Abstract
The invention discloses a slip-resistant silica gel cloth and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the method for manufacturing the slip-resistant silica gel cloth is to attach a silica gel forming die to a certain fabric with a smooth surface, then inject silica gel, and take away the silica gel forming die after the silica gel is vulcanized, cooled and formed to obtain the slip-resistant silica gel cloth; the anti-slip silica gel fabric comprises a fabric substrate and a silica gel layer, wherein one surface of the fabric substrate is a flat surface, and the silica gel layer is laid on the flat surface of the fabric substrate. The silica gel layer is in direct flexible contact with the skin of a human body and is tightly attached to the skin of the human body, so that the skin and the cloth are not easy to move relatively, and the anti-slip effect is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cloth, in particular to a non-slip silica gel cloth and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The cloth is a commonly used material in clothes, shoes and bags, and most of the commonly used cloth on the market has the characteristics of comfortable wearing, sweat absorption, air permeability, beautiful vision, comfortable touch feeling and the like. However, among clothes, shoes and bags worn or worn by people, the shoes are the most strenuous exercise in daily life. When the walking speed is too fast, the heel of the human body is easy to separate from the heel of the shoes, so that the shoes slide off, or the legs of a group wearing the high-tube shoes and the rubber bands of the high-tube shoes fall off, so that the high-tube shoes are loosened. This is because the heel cloth of shoes or the rubber band of high-tube shoes, among the cloth materials currently applied to shoes, is caused by the surface being too smooth. For the cloth with other purposes, when the cloth is subjected to large-amplitude swinging, the cloth is easy to slide off from the skin of a human body due to insufficient anti-skid resistance, and the requirement of modern life is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a non-slip silica gel fabric.
The invention also aims to provide a manufacturing method of the anti-slip silica gel cloth.
The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides an anti-skidding silica gel cloth, anti-skidding silica gel cloth includes surface fabric substrate and silica gel layer, wherein one side of surface fabric substrate is the level and smooth surface, the silica gel layer is laid in the level and smooth surface of surface fabric substrate.
Further, the silica gel layer is laid in a lattice arrangement or a strip arrangement manner.
Furthermore, the fabric substrate is made of leather, artificial leather, polyester fiber and rubber band woven belts.
Furthermore, the material of silica gel layer is polysiloxane.
A manufacturing method of a non-slip silica gel fabric comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing a silica gel forming die;
step two: attaching a silica gel forming mold to the surface of the fabric;
step three: injecting silica gel into the silica gel forming mold, and vulcanizing and forming the injected silica gel on the surface of the fabric;
step four: and cooling the injected silica gel, and separating the silica gel forming mold from the fabric after cooling.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention discloses a slip-resistant silica gel fabric and a manufacturing method thereof. The silica gel layer is in direct flexible contact with the skin of a human body and is tightly attached to the skin of the human body, so that the skin and the cloth are not easy to move relatively, and the anti-slip effect is achieved.
Drawings

fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the silica gel layer laid on the fabric substrate in a strip arrangement manner.
In the figure: 1. a fabric substrate; 2. arranging a silica gel layer in a lattice manner; 3. the silica gel layer is arranged in a strip shape.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
The invention discloses a slip-resistant silica gel cloth which comprises a fabric substrate 1 and a lattice arrangement silica gel layer 2, wherein one surface of the fabric substrate 1 is a flat surface, and the lattice arrangement silica gel layer 2 is laid on the flat surface of the fabric substrate 1, as shown in figure 1. The lattice arrangement silica gel layer 2 is composed of a plurality of silica gel salient points which are contacted with the skin of a human body at intervals. In the actual use process, the cloth with one or more silica gel salient points can be cut by the cutting tool and sewn to the heel position of the shoe by the sewing tool. The fabric substrate 1 in this embodiment is a polyester fabric, and is suitable for being cut and sewn to the heel of a shoe. By utilizing the characteristics of large friction force, strong flexibility, heat resistance, no toxicity and the like of the silica gel material, the silica gel convex points are in direct flexible contact with the skin of the heel of a human body to be tightly attached, so that the heel and the shoes are not easy to move relatively, the shoes are prevented from falling off due to the fact that the cloth of the heel is too smooth when people walk or run, and the anti-slip effect is achieved. Especially, the problem that the feet of athletes generate high-strength running actions when the traditional cloth is used in high-strength sports such as running competitions, so that shoes are easy to shake is solved, and the silica gel bumps can avoid the falling-off of the shoes caused by the severe shaking.
The silica gel layer of the present invention has another arrangement, and as shown in fig. 2, the strip-shaped silica gel layer 3 is composed of one or more silica gel strips. The strip-shaped arrangement silica gel layer 3 is laid on the flat surface of the fabric substrate 1. Every silica gel rectangular is parallel to each other and has certain interval, and the cloth that has bar arrangement silica gel layer 3 is fit for regarding the rubber band meshbelt as surface fabric substrate 1, is particularly useful for as the rubber band that high section of thick bamboo shoes were used in the parcel shank, and the rubber band of rectangular shape can be followed the rubber band parcel shank, prevents that the rubber band from the landing of shank, reaches limited slip's effect.
In the present invention, the material of the fabric substrate 1 may be leather or artificial leather.
In the invention, the lattice arrangement silica gel layer 2 and the strip arrangement silica gel layer 3 are made of polysiloxane.
The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the anti-slip silica gel cloth, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing a silica gel forming mold, wherein the silica gel mold of the lattice arrangement silica gel layer 2 is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the strip arrangement silica gel layer 3 is provided with a plurality of injection grooves;
step two: the silica gel forming die is attached to the surface of the fabric substrate 1 in a hydraulic or pneumatic mode, and the glue outlet is aligned to the through hole or the injection groove;
step three: injecting silica gel into the silica gel forming mold from the gel outlet, and vulcanizing the injected silica gel in a continuous baking mode to form a lattice arrangement silica gel layer 2 or a strip arrangement silica gel layer 3 on the surface of the fabric substrate 1;
step four: and cooling the injected silica gel, and separating the silica gel forming mold from the fabric substrate 1 after cooling to obtain the anti-slip silica gel fabric.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
