Description

Oil inlet device of oil storage tank
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of oil storage and transportation systems of petrochemical enterprises, and relates to an oil inlet device of an oil storage tank.
Background
In an oil storage and transportation system, oil enters an oil storage tank through an oil outlet of an oil inlet pipeline, and the control of the flow rate of the oil outlet is an important measure for ensuring the safe production and operation of the oil storage tank of a petrochemical enterprise. According to the requirements of national standard GB13348-2009 electrostatic safety regulations for liquid petroleum products, oil products are prevented from scattering and splashing in the filling process. In addition, when an incompatible second phase obviously exists in an oil inlet pipeline, the flow velocity of oil products is controlled to be below 1 m/s, and the aim is to prevent electrostatic damage. The oil inlet device of the existing oil storage tank generally has two types: the first oil inlet device of the oil storage tank consists of an oil inlet pipeline, a large head and a small head and an expanding pipe; the second oil inlet device of the oil storage tank consists of an oil inlet pipeline, a large head, a small head and an expanding pipe, wherein the expanding pipe is provided with a plurality of small holes, and the tail end of the expanding pipe is plugged. The first oil storage tank oil inlet device has the problems that the impact force of oil on a side plate and a floating disc of the oil storage tank is strong, and the fluctuation of the liquid level of the oil in the oil storage tank is large. The side plate of the oil storage tank and the floating disc are easy to deform locally after being impacted, so that the chuck is caused, and oil overflows to the floating disc to cause the sinking disc. The second oil tank oil inlet device has the problem that small holes diffuse in oil products. When the oil inlet pipeline is not immersed, the friction area between the oil and the gas in the oil storage tank is large, the oil diffusion even generates atomization, the evaporation capacity of the oil is large, and the risk of electrostatic hazard is large. The gas oil product is unevenly overflowed from the periphery of the floating disc to cause the chuck, and the oil product is overflowed onto the floating disc to cause the sinking disc.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oil inlet device of an oil storage tank, which is used for solving the problems that the oil in the existing oil inlet device of the oil storage tank has stronger impact force on a side plate and a floating disc of the oil storage tank, the friction area between the oil and gas in the oil storage tank is large, the evaporation capacity of the oil is large, and the floating disc generates a chuck and a sinking disc.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the utility model provides an oil storage tank oil feed device, includes the oil inlet pipe and the hole enlargement pipe that the level set up, oil inlet pipe and hole enlargement pipe are connected through big small end, and the export of hole enlargement pipe is oil-out, its characterized in that: the oil outlet is obliquely and downwards arranged relative to a horizontal plane, a top plate is arranged above the expanding pipe, a supporting plate is arranged between one end of the top plate and the expanding pipe, the other end of the top plate is connected with a vertical plate, the bottom of the vertical plate is fixed on the bottom plate of the oil storage tank, a buffer baffle is arranged in the horizontal direction and opposite to the oil outlet and is positioned between the oil outlet and the vertical plate, and a spring is arranged between the buffer baffle and the vertical plate.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) the oil product can reduce the flow velocity after entering the expanding pipe from the oil inlet pipeline. The oil outlet is obliquely arranged downwards relative to the horizontal plane, so that the downward flowing component is increased and the horizontal flowing component is reduced after the oil flows out, the flow speed and the flow of the horizontal flowing oil are reduced, and the oil flowing downwards falls onto the bottom plate of the oil storage tank. The setting of buffer stop, spring, riser, roof and backup pad can reduce the velocity of flow and the impact force of the oil that flows from the oil-out, prevents that the oil from scattering the splash. Therefore, the invention can eliminate the impact force of oil on the side plate and the floating disc of the oil storage tank, reduce the fluctuation of the oil level in the oil storage tank, and prevent the side plate and the floating disc of the oil storage tank from generating local deformation and the floating disc from generating chucks and sinking discs. (2) The oil storage tank is not provided with the small oil outlet holes, so that the phenomena of oil diffusion and atomization cannot occur, and meanwhile, the buffer baffle, the vertical plate, the top plate and the supporting plate have a flow guiding effect on oil, so that the oil is guided to the bottom plate of the oil storage tank. Therefore, the invention can reduce the friction area between the oil product and the gas in the oil storage tank, reduce the risk of electrostatic hazard and reduce the evaporation capacity of the oil product. The evaporation capacity of oil is reduced, and the risk of chuck and sinking of the floating disc can also be reduced.
The invention also has the advantages of simple structure, good feasibility, safety, reliability, small investment and the like, and can be used for the oil storage tank of the oil storage and transportation system of the petrochemical enterprises.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The drawings and detailed description do not limit the scope of the invention as claimed.

The oil inlet pipeline 5 is connected with the expanding pipe 7 through the large head 6 and the small head 6, and the outlet of the expanding pipe 7 is an oil outlet 13. The cross-sectional shapes of the oil inlet pipe 5 and the expanding pipe 7 are circular, and may be coaxially arranged (as shown in fig. 1) or non-coaxially arranged (not shown). The inner diameter of the expanding pipe 7 is generally 1.5-3 times of the inner diameter of the oil inlet pipeline 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the oil outlet 13 is disposed obliquely downward with respect to the horizontal plane. An included angle alpha between the oil outlet 13 and the horizontal plane is 30-60 degrees, and preferably 45 degrees.
A top plate 9 is arranged above the expanding tube 7, a supporting plate 8 is arranged between one end of the top plate 9 and the expanding tube 7, the other end of the top plate 9 is connected with a vertical plate 10, and the bottom of the vertical plate 10 is fixed on the bottom plate 3 of the oil storage tank. A buffer baffle 11 is arranged opposite to the oil outlet 13 in the horizontal direction, the buffer baffle 11 is positioned between the oil outlet 13 and the vertical plate 10, and a spring 12 is arranged between the buffer baffle 11 and the vertical plate 10. The spring 12 is generally a cylindrical helical spring or a conical helical spring, and is coaxial with the expanding tube 7; two ends of the spring 12 are respectively connected with the vertical plate 10 and the buffer baffle 11 in a welding way. The buffer baffle 11 is generally a circular flat plate, vertically arranged, and has the same or slightly larger diameter than the inner diameter of the expanding tube 7. The damper 11 may be a flat plate having a polygonal shape or the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the top plate 9 has a circular arc-shaped cross section in a vertical plane, and the central angle β subtended by the circular arc is generally 120 to 180 degrees. The concave surface of the top plate 9 faces the expanding tube 7, and the top plate 9 is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the expanding tube 7. The top plate 9 is preferably arranged coaxially with the expanding tube 7, in which case the support plate 8 is a fan-ring shaped flat plate.
