Background
Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial and has excellent optical, electrical and mechanical properties, wherein the thermal conductivity of the graphene can reach 5300W/(m.K) at most. Therefore, the graphene is used for producing the clothing fabric, so that the heat conduction performance of the clothing fabric can be remarkably improved, meanwhile, the graphene also has lubricating capability, the smoothness and wear resistance of the fabric can be improved when the graphene is applied to the clothing fabric, in addition, the graphene also has certain antibacterial capability, and the produced fabric has antibacterial performance. However, the graphene and the synthetic fiber fabric have poor fiber bonding capability, are difficult to compound on the synthetic fiber, and the graphene is easy to fall off after washing, so that the durability of the graphene synthetic fiber fabric is low.

In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the production process of the garment fabric added with the graphene comprises the following steps of:
(1) The method comprises the steps of blending wool, namely blending wool of a synthetic fiber raw material and a viscose fiber raw material respectively, wherein the synthetic fiber raw material is added with blending wool process oil A in the process of blending wool, and the viscose fiber raw material is added with blending wool process oil B in the process of blending wool;
(2) Opening, namely respectively opening the synthetic fiber raw material and the viscose fiber raw material after the roughening;

(4) Carding, namely carding the mixed raw materials by using a carding machine;
(5) Dip dyeing, namely immersing the raw strips in a copper chloride solution containing 8wt% for 15 minutes, immersing the raw strips in a graphene solution for 2-3 hours, and taking out the raw strips and drying the raw strips at 80 ℃ for 8 hours to obtain dip dyed raw strips;
(6) Drawing, namely drawing the dip-dyed raw strips in a two-way combination mode, feeding 6 strips in each way, and warping after drawing;
(7) Weaving, namely weaving the cooked strips, and washing with water to obtain the fabric.
Preferably, the sum crude process oil A comprises 1.2wt% of sum crude oil AL106, 0.4wt% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 3.6wt% of carboxyl-terminated polyethylene glycol, 16 wt% of spindle oil and the balance of water; the sum hair process oil B is 4.3wt% of carboxyl-terminated polyethylene glycol, 3.0wt% of span-80 and the balance of silica gel.
Preferably, the graphene solution contains 13% of graphene, 7% of cellulase and the balance of water, wherein the ph=6.5 of the graphene solution and the temperature is 40 ℃.
Preferably, in the step (4), the cylinder speed is 300r/min, the licker-in speed is 700r/min, the doffer speed is 23r/min, and the raw strip ration is 32g/5m.
Preferably, the strip-out speed in the step (6) is 80-85m/min, and the cooked strip evenness CV value is 4.0-4.5%.
Preferably, the synthetic fiber raw material is terylene raw material or chinlon raw material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following implementation effects: in the production process, polyvinylpyrrolidone and carboxyl-terminated polyethylene glycol are added as antistatic agents in the hair mixing process, so that the polyvinylpyrrolidone, the carboxyl-terminated polyethylene glycol and the synthetic fiber raw materials are uniformly mixed, and the surface of the synthetic fiber can uniformly anchor polyvinylpyrrolidone molecules; in the dip dyeing process, copper chloride is complexed with polyvinylpyrrolidone and carboxyl-terminated polyethylene glycol, and part of copper chloride is immersed into the viscose raw material, so that the copper chloride is adsorbed and stably complexed on the raw strips; then after the raw strips are immersed in a graphene solution, carboxyl and hydroxyl on the surface of the graphene are subjected to coordination complexing with copper chloride on polyvinylpyrrolidone and carboxyl-terminated polyethylene glycol, so that the graphene is uniformly adsorbed on the raw strips, and the polyvinylpyrrolidone and the carboxyl-terminated polyethylene glycol play an anchoring role on the graphene on the synthetic fiber raw materials; and as the raw strips are soaked in the graphene solution for a long time, cellulose is soaked in the viscose fiber, and part of the viscose fiber is catalytically decomposed by the cellulose, so that the structural bulkiness between the synthetic fiber raw materials is increased, graphene sheets can enter between the synthetic fiber raw materials, and then after washing, drying and drawing, the bonding strength of graphene on the synthetic fiber raw materials is further enhanced, and the durability of the graphene synthetic fiber fabric is enhanced.
