Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention provides a ground moving device for a light skid type helicopter, which is shown in figure 1, has a compact integral structure, is convenient to implement, simple and quick to operate, is convenient to store and transport, can be installed on skid type landing gear skid pipes in pairs, is convenient for workers to move the light helicopter in short distance, reduces the labor intensity of the workers and improves the working efficiency. Meanwhile, after the landing gear is disassembled, the landing gear main body structure is slightly influenced, and the appearance is attractive.
Firstly, according to the size of the skid pipe of the skid landing gear of the unmanned helicopter, the device is subjected to three-dimensional model structure design so as to be adapted to the skid pipe of the unmanned helicopter. And then, calculating the strength of the structural part of the device according to the weight of the unmanned helicopter so as to meet the bearing requirement, simultaneously carrying out dynamic simulation on the lifting process of the device so as to check whether the movement process of the mechanism is interfered, and finally processing, manufacturing and checking the device.
The device is arranged on skid type landing gear skid pipes of the unmanned helicopter in pairs, as shown in figure 2, the devices are positioned on the gravity center line (2) of the transverse shaft of the unmanned helicopter or at the positions (4) with equal distances from front to back, the unmanned helicopter is lifted and locked by the device, and the static strength of the structure of the device is checked. And applying a moving external force on the unmanned helicopter to move the unmanned helicopter in a short distance, and verifying the function and performance of the device. Meanwhile, the assembly and operation time length, the service cycle and the maintenance cost of a single device can be recorded.
The embodiment of the invention provides a novel auxiliary moving device suitable for a light skid type landing gear helicopter, which comprises an installation cushion block 2, an installation seat 6, a bolt 4, a nut 5, a connecting rod 8, a moving wheel 1, a positioning screw 7, a nut 9 and an auxiliary lifting tool 10, wherein the installation cushion block is arranged on the installation seat 6.
The mounting cushion blocks 2 can be processed into a pair according to the outer diameter of a skid pipe 3 of the skid landing gear, the same material as the skid pipe is selected and welded on the skid pipe, and meanwhile, mounting holes are formed in the mounting cushion blocks and used as a switching interface for mounting the device on the skid landing gear; the mounting seat 6 is used as a main force bearing static part of the device and is fixed on the mounting cushion block 2 of the adapting joint of the pry pipe by a group of bolts 4 and nuts 5; the connecting rod 8 is used as a main bearing movable part of the device, one end of the connecting rod is arranged in the mounting seat 6, a positioning groove used when the positioning screw 7 is locked is machined on the connecting rod, the moving wheel 1 is arranged at one end of the connecting rod and used for rotating when moving, and the two ends of the connecting rod are pre-tightened by nuts 9, and the whole assembly of the device is shown in the following figure 4.
The device can select light alloy materials on the premise of meeting the strength requirement so as to reduce the weight of the whole structure and facilitate transportation and storage; the mounting seat 6 has the structural characteristics that when the device is disassembled, the whole device can be disassembled quickly only by loosening the nut 5 and sliding horizontally and then moving vertically upwards; knurling treatment is carried out on the surface of the end of the positioning screw 7, so that a worker can conveniently lock the device and quickly disassemble the device.
After the device is assembled, the state is as shown in fig. 5, the auxiliary lifting tool 10 is used as a lever to be sleeved on the connecting rod 8 and rotates around one end of the connecting rod 8 to lift the movable wheel 1, the auxiliary lifting tool 10 is made of a circular pipe with the length of 800mm (convenient for single person standing operation), the inner diameter of the circular pipe is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the connecting rod 8, when the auxiliary lifting tool 10 rotates to the horizontal position, the positioning screw 7 is screwed into the positioning groove of the connecting rod 8 and is pre-tightened to lock the device to be in the working state, and the state is as shown in fig. 6.
Compared with an integrated structure and a combined structure, the device has the advantages of simple integral structure, quick operation, short manufacturing period and low processing difficulty. According to the size of the skid landing gear skid pipe, under the condition that the structural strength of the device allows, the device can meet the requirements of all light skid helicopters and unmanned helicopters, and has a great potential application prospect and market in the field of aviation. Meanwhile, the lifting device can also be applied to lifting and moving of similar helicopter sleigh pipe structure devices. The device can effectively solve the problem that the light skid landing gear helicopter and the unmanned helicopter are difficult to move in short distance. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages of simple overall structure, quick operation, short manufacturing period and low processing difficulty, can meet the requirements of all light skid type helicopters and unmanned helicopters according to the size of the skid pipe of the skid type landing gear under the condition of the structural strength of the device, is easy to popularize, and has great potential application prospect and market in the field of aviation. Meanwhile, the lifting device can also be applied to lifting and moving of devices with similar structures.
Claims (8)
1. A light skid helicopter ground moving apparatus, said moving apparatus comprising: the device comprises a movable wheel (1), a mounting cushion block (2), a mounting seat (6), a positioning screw (7) and a connecting rod (8);
the mounting cushion block (2) is fixedly connected to a prying pipe of the skid type helicopter;
wherein, the mounting seat (6) is fixed on the mounting cushion block (2);
the first end of the connecting rod (8) is arranged in the mounting seat (6), and the second end is arranged on the movable wheel (1);
and a positioning groove is processed at the first end of the connecting rod (8), a positioning hole is processed on the upper surface of the mounting seat (6), and the positioning screw (7) is used for penetrating through the positioning hole and being embedded into the positioning groove.
2. The light skid helicopter ground moving apparatus of claim 1 wherein said moving apparatus further comprises: a bolt (4) and a first nut (5);
the mounting seat (6) is provided with two mounting positioning grooves, and the mounting cushion block (2) is provided with two corresponding mounting holes;
each installation positioning groove is fixed on the installation hole of the installation cushion block (2) by a bolt (4) and a first nut (5).
3. The light skid helicopter ground moving apparatus of claim 1 wherein said moving apparatus further comprises: a second nut (9);
the mounting seat (6) is also provided with a mounting hole, and the first end of the connecting rod (8) is mounted in the mounting hole of the mounting seat (6) and is pre-tightened through a second nut (9);
the movable wheel (1) is provided with a mounting hole, and the second end of the connecting rod (8) is mounted on the mounting hole of the movable wheel (1) and is pre-tightened through a second nut (9).
4. The light skid helicopter ground moving apparatus of claim 1 wherein said moving apparatus further comprises: an auxiliary lifting tool (10);
the connecting rod (8) is further provided with a third end, and the auxiliary lifting tool (10) is sleeved on the third end.
5. The ground moving device of a light-duty skid-type helicopter of claim 1, wherein said two mounting blocks are mounted on two skid tubes of the skid-type helicopter respectively, so that the skid-type helicopter is balanced.
6. The ground moving device of a light-duty skid-type helicopter of claim 1, wherein said four mounting blocks are installed at the front and rear positions of the two skid pipes of the skid-type helicopter respectively, so that the skid-type helicopter is kept in balance.
7. A method of using a light skid helicopter ground moving apparatus, the method being used in the apparatus of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the mounting blocks are fixedly attached to the skid tubes of the skid helicopter, the method comprising:
s1, using the auxiliary lifting tool as a lever to be sleeved on the connecting rod and rotating around one end of the connecting rod to lift the movable wheel;
s2, when the auxiliary lifting tool 1 is rotated to the horizontal position, the set screw is screwed into the set groove of the connecting rod 8 and pre-tightened to lock the device into the working state.
8. The method of using a light weight skid helicopter ground moving apparatus of claim 7 wherein said auxiliary lifting means is a circular tube of a predetermined length.
