Abstract
The invention discloses a pickling agent for producing electronic product shells and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of electronic product production and processing, and relates to a pickling agent for producing electronic product shells and a preparation method thereof, wherein the pickling agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the pickling agent has a simple formula, takes the acid solution, the anionic surfactant and the deionized water as main cleaning components, and utilizes the chemical reaction of the acid solution and rust on the surface of the metal to clean the surface of the metal shell. After the pickling agent is used, a proper amount of alkali can be added to neutralize the pickling agent to be neutral, and then the pickling agent is directly discharged to a sewer, so that the hazards of biological enrichment, COD (chemical oxygen demand) improvement and the like are avoided, the pickling agent is environment-friendly, independent treatment is not needed, and the use cost of an enterprise is reduced.

Background
The electronic product is a related product based on electric energy, and mainly comprises: watches, smart phones, telephones, televisions, video disc players, video recorders, camcorders, radios, radio recorders, combination speakers, compact disc players, computers, game consoles, mobile communication products, and the like, since early products were primarily electronic products based on electronic tubes.
The metal shell is often needed in the processing process of electronic products, and the surface of the metal shell is often needed to be cleaned by using a pickling agent in the processing process of the metal shell. Therefore, how to select a reasonable acid as the pickling agent is an important issue in the field of metal cleaning.

A pickling agent for producing electronic product shells comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-40% of acid liquor, 4-7% of sodium bicarbonate, 5-8% of anionic surfactant, 0.5-1% of coagulant, 3-6% of dirt adsorbent, 2-4% of oxidation and corrosion inhibitor and the balance of deionized water.
Further, the paint comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35% of acid liquor, 5% of sodium bicarbonate, 6.5% of anionic surfactant, 0.75% of coagulant, 4.5% of dirt adsorbent, 3% of antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor and 45.25% of deionized water.
Further, the acid solution is a mixture of organic acid and inorganic acid, and the mass ratio of the organic acid to the inorganic acid is 5-8: 1-2.
Further, the organic acid is one or a mixture of more than two of citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, acetic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, succinic acid and oxalic acid.

Further, the anionic surfactant is one or a mixture of more than two of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium hexadecylbenzene sulfonate, sodium alkyl sulfate, sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate, sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium oleoyl methyl taurate.
Further, the soil adsorbent is carboxymethyl cellulose.
Further, the antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor is a mixture of an amine antioxidant and a phenol antioxidant, wherein the mass ratio of the amine antioxidant to the phenol antioxidant is 1: 3-5, the amine antioxidant is diphenylamine, and the phenol antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
Further, the coagulant is one or a mixture of more than two of polyaluminium chloride, polyaluminium sulfate, polyferric chloride and polyferric sulfate.
A preparation method of a pickling agent for producing electronic product shells comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing acid liquor, sodium bicarbonate, an anionic surfactant, a coagulant, a dirt adsorbent, an antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor and deionized water according to the mass percentage;
s2, putting the deionized water and the acid liquor into a corrosion-resistant stirring tank, and fully stirring, mixing and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed liquor A;
s3, adding sodium bicarbonate and an anionic surfactant into the mixed solution A, heating to 50-60 ℃, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
s4, adding a coagulant, a dirt adsorbent and an oxidation and corrosion inhibitor into the mixed solution B, keeping the temperature at 50-60 ℃, fully and uniformly stirring, standing and cooling to obtain the pickling agent.
3. Advantageous effects
(1) The pickling agent disclosed by the invention is simple in formula, takes acid liquor, an anionic surfactant and deionized water as main cleaning components, and realizes the cleaning of the surface of the metal shell by utilizing the chemical reaction of the acid liquor and rust on the surface of the metal.
(2) The sodium bicarbonate is added in the pickling agent, and the sodium bicarbonate has a certain cleaning effect, so that the cleaning effect of the pickling agent is effectively improved.
(3) In the invention, the coagulant is added, so that in the process of acid cleaning, positively charged groups and negatively charged particles or particles which are difficult to separate in water can be close to each other by the coagulant, the potential of the particles is reduced to enable the particles to be in an unstable state, and the particles are concentrated to form precipitates by utilizing the polymerization property of the particles, thereby effectively improving the cleaning efficiency.
(4) After the pickling agent is used, a proper amount of alkali can be added to neutralize the pickling agent to be neutral, and then the pickling agent is directly discharged to a sewer, so that the hazards of biological enrichment, COD (chemical oxygen demand) improvement and the like are avoided, the pickling agent is environment-friendly, independent treatment is not needed, and the use cost of an enterprise is reduced.

The acid solution is a mixture of organic acid and inorganic acid, and the mass ratio of the organic acid to the inorganic acid is 5: 1.
the organic acid is a mixture of citric acid and malic acid, the inorganic acid is hydrochloric acid, the anionic surfactant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the dirt adsorbent is carboxymethyl cellulose, and the coagulant is polyaluminium chloride.

s3, adding sodium bicarbonate and an anionic surfactant into the mixed solution A, heating to 50 ℃, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
s4, adding a coagulant, a dirt adsorbent and an oxidation and corrosion inhibitor into the mixed solution B, keeping the temperature at 50 ℃, fully and uniformly stirring, standing and cooling to obtain the pickling agent.

s4, adding a coagulant, a dirt adsorbent and an oxidation and corrosion inhibitor into the mixed solution B, keeping the temperature at 55 ℃, fully and uniformly stirring, standing and cooling to obtain the pickling agent.
Example 3
A pickling agent for producing electronic product shells comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40% of acid liquor, 7% of sodium bicarbonate, 8% of anionic surfactant, 1% of coagulant, 6% of dirt adsorbent, 4% of oxidation and corrosion inhibitor and 34% of deionized water.
The acid solution is a mixture of organic acid and inorganic acid, and the mass ratio of the organic acid to the inorganic acid is 8: 1.5.

s4, adding a coagulant, a dirt adsorbent and an oxidation and corrosion inhibitor into the mixed solution B, keeping the temperature at 60 ℃, fully and uniformly stirring, standing and cooling to obtain the pickling agent.

3. The acid cleaning agent for producing electronic product housings of claim 1, wherein the acid cleaning agent comprises: the acid solution is a mixture of organic acid and inorganic acid, and the mass ratio of the organic acid to the inorganic acid is 5-8: 1-2.
4. The acid cleaning agent for producing electronic product housings of claim 3, wherein the acid cleaning agent comprises: the organic acid is one or a mixture of more than two of citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, acetic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, succinic acid and oxalic acid.
5. The acid cleaning agent for producing electronic product housings of claim 3, wherein the acid cleaning agent comprises: the inorganic acid is one or a mixture of more than two of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid.

The acid cleaning agent for producing electronic product housings of claim 1, wherein the acid cleaning agent comprises: the anionic surfactant is one or a mixture of more than two of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium hexadecylbenzene sulfonate, sodium alkyl sulfate, sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium alkyl polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate, sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium oleoyl methyl taurate.
7. The acid cleaning agent for producing electronic product housings of claim 1, wherein the acid cleaning agent comprises: the soil adsorbent is carboxymethyl cellulose.

The acid cleaning agent for producing electronic product housings of claim 1, wherein the acid cleaning agent comprises: the antioxidant corrosion inhibitor is a mixture of an amine antioxidant and a phenol antioxidant, wherein the mass ratio of the amine antioxidant to the phenol antioxidant is 1: 3-5, the amine antioxidant is diphenylamine, and the phenol antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
