A yarn guide device of a warping machine comprises a base (1) and is characterized in that a support frame (2) is fixedly mounted on the top side of the base (1), a first rotating shaft (3) is fixedly mounted at the top of one side of the support frame (2), a large driving wheel (4) is rotatably sleeved on the first rotating shaft (3), a movable rod (9) is arranged on one side of the support frame (2), a second rotating shaft is fixedly mounted at the top of one side of the movable rod (9), a small driving wheel (5) is rotatably sleeved on the second rotating shaft, a sliding groove (10) is formed in the bottom of the movable rod (9), a sliding rod (11) is slidably mounted in the sliding groove (10), the bottom of the sliding rod (11) extends out of the sliding groove (10) and is movably mounted on the top side of the base (1), a tension alarm mechanism is arranged below the sliding rod (11), and a guide plate (6) is arranged on one side, far away from the support frame (2), of the, wire guide (7) have been seted up along the horizontal direction at one side top of wire guide (6), and movable mounting has yarn (8) in wire guide (7), and the one end of yarn (8) loops through little drive wheel (5) and big drive wheel (4) and extends to the warper, yarn (8) are located the top of big drive wheel (4), and yarn (8) are located the below of little drive wheel (5), be equipped with wire mechanism in wire guide (7).

The yarn guide device of the warping machine according to claim 1, wherein the tension warning mechanism comprises a U-shaped groove (16) formed in the top side of the base (1), the U-shaped groove (16) is located below the movable rod (9), a rotating bearing (18) is rotatably mounted at the center position of the inner wall of the bottom of the U-shaped groove (16), and a cross rod (17) is fixedly mounted at the top of the rotating bearing (18).

The yarn guide device of the warping machine according to claim 2, wherein a rotating hole (19) is formed in the center of the inner wall of the top of the U-shaped groove (16), a rotating column (20) is rotatably mounted in the rotating hole (19), two ends of the rotating column (20) extend out of the rotating hole (19), the top of the rotating column (20) is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the sliding rod (11), and the bottom of the rotating column (20) is fixedly mounted at the center of the top side of the cross rod (17).

The yarn guide device of the warping machine according to claim 2, wherein the guide grooves (24) are formed in two sides of the top of the cross bar (17), the inclined plate (25) is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of one side of each guide groove (24), the inclined plate (25) is arranged in an inclined mode, and the through holes (26) formed in the inner wall of the bottom of each guide groove (24) are formed in one side of each inclined plate (25).

The yarn guide device of the warping machine according to claim 1, wherein the yarn guide mechanism comprises movable grooves (28) formed in inner walls of two sides of the yarn guide hole (7), extrusion rods (29) are slidably mounted in the movable grooves (28), one ends of the extrusion rods (29) extend out of the movable grooves (28), extrusion blocks (30) are fixedly mounted, arc-shaped grooves (31) are formed in one sides, far away from the extrusion rods (29), of the extrusion blocks (30), clamping grooves (32) are formed in inner walls of one sides of the arc-shaped grooves (31), and the clamping grooves (32) are matched with the yarns (8).

The yarn guide device of the warping machine according to claim 8, wherein the inner walls of the two sides of the movable groove (28) are provided with first sliding rails (33), the first sliding rails (33) are provided with first sliding blocks (34) in a sliding manner, the first sliding blocks (34) are fixedly arranged on the extrusion rod (29), one end of a first spring (35) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of one side of the movable groove (28), and the other end of the first spring (35) is fixedly arranged on the extrusion rod (29).
