pressure to the pattern roller to press the patterns on the pattern roller onto the colorful release paper to form the pattern layer 13.
In practical application, the pattern layer 13 can be further pressed on the base paper 11 pressed with the colorful pattern layer 12 according to the actual needs of customers, namely, the patterns required by the customers are pressed on the colorful pattern layer 12, so that the visual effect of the release paper product is greatly enriched, and the release paper product becomes more colorful.
The release paper 100 prepared by the preparation method comprises base paper 11, a magic color pattern layer 12 arranged on the base paper 11 and a pattern layer 13 arranged on the magic color pattern layer 12.
