Further, in the embodiment provided by the present invention, the air purification assembly further includes a dust hood 28 fixedly installed on the dust box 14, an inner cavity of the dust hood 28 is connected with an inner cavity of the dust box 14 through a dust suction pipe 29, a rotating disc 31 is hermetically and rotatably installed at an open bottom end of the dust hood 28, at least two dust suction ports 30 are symmetrically installed on the rotating disc 31, and a servo motor 27 for driving the rotating disc 31 to rotate is further installed on the dust box 14;
specifically, a driving gear 33 is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the servo motor 27, and an annular rack 32 meshed with the driving gear 33 is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the rotating disc 31, so that under the action of the exhaust pump 7, air containing dust can enter the dust hood 28 through the dust suction opening 30, then the air containing dust enters the dust suction box 14 through the dust suction pipe 29 and is filtered through the filter screen 15.

Claims (9)
1. A drilling device for metal processing is characterized by comprising a processing platform (1);
a supporting back plate (2) is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the rear side of the processing platform (1), a supporting top plate (3) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the supporting back plate (2), and a height adjusting assembly for adjusting the height of the drilling assembly in the vertical direction is arranged on the supporting top plate (3);
the supporting back plate (2) is also provided with an air purification assembly;
the heightening assembly comprises a rotary threaded sleeve (12) which is rotatably arranged on the supporting top plate (3) in a penetrating mode, the heightening assembly further comprises a heightening screw rod (8), the rotary threaded sleeve (12) is sleeved on the heightening screw rod (8) in a threaded connection mode, and the drilling assembly is detachably mounted at the bottom end of the heightening screw rod (8) through a mounting assembly; the height adjusting assembly further comprises a positive and negative rotation servo motor (9) for driving the height adjusting screw rod (8) to rotate; the drilling assembly comprises a drilling motor (6) and a drill bit (5) arranged on an output shaft of the drilling motor (6); the installation component comprises a fixed installation and is in mounting panel (22) of heightening lead screw (8) bottom, the installation component further comprises a connecting plate (23), drilling motor (6) is fixedly installed on connecting plate (23), mounting panel (22) is provided with mounting bolt (24) in a rotating mode, the bottom fixing of mounting bolt (24) is provided with locking rod (25), and circular groove (26) has been seted up to the outer ring terminal surface of connecting plate (23).

The drilling device for metal working according to claim 1, wherein the forward and reverse rotation servo motor (9) is fixedly provided on the support top plate (3), a driven gear ring (11) is provided on an output shaft of the forward and reverse rotation servo motor (9), and the driven gear ring (11) meshed with the driving gear (10) is fixedly sleeved on an outer ring of the rotary screw sleeve (12).

The drilling device for metal processing as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that a guide slide bar (13) is further arranged on the supporting leg (4) in a penetrating and sliding manner, the top end of the guide slide bar (13) is in supporting connection with the top end of the height-adjusting screw rod (8), and the bottom end of the guide slide bar (13) is in supporting connection with one side of the mounting plate (22).
4. The drilling device for metal processing according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein four corners of the lower surface of the processing platform (1) are provided with support legs (4).

The drilling device for metal processing according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a support groove (18) is further formed in the processing platform (1), and a strip-shaped through hole (17) is formed in the bottom of the support groove (18); support groove (18) and all slide along its length direction's both sides and be equipped with grip block (21), two grip block (21) respectively fixed mounting on two supporting seats (19), and two supporting seats (19) all run through to slide and locate in bar through-hole (17), just the lower surface of processing platform (1) still is provided with and is used for adjusting electric telescopic handle (20) of grip block (21) position on the horizontal direction, electric telescopic handle (20) flexible end with supporting seat (19) fixed connection.

The drilling device for metal processing according to claim 5, wherein the air purification assembly comprises a dust collection box (14) fixedly mounted on the support back plate (2), a filter screen (15) is fixedly arranged in a middle inner cavity of the dust collection box (14), an exhaust pump (7) is mounted on the support top plate (3), an exhaust pipe (16) is connected and arranged at an air inlet end of the exhaust pump (7), and the other end of the exhaust pipe (16) extends into the dust collection box (14).

The metal working drilling device according to claim 6, wherein the air purification assembly further comprises a dust hood (28) fixedly mounted on the dust box (14), and an inner cavity of the dust hood (28) is connected with an inner cavity of the dust box (14) through a dust suction pipe (29).

The drilling device for metal processing according to claim 7, characterized in that a rotary disc (31) is arranged at the bottom end opening of the dust hood (28) in a sealing and rotating mode, at least two dust suction ports (30) are symmetrically arranged on the rotary disc (31), and a servo motor (27) for driving the rotary disc (31) to rotate is further mounted on the dust suction box (14).
9. The drilling device for metal working according to claim 8, wherein a drive gear (33) is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the servo motor (27), and an annular rack (32) meshed with the drive gear (33) is coaxially and fixedly arranged on a lower surface of the rotary disk (31).
